Extremely impressed after the first visit (state inspection). Kyle is very personable and efficient and you can tell he cares about his customers. I have known several people who went to Allen Tires and they only ever had good things to say. I m happy to agree with them completely. From the start you can tell that Allen Tires is supplying good and honest service. It brings you peace when you know you re working with a mechanic you can trust.

Allen Tire & Service is a great place to get your car checked out & fixed. They are the best car doctor's in Philly. I've been coming here for about 5 years and I wouldn't change.

Very experienced Staff, explained everything my truck needed in detail and my 12 year old beater felt like it just came off the lot. Thanks Kyle, Brian, and the others there who I'm sorry I never got their names. But I recommend them HIGHLY. They also have a store on Rising Sun which is also a great crew, try them before your dealer if you love your money and your car.

Kyle and the mechanics at Allen Tire and Service were extremely helpful and really made me feel apart of the Allen Tire Family. I feel safe behind the wheel of my car after the work they d done. They are knowledgeable and very honest and that s hard to find in a mechanic/auto shop. They don t sell you on things that aren t needed. They will have my business for as long as I have a car .THANKS AGAIN to Kyle and to the mechanics.

Got to work this morning and realized my tire had a piece of metal in it I went to Allen tires to get it plugged but I had no debit card on me only my phone for Apple Pay which they do not take they plugged my tire for free! I offered to cash app him and he said no he just wanted to make sure I could get back to work safe he also filled up all my other tires. They are awesome and really turned my day around! There are still good people left in this crazy world I would highly recommend

I have been going to this location for 12+ years and it s always been a positive experience. i ve gone for tires, inspections, oil changes, and repairs. I called today to see if they could look at my tire because something was in it. Kyle was cheerful and more than helpful. He told me to stop by after work and he would take a look at it. They plugged my tire and had me out in 15 minutes. This crew comes highly recommended!

I can always trust that they'll do right by me and my vehicle. Trustworthy staff!Great recommendations! It's hard to find someone to trust. I don't have that problem with these mechanics.

An old-school honest shop that is willing to take on just about any challenge - even my 80s Subaru that other shops were afraid to look at. They got my old girl running straight and turning well when it wasn't before. Prompt and transparent service. Will be using these guys again for sure!

The harbison/ Howell location is the best !!! These people are honest people and it s hard to find a good car shop who s going to be honest with you about your vehicle !! Brian helped me sell my car and got me a good deal for it .. i got a new car from carvana and he inspected it and let me know what s up , plus i was in and out , took about 25mins I respect them and their work. If you guys are looking for a great shop with honest people contact Brian and Kyle.. my mom told me about them and they have been great ever since . Thank you guys

Best mechanic in Philly hands down. Save your time and money going anywhere else.I went in for a quick check and got a full diagnostic of the problems, clear explanation, they helped put oil in my car which was completely dry and dangerous to drive for FREE to get me back on the road safely and most importantly THEY KNOW WHAT THEIR DOING! Finally a mechanic that you can trust!

I am a new customer but I am now a customer for Life!!!! Best customer service bar none! They kept me informed through the whole process! Explained what my best options were! I have a used 2007 Truck I purchased about 10 months ago and the issues are coming to light now but after they completed their work! My truck is running like it just came off the line yesterday in Detroit! I chose this shop based off of the reviews here on Google and they were all correct! Great Shop, Great prices and great service! I will recommend Allen tire to everyone going forward!

I've been to there 5800 Harbison Ave location several times and the service has been excellent . Their pricing is always on point and I would highly recommend them to anyone who's looking for mechanic repairs .

I love this place. Brian and Kyle are so helpful and welcoming and they always get me what I need. I also love that I never feel scammed out of my money when working with them. If you re in the area and need any maintenance done I would highly recommend going to them.

Thought I was buying replacement tires but they fixed the old tire for free instead. Who says there s no honestly or integrity anymore? Will be back when the time is right.

OMG I had the best experience, patient, knowledgeable and very communicative. I had my daughters Jeep towed there from another mechanic who wasn t able to help. Once at Allen s they looked at the problem, researched, investigated and solved the issue. While working on 1 issue they noticed another went above and being to get after market parts to fixed the issue. Great job! I recommend them 100% and they now have 2 new customers for life my daughter and I will definitely be back!! Thanks again guys for getting my daughter back on the road safely!

Wishing more people ran their businesses the way these guys do. Scheduled an alignment before a big road trip.These guys spent a good amount of time checking out my truck. Not only did they find the origin of that annoying noise, they ran diagnostics and discovered I didn t need an alignment.So now they ll get all my business and recommendations Because that s how it should be.

Why1 star.6 months ago wearing the winter tires.Told me tmps sensor needs to replace $35. I set l will do it next time. Changed 2 tires air valves, didn t put my sensor back. Because the light was on dashboard couldn t understand it.Went again 2 weeks ago putting my summer tires, they tried to keep my winter tires which were 80%. Told me now 3 sensor missing. Where did they go flying away.Make sure that you have the right folks there and you own me 3 tmps sensors.Never again.

This is one of the best tire shops I have ever been too. Kyle helped me, and he was the best. I can t see myself going to any other tire shop. He was honestly, respectful and real. Hands down best shop.

Great people work at your car repairs with diligence and care. Got a set of wheels and tires I brought to them for an install. The lugs sent by online auto place, DID NOT FIT. An Allen's employee got in his vehicle and went and bought the last pair of correct lugs, he could find and finished the job. Was impressed. Friendly informative staff.

These guys are freaking awesome they truly give you the quality and put the time and effort into your vehicle they gave me exceptional time and worked with my budget to get the job done I highly recommend these guys for any of your tire vehicle repairs one of the best in Philadelphia hands down it's almost as if my car is driving better then ever. Fantastic auto shop. I visited recently because I noticed how well reviewed Allen Tire was and it turns out such ratings were well earned. Brian found my somewhat rare tire size the same day and I was in and out in ten minutes. Great value!

I've been going to Allen Tire since I started driving 5 years ago. They are always honest with me, have great prices, awesome staff that know me, my driving habits, and my car better than anyone! My whole family goes here and I always recommend people to call and speak to Brian. They are the best and most trustworthy mechanics around!

I have used this shop for several years now and have never been disappointed by the work that comes from this shop. I find the gentleman here to be very upfront and honest about whatever car related topic I may inquire about, which is refreshing. In addition, they really build a rapport with their patrons.

Been going to Allen tires for a couple years now. Been getting tires, oil changes etc. Bryan is a great manager and his workers are great too. Very honest and helpful when it comes to the needs for my car. Must go to this shop for your car needs.
