I shop air freshers here every couple weeks from this location and today i bought the same thing and i was charged $2.50 more than what it was supposed to be charged. So i asked the lady politely why the price is different than what is on the tag and she got upset and insisted because it was in a different hanger and she tried to prove me wrong and found out it was her fault to put the wrong price in and then raised her voice starting to blaming me i was rushing to ring it up.Totally ObnoxiousWhy are they not using scanner by the way? Probably to overcharge? And get upset when get asked. I am very generous with mistakes but i cant take stupid nonsenseYoung Curly hair lady, two guys-they are super nice people!!!It was this lady i have never seen before

Was told Not enough staff to run a quick scan for the codes on my check engine light. Have simple misfire and needed to know which coil-pack was faulty. Was ready to spend the money on the parts there and then but they said I should come back tomorrow morning. They weren't busy or waiting on anyone else. Simply didn't want to do the job their paid to do. Went to AutoZone instead. Will never do business with advance auto unless they give me a courtesy gift card or something for the bad experience.

The clerks were very helpful and knowledgeable. Very friendly and easy to talk to. I had a great experience there and will definitely go again.

Not trying to be a Karen over here by the assistant manager "Joanne" acted very rude to me when I was returning a jug gallon of motor oil, she said "oh why did you buy it if you didn't need it then" with an annoyed expression on her face. Other associate workers are in fact very nice though and very helpful. Good store when the management doesn't want to act difficult with you.

Went into the Levick location today. Two ladies were on the registers. I brought wind shield wipers and asked if I could get some help putting them on because I was unsure on how to do it. They both refused. Me and my mom tried to put them on in the parking lot and couldn't. So I came back into the store requesting a refund because I had in my mind that I was going to go to another location in my area. The cashier rudely asks the GM if she "feels" like putting on the windshield wipers. She was very rude to me, displayed a nasty attitude, then complained about me coming back into the store. Very poor customer service! I won't be coming to spend my money at this location again. Thank you to the GM for helping me and taking two minutes out of her shift in the mixed of doing other things to put my wipers on.

I was just at advance because I need to buy a refill for my ac so they gave me a r134 can, so me trusting them I threw out the receipt when I left and went home the hose was the wrong one and the can was the wrong type since my car is new i didn t knew that it uses r1234 so I didn t use the one I bought due to the hose not fitting. I explained I was just there and the girl was very rude and said even if she physically saw me just there 20 min ago there s nothing she could do and tossed the cam over the counter, very disrespectful red head

The store manager Mike was EXCELLENT!! I'm huge on customer service and he was on point with assisting me with my purchase and even explained the differences between one brand from the other. He was the epitome of what great customer service is about. I'll definitely be back in the future.

Michael, the store manager was very rude and tried to kick me out the store.He refused to take my return, and I had to call corporate in order for him to accept my return.He assumed that because I am Asian, I was commiting some type of fraud, when I was merely trying to use my speed perks points.I am getting sick and tired of being treated so badly and wrongly from advance Auto parts.He gave me no reason to why I had to leave the store, and none of the employees would identify themselves.In the end, he knew he was wrong because he told another employee to do the refund.I will be escalating this and will not stop until the manager is held accountable for his rude and inexcusable behavior.

This place is a joke. They had one employee inside and the rest seemed to be outside in front of the store smoking. When they did come in one of them had music blasting from his phone, they seemed to be having a great time but no one acknowledged me or the other customers in the store. I asked a few questions to a young lady who seemed to be not so interested in answering my questions. So I just went up the road to a competitor and got the help I needed.

The worst customer service I ve ever seen at an auto parts store the charges too much. Waited in line with just three people and the employee had no idea what she was getting for the customer she was waiting on. She had to keep going in the back coming back again. Then two more registers open up and they don t take the customers waiting in line they take two people to walk in the door.Finally I get up there in line and a gentleman there waited on me did the same thing. He didn t write down the part number up having to go back and look at the computer go back of air then he comes back and proceeds to start talking to his other employee about unrelated work things while he s ringing me out. Literally totally ignores me starts talking to her and then when he s done his conversation starts ringing me out and then put me on hold again talks to her again and then finally checked me out and doesn t say thank you.

Store mgr. Is very unprofessional and ignorant!!!!!! Came in inquiring abt. Power steering fluid for one of my vehicles and was told by Michael that i can use any type , so i told him i did'nt think so, so after that exchange i asked him to speak to mgr. He replied he was then i asked him why to you give me a hard time everytime i come here , at that point he thought it was funny, and so i proceeded out the door try to contacted cust. Service but could"nt get thru., and i am a v.i.p member and have been a loyal cust. For years at advance auto, and this isn't my store that i usually come to,my store is in glendside,pa....any

Natasha the proud supervisor of delivering a poor customer experience. I called inquiring about a battery warranty . This young lady had me on hold for serval minutes , Natasha took me off hold to tell me to hold on . She answered a third time , to tell me to call in the morning . I called before closing time as well . I guess Natasha didn t expect me to stay on the hold for amount time she put me on hold . I expressed I called before they closed , her response was there was customers in store! What about the customer that you had on hold ? I called another location 6301 Frankford ave during closing time . They took care of me within two minutes . If you have the time go 6301 Frankford ave location to be treated like a customer. You can expect professionalism and courtesy services .

Was just there for a battery change. My battery had lots of corrosion and eventually the terminal broke off. The staff were extremely professional and helped fix this issue and got me back on the road in a timely manner. Very friendly people! Would highly recommend this store!

I purchased two Lucas Bottles of Gear Oil. I used one of the bottles and went to the store to return one. The seal under the cap was broken when associate Bruce reinpected and checked it. When I originally purchased the Gear oil on the shelf there was visible oil under the bottle in which Melody saw it and cleaned it. She was very nice and proffesional threw the initial transaction. I should of checked both caps on the bottle before I purchased them." my mistake". Bruce was very agressive and unprofessional as he was saying that he would take the hit of $8.00 because its not a lot of money, his comments were unprofessional. Instead of him de-escalating the issue he decided to escalate by being aggresive and nasty with his behavior. He told me if its $8 why am making it and issue. I said it was the behavior and the unprofessionalism conducted. I spoke with specificity but he said I cant do nothing for you. You were already told by 2 managers that we are not returning anything. He said he was one of the managers. Profits are guaranteed with exceptional customer service and continued customer business and this store does not have that it has changed. This is my first bad experience and I am truly dissapointed. He told me call customer service then a few minutes later while talking to Laura from customer service while on the phone and she heard him, move from the counter "He told me". I told him theres five computers you can use and he insisted I move. Why do that ? If he already knows that am on the phone with customer service why approach and prove my point with customer service on the phone. Its a discrace. Laura was very professional and heard me and credit me back the bottle. Then I spoke to another service department employee that handle the customer well. Please train associates and Management that the simple things you make sure you handle them in store, then the real problems/issues you escalate them to customer service not for $8. Thats petty and childish. A piece of advise "Find the problem, then fix the Process" Thats why AMAZON is taking the market, because they go over and beyond the call of duty. I expect better....

I called if they have parts they said yes and when i got there they dont have staff not helpfull not that much knowledge of what your asking they only base on the computer which is i guess grade school student can do it... just type the year model and make of your car no advice other than whats in the CPU.. just search on your phone much more choices or option...

Very inconvenient i called to get my batteryh tested they said they were doing it then I get there & they said someone cut the wires to the tester & they not doing check engine anymore why?? Cuz all the other advance autos continue to do so i came to another one & they checked with no problem.

The worker name Ant was giving attitude and unhappy to serve me. I come first before another customer but he serve the other person and try ignore me. when I speak up, he did not care.
