My car was broken into and one window was completely shattered. Rich gave me a quote right away and was able to replace it the next morning at a very reasonable price. He also cleaned up all the glass that I didn t get a chance to clean up before dropping off my car. I had a great experience and I would definitely recommend using his business for window replacements

STAY AWAY! I Had a crack in my windshield and took it in to get replaced. When I went to pick my car up the car was scratched all around the windshield, the inside left panel was cracked which needed to be replaced, the rear view mirror mount was hanging off, the car was filthy, and the windshield was not even properly placed. Rich did have the scratches fixed by a local body shop and ordered a new side panel, but refused to correct the windshield that was sunk in and not done properly. I was charged $325 dollars and was without a car for 5 days because it was in the shop getting re-painted. Rich did not offer me and refund for the inconvenience. I highly advise avoiding this place at all costs. The price to have it done cheaper was not worth what it cost me in the long run.

2 car windows were busted, found this place on Google bc i live in fishtown, he answered the phone right away, got a quote (which was cheaper then if I had gone through my insurance's deductible) got me in the next day, replaced them both and vaccumed all the shattered glass, car look amazing! Great service and location! Definitely reccomend:)

Rich is amazing! Helped me with a broken window. He was able to get me in same day and did beautiful work at an incredible price point. I literally tell everyone now to go to him if they need anything done.

The owner really helped me out when I needed it. My car window was shattered over the weekend, and he was able to take me in on Monday. Rich is great! Cheaper and easier to coordinate than mobile repair. He was able to fix a side panel that broke when someone broke into my car, as well as the window itself for less than a mobile service for just the window. Someone popped my window with a crowbar and ransacked my car ( 19 Nissan Rogue). I called first thing in the morning got a great quote and had my window replaced by 4pm same day on a Friday. I didn t even have to clean the shattered glass up, it was already vacuumed upon pick up. Best experience ever! I called first thing in the morning at 8 am had my vehicle there by 10 and it was done by 1pm that same day. Not only that, I paid $250 than other businesses. I highly recommend Auto Glass Installed! I called at about 7:30am and they got back to me by 8am and I dropped my car off by 8:45. It was all done by 12:30- a little earlier then the estimated time. My back window was replaced like it was never broken. All at a great price. Great job!!!! Thanks again!

On a holiday weekend we had our front passenger window broken out. After making an appointment at Safelite for several days out and several hundred dollars, I found this shop in our neighborhood. Since it was a holiday the shop was closed but I called and left a message. Got a call the next morning from the owner as soon as the shop opened, got an extremely reasonable quote, and had the car in 20 minutes later. It was done by noon. The owner couldn't have been nicer. So glad I called. Will go back if ever I need to. Thanks!

I don't often write reviews, so when I do it's because something is that good. Forget over-priced mobile glass repair, drop your car off with Rich and let him take care of it at half the cost! He's friendly, communicative, and has a fast turn-around time too.

Horrible! The owner returned my call after my driver's side window was broken, he claimed that the junkyard he gets windows from had the window I needed and as long as I got my car in there soon it would be done that day, however it was not. I called the next day and he was very rude, yelling at me about how it was "out of his hands" and all of the sudden it had to get shipped in and he could not guarantee me when it would be done. I explained that I've already missed two days of work and he continued to yell at me and threatened me if I called again I could just "come pick up my van and he wouldn't do any work" so I found a different shop with a lower price and went to pick up my van from his shop. When I got there he tried to make me pay him $50 for nothing, he did no work at all yet tried to keep my keys until I gave him $50. After refusing multiple times he finally gave me my keys and I took it to a different shop, work was done within 30 minutes from a different shop who was also cheaper. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE TIME TO WASTE AND WANNA SPEND MORE FOR CHEAPER QUALITY WORK. Absolutely the most unprofessional person I've ever dealt with.

My car was broken into and passenger window was shattered... Owner here got back to me quickly and offered a very fair quote for fixing the window compared to other places I called. On top of making the repair sooner than expected and doing a quality job, he also vacuumed up the shattered glass. One less headache to deal with. Recommend.

My rear window was vandalized and I called over 10 businesses and none could find a window (my car is old). Rich was great, he found one in ten minutes and did it for literally half the price that I was quoted by others. I can't recommend this place enough!

I've used this place for years. Great rates, fast service and reliable work. As an added bonus the owner is a true professional who treat his customers well. I would have no problem sending my mom here without me (i.e. that's how honest the owner is).

My car was broken into overnight. The junkie tried prying my door open with a crowbar, bending the frame, and when that didn't work, smashed my window. Upon recommendation of my normal neighborhood garage, I called Auto Glass Installed to see about replacing the window. The guy there said to bring it around whenever I can.Within two hours, Auto Glass Installed replaced the window, was able to bend the frame back in place, vacuumed up the remnants of broken glass and cleaned up dirt the junkie left behind on the door and steering wheel. AND...they did it at a very reasonable rate.Highly recommend this to anyone in Fishtown that needs good, quick work done. They went the extra mile.

I recommend this shop. I was presented with the opportunity to have new aftermarket glass, used BMW glass or New BMW glass for my passenger door window replacement. The glass & the work only set me back $120, a very good price, and the work was done in a timely manner.

My wife's car got broken into and he came in on a Sunday so her car could be kept inside overnight. The next day new window was installed and all the broken glass was cleaned out. Highly recommended.
