The most terrible horrible experience ever at any AutoZone be aware The arrogant nasty and poor people skill Monica. Returning a car battery� with a broken ankle I walk through the door and asked the gentleman sitting at the counter if he could help me when he said he did not speak Spanish. Very nicely i suggested he learned the Spanish language since he was serving a good amount of Spanish community. That's when uninvited Monica screamed across the floor her arrogant words she refused to take my battery and I walked out then she called my house harassing to go and pick up the battery I told her I have a broken ankle she said she will call the cops because I refuse to pick up a battery that I had left at the store. As of right now there is no core, They kept the core refund. Not a call from a manager or any attempt to reach me. What a poor org. Recently found out that the non Spanish speaking employee happens to be Monica's boyfriend.

The people at the 2nd and Lehigh store in Philly were exceptionally nice. Joe P was very helpful and showed me the correct headlamp involved to install in my car and did an outstanding job!! Thank you Auto Zone..

Unfortunately autosomal never entered my warranty breaks that I purchased and when I had the audacity to allow the guys outside to put the breaks on, the man went into the door on the side of the AutoZone building what looks like a garage and swapped out my brakes for a completely different brand. So not only was I screwed by autozone, the guys outside also screwed me.

This auto zone is the best ever. Greet me by name every time I come in. Even had my order waiting for me from online order. Love this place ! I will even go out my way to come to this location. Thanks to Lucy the manager is the BEST !!!!! Monica is great as well always smiling !

The staff at this autozone are by far the friendliest, most helpful that I have ever encountered. I don t live anywhere near here but I will come back to this store becauseI know I will be treated well and my needs will be met. Thank you!

Watch out at this AutoZone store when you go for car parts I been a customer here for over ten years I went there to get spark plugs for my car the new staff members are very unprofessional gave me damaged and the wrong spark plugs for my car when I get home I put them in my engine and drove my car immediately I had multiple misfires on almost all my pistions I smelt something burning I pulled over looked under my car my catylic converter was glowing red I immediately took my family out my car thank God my car didn't catch on fire i waited untill my car cooled off then I took those plugs out my engine to another AutoZone gave them my receipt to my surprise i was told those were the wrong ones upon further look they were damaged. Before i brought them i was the great ful to receive the correct ones from this new store I walked back to my car installed them and pulled of safety no issues withy car now you go to this one double check your parts before you leave the store very unprofessional and dangerous

Needed an odd automotive piece, at a late hour. So I pulled up to the AZ counter, & the pleasant, & knowledgeable "staffWoman" showed me the item, cashed me out, and sent me on my way...in record time. Just what I wanted.

They are very ghetto. It s not one time I went to this store and someone was friendly or giving GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had a problem back in October 2021 with my battery and broke down the same day. Which I had to call AAA. When AAA came they tested the battery and said it was bad. He also told me how a family member of his works for Autozone (I m not going to state the location he works at) but he stated all of Auto Zone batteries are refurbished and not brand new & when we bring our old battery they will wiped it down, charge it & put it back on the shelf and charge us a high price. However, I did speak with Pedro on the phone who stated he was the manager & he was awesome. I went back to 2nd & Lehigh location to get another battery where it was a Spanish older lady, a Spanish young guy and a Spanish young female. The older Spanish lady who was doing the exchange because Pedro had left for the day but he left a message with the older Spanish lady. She was very nasty but I still was being nice and pretty much tried to ignore the ignorance. She told me don t come this late again because we normally don t change batteries around this time. Fast forward I had to go back today Jan 5th 2022. I was cussed out by a Spanish girl with black hair in a ponytail. She was very unprofessional and the older Spanish lady allowed this girl to speak to a customer in a very unprofessional manner. She said she not buying s^%t. She threw the jumping box and called me broke saying I couldn t afford to buy a battery. She then said you a dirty B^*%h , you got me F^%k up. All she was out of control. The security could not control her. I m very upset that I m a paying customer and was treated like that. I m furious. Because I very wanted to pull her from behind that counter but I could not do that because I m a grown woman and have too much to lose so I still was calm and asking for a manager. Which everyone would not answering that question..very ghetto and unprofessional

I'm updating my review based on a recent visit. Originally 5 stars... Now 3 starsI wish I could rate this store higher because I usually have a pleasant experience when I shop there. But, recently I encountered an employee who was pretty rude and not helpful at all. She made it pretty clear that she couldn't be bothered trying to help me find a part. I may be wrong but it seems like they should be able to look up a snap ring without the year, make, and model of a vehicle. To clarify, I needed a larger snap ring than you can buy off the shelf. The kind that you use for bearings, etc. I know it would be easy if I knew what car might use the same size I needed. But, i don't believe a keyword search isn't available to them. You can search on their website using keywords. Unfortunately, the results don't give specific details. The kind that I'm sure they either have or could physically check by looking at the actual part. None of that even matters because the point is that she was rudely dismissive and wouldn't even try.-original review-The store is easily visible from the street and provides off street parking. The size of the lot seems to be just barely adequate and I imagine that, at times, it may be necessary to park on the street.Inside you'll find what I've come to expect from AutoZone locations; a very clean and organized store that is almost always adequately stocked. The bonus at this location is that the staff are very helpful, professional and polite. The hours at this location are also great:7:30AM-10PM 6 days a week and 7:30AM-9PM on Sunday. Great staff, great hours, great store!

This Autozone has a fake shade tree mechanic setup on the property parking lot trying to rip people off. He tried to tell me that my water pump was connected to my timing belt and suggested that I go to a shop on 2nd and Diamond to have it installed for around $450.I already knew my water pump wasn't connected to my timing and ended up changing it myself that same day.I also knew it was a scam because he told me to let them know that he referred me. This is how he gets a cut from the over inflated labor price.I really don't understand how Autozone has these solicitors setup on their property trying to rip customers off. I will never go to them again. But on a funnier note, this same mechanic (setup on their property) suggested me to go to Car Quest to get my part lol

Haha it s like organized chaos in this place, but the service was great and I truly appreciate their assistance. Today they did good by me, they really acted like they cared. I needed a diagnostic check to see why my car hesitates when I push the gas and they didn t even charge me that was pretty cool. Unfortunately I know something is wrong with the car so perhaps I should go and get a full diagnostics.

Some stores over charge customers for parts, sometimes they will give you wrong parts that don't fit, and you must have receipt or auto zone won't take it back, or exchange it

Not enough employees working and they don't know simple automotive terms or part names. If you have a heartbeat your hired I guess. Also I have seen quality of part getting really bad. I had 3 bad starters in a row out of the box. The only store that had one was deep in the hood. I asked person at autozone to test fourth starter and I was told that the guy that knows how to use tester doesn't work weekends. I asked to use tester and was told no. I tried out the local Napa store and I really liked it. They had all the parts I needed and understood simple automotive terms.

Very unprofessional staff. We have a commercial account with this particular autozone. Called the first time explained what I needed then they hung up. Called a 2nd time, got left on hold. If you re a business owner take your business elsewhere for faster service!

Today I got very good service, I truly appreciate the fact that they did a quick simple Diagnostics and did not charge me any money. At this location I have no problems and I'm very satisfied and I recommend this place.

Staff not knowledgeable, very few rental tools available. Staff refused to allow me to fill a jug with hot water, citing risk of cracking engine block. They had no issue with wanting to sell me room-temperature antifreeze!

Supervisor should allow coworkers to do there jobs without interrupting the worker an that would keep the service less tension in the work place.. won't be going back to that store...

They need to get experienced people that know how to give you the right part when you don't have to run back and forth to the store very disappointed and it was a waste of my time and gas I have to look for another auto parts store and stop dealing with you people

Everyone was very professional and very knowledgeable and took immediate action on my behalf to solve my equipment needs and labor needs. This is one of the best Auto Zones I've come across
