Over the winter I cracked my front bumper. I was worried about the costs of repair and whether or not it could be repaired without the paint looking mismatched . Nick at auto addiction gave me a great price. He fixed the crack and painted the bumper . It looks brand new again and the paint matches perfect . Thanks a lot !

My KIA was in shape! Broken ignition; Broken rear window; Smashed in Tailgate and rear bumper. When I walked in AutoAddiction Nick was the man I began to talk to about my car. The process was smooth, clear and to the point. My car was in their shop from March 2nd until March 23rd. It felt long but I wanted the job done right. Every step of the way Nick assured I got what I asked for, he also made his professional suggestions but I only had but so much to work with financially and made clear to him just do what you do best to please make it work when he said I got you, he meant it! My car turned out brand new and alive again; I feel like I just bought it and loving the work done to my car! I recommend anyone that got money and needing work done to their car to go see Nick at Auto Addiction-its worth the time, wait and loot, that you won t regret.

When I walk into this place, the girl who answered the door, had a blunt in her hand. I wanted to walk out right then and there because I am not a weed smoker I don t knock it, I just can t stand the smell of it I felt suffocated. But I gave it the benefit of the doubt. And I stayed. So when the guy came in to grab my keys on the way back to the front door I looked back and the girl asked me am I looking for someone? I said no I am here to get my car detailed. She said oh because I saw you looking back. What am I not allowed to look at my surroundings? I wasn t feeling the vibe from the gate so I grabbed my keys and walked out. The girl chase me outside getting real close to me as if she wanted to hit me and asked me if I knew someone named Nick, she said it was her husband. I told the girl she was crazy. No I don t know him and I got in my car. If anyone decide that they want to go to this place, make sure you don t look elegant or sexy or cute because you will get chase down by a crazy girl who is paranoid about her husband. Very low professionalism.

I went for my Catalytic converter to be fixed as well as my sensor. I got the run around, then I had to wait for my car for 3 days because it was a fight inside the shop. Once I got my car back check engine light comes on and its the sensor that was suppose to be fixed with the Catalytic converter. There Mechanic comes back with a sensor in his hand like he was hooking us up and said we can keep it for free. Catalytic converter never fixed and sensor never put in, then try arguing with me about it, smh. IT WAS THE SAME SENSOR I PURCHASED FOR MY CAR!!! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE THEY'RE NICE GUYS BUT IT'S TOO MUCH LYING AND DRAMA WIHTIN THE SHOP. THEY DON'T GET THE JOB DONE RIGHT.

I've dealt with a few auto shops in the past whos service wasn't 5 star service, but still got the job done the correct way.. but this shop is THE WORST I've EVER got service since I got a License! I brung my car in giving specific details on what I needed done/fixed. I should've knew better when they didn't want me to sit there and wait for my car to be fixed, because not only did they NOT fix the problem they claimed to had "fixed" and "replaced" parts that didn't need to be touched (brakes, spark plugs, oil change) because it was fixed before I brought it to them. I specifically needed [rear wheel bearings, crank/camshaft sensors & whatever it took for my engine light not be on]..My car drove worse when I picked it up vs when I dropped it off to them.� Whoever they had working on my car wrapped a bungy cord around my upper right control arm and removed my oil pressure sensor, replaced it with a broken one, when i returned with problems they gave me the runaround, saying bring it back the next day every time i went back... I mean who wouldn't after spending over 1,900$ out of pocket to only find out� NOTHING YOU EXPLAINED NEEDED TO BE FIXED WAS TOUCHED or replaced with used worn out parts?! This place isn't worth your money im surprised they're still open with all the bullshit do to get over on people.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Auto glass repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Engine repair, Auto detailing, Wheel alignment
