It s not one time that I called that they didn t have what I want. Customer service is great and they are full of jokes. Found my start for my 01 Denali that I could find anywhere. Good looking Juan.

Needed a tail light for my Crossfire, they had one but it was unfortunately broke which they were not aware of. Luckily I needed the tail light for a project and no lense was necessary. After telling the gentleman about my situation he gave me the best deal I could ask for. With this tail light I was able to make the prototype of the first clear tail light for a Chrysler Crossfire that I m aware of worldwide. Thank you again Cartel !

Nice and pleasant experience. The Cartel's database is excellent! So, whatever parts or any pre-owned cars you're looking for, the answer (availability) is informed to you is pretty quick. Call twice to confirm the part. Both time they told me it was there and quoted me a price. Drove 30mins to get for them to tell me they don t have it and give me the number to someone in Jersey.

Called them to make sure they have what I need. They said yes. Spend an hour to get here. Another hour waiting and then they just bring me to another car, another model. Waisted my time. Don t waist yours foe this guys
