Joe and his staff worked with my insurance company to get the repairs my car needed. His team delivered once again. Sadly, I've had to use Auto Service Collision Center a few times but I wouldn't take my cars to any other body shop in the Tri-State Area. 5 star customer service!! Car was repaired earlier than originally scheduled. If I didn't know any better, the car was never involved in an accident. Car was picture perfect when the repairs were completed. Joe and his staff delivered again!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Auto Service Collision to anyone who needs body work done.

Joe, thank you and Marie for being friendly, professional and knowledgeable during this process. The work is top notch exceeded and I am very satisfied. I picked up my car it was clean shining and looks great! This shop is local and convenient. I appreciate what you done for my car. I highly recommend this shop.

My experience at Auto Services Collision was out of this world!!! When I called the office, I was told to immediately to bring my car in, I called my insurance company and Joey was able to join the call to help make my process easier. When I arrived at the shop, I had a car waiting for me to take me to the rental car company. Joey had already taken care of everything. My car was broken into and had several broken parts and problems.. my car was completely finished within a week and it was done RIGHT! Joey and his office kept me updated the entire time which was AMAZING. Joey went above and beyond. It is really hard to find a good and trustworthy car auto shop now a days. His prices are great too!! I would recommend Auto Services Collision to everyone and would give more than 5 stars if I could! God bless!

Beyond satisfied customer!! Joe and his team did an amazing job fixing dents and scrapes on both sides of our SUV for a very reasonable price. You cannot tell where the damage was done. It s like it never happened. Everyone we worked with was professional, nice, and, most importantly, kept their promises.

Joes service was superb. Highly communicative across every step of the repair. I have gone to his business for three years and won t go anywhere else. Quick turnaround for getting vehicle back to you and even ensures your vehicle is washed and vacuumed before you get it back. I tried the rest, Joe is simply the best. Would recommend to anyone.

I highly recommend going to Auto Service Collision for your car services. My car's paint job came out beautiful, it looks brand new. The deep scratches I had on the sides of my car were erased like it was never there. Joe and Marie have made the whole process very easy, with 10/10 customer service, and the turnaround time was very quick.

Joe will take care of you as if you re his family. I ve used his shop a few times over the years from minor bumps and fender benders to a pretty serious accident more recently. My car now runs smoother than before my accident. They really pay attention to details there and will make sure everything gets done before they give you back your vehicle. I can t speak highly enough of Joe and his crew there at Auto Services Collision.

When I tell you the owner of this establishment is one of the best humans you ll ever interact with im not overselling it. Joe and his crew went above and beyond for me in order to have my vehicle done on time for me. I m a single dad and I had a bad insurance policy. Joe made sure I was taken care of like I was his son. My family thanks this man and I m forever grateful I chose to come to him. No one else will ever do body work for me or anyone I know other than Joe and his crew. Within minutes of an accident a tow truck picks me up and drops my vehicle off at this body shop "he highly recommends" to be repaired. It was after hours and the owner sat in the office smoking a cigarette. They called all my information into my insurance company, told me they would take care of the repair and detail my vehicle when it was done. I can completely understand the delay of parts due to COVID, I can also try to excuse smoking in the office after hours (which is disgusting) but their ability to communicate is horrendous and the way they speak to their customers is extremely unprofessional and that I cannot excuse. The body work is not great and when I addressed my concerns the owner told me he wished I took my car somewhere else. During the last 6 weeks I needed to reach out for 2 things 1. To check on the status since my car rental was no longer being paid for by insurance and 2. request something out of my car that I needed for work. They had every excuse as to why they didn't return my phone calls. They agreed to pay for the extended rental, which was appreciated! I finally have my car back and I am extremely disappointed in the fact that the body work isn't great and my car was never detailed. I had to request paint splatters to be removed from a few areas and a scratch in my new bumper buffed out. In no way was I trying to rush them. All I wanted was a returned phone call for the 2 things I needed assistance with, during the last 6 weeks, while they had my vehicle.*** update *** my paint has chipped terribly and the front isn't aligned correctly from this repair. See photos.*** update *** per the notes on my review I was asked to call and setup an appointment to have the issues rectified. I have called multiple times with no returned phone call.Service: Body & Trim

Took my 2021 Hyundai Sonata to Joe, it was damaged inside and out when thieves tried to steal it. Joe calmed me down and said to just leave it in his hands. Joe went above and beyond, he took care of making sure my car got to his garage, he worked with my insurance i did not have to lift a finger. When i picked up the car it looked like it just came out of the dealership. I can't thank you enough Joe your a true professional and your work is awesome. The staff at this shop went ABOVE and BEYOND for me! Marie, the young lady at the front desk, got my car in right away, she set me up with my rental and gave me regular updates as my car was getting painted. When it was time to pick up my car, she drove to the rental place to pick me up and bring me to the shop. Jimmy, the lead body guy went out of his way to get the special paint and clear needed to get my car back to its factory beauty! He treated my car as if it was his own! I m so grateful for all the hard work the team at Auto Services Collision put in to getting me my beautiful car back! I definitely recommend this shop THANK YOU GUYSService: Painting

This place is awesome. Will always do whats right for you and your car. Fender bender no worries they'll have you back in the drivers seat in no time. Got rear ended pretty bad and my car looks as good as new. Trust me they have your best interest at heart

This is the best shop in the city Joe has so much patience he took his time and was so professional explaining to my friend everything that would be involved in fixing her car he explained every little detail that was involved and then when he was done he personally drove my friend home and drove me back to work, thank you Joe for all the great work you do and being so professional.
