Auto Spot is nothing but excellence and consistency every single time I need a part or I refer a friend or family for their needs. Very respectful staff and great customer service on the phone and also in person! Alan is always making everyone feel comfortable, happy and smiling. Not a better place I would recommend to my friends and family members!

Auto spot is a great place to come to for all the parts you need. The guys here are very friendly and respectful. They have great prices and get you your parts as fast as possible. When you call them they are very helpful. I am always happy to stop In. Alan is a very knowledgeable, straight up guy and he cares about his customers. He knows his way around cars. This is the only place I would buy parts from because I know that I am always getting a good deal and it is a great place to do business with.

Great place, quickly helped me find a part I didn't even have a part number for. Unfortunately they didn't have any in stock but ordered it in for me on a Friday afternoon, and was ready for pick-up Monday early afternoon. 30-day guarantee on parts. Quiet place a little removed with a small main office turning into a ramp inside the main building after entering. Respectful, helpful, and price conscious.

Really talented guys hard working and problem solving! I needed a part for my 03 Saab and wasn't able to find it anywhere the team over there handled everything and even gave me suggestions and instructions on how to prevent issues like this in the future! Would recommend to anyone prices are great!

I dealt with the young guy (Matt) when I went to purchase a tail light for my 2010 Ford Fusion. He was very polite and helpful since I know nothing about cars. He even went out of his way to put the light in as well. Not to mention he is very handsome lol, I would definitely recommend these guys!

Came here looking for a new exhaust system for my Nissan that was unfortunately discontinued, and every mechanic that I took it to could not help me. I could not afford a new car, so I turned to auto spot ii for help. They managed to find my specific exhaust system(don t ask me how) and the parts arrived very quickly. These guys are miracle workers. Literally saved me from having to buy a new car. Highly recommend.

Unbelievably helpful employees. These guys know their stuff. Just buy the smallest description over the phone they were able to figure out what i needed. Ive called around to all different auto supplies stores in philly these people blow all the compatitions prices out of the water cheap and reliable. Highly recogmended.

Worst experience buying parts ever. I ordered a door and that came with a corner damage and I asked for a refund of $100 dollars deposit that I gave to him but he refused because apparently it cost him $100 shipping and handling. So I end up with no part and $100 dollars less. This guy have the worst customer service, he cursed to me all the time even though I never use fault language...he is a thief and his business is to take advantage of people.

Great place to shop cheap parts alway there when u need them if they dont have the parts u need Santa in the office will find them and make sure u get what u order in the time he tells u great guys great staff great place and also very clean never seen a junk yard that nice no oil no mess and they have alot of cats that they care for nice people

Who ever buys parts from these guys be carefully because they are thieves make sure if you get a special order they give you a receipt and be careful because they will charge you for shipping like if it s coming from eBay but it s not it s coming from a close by salvage yard so just be wise when you buy from Matt he is a thieve will steal your money no matter what ....... be careful with these people he s just the manager and he s nasty

They saved me a lot of money. If I would have ordered the parts I needed from Ford it would have been triple the price and they also saved me money bc the one part the mechanic told me I needed, I didn t need at all.
