DO NOT BUY A CAR BATTERY FROM HERE. My brother needed to replace his battery and got it from here about a month ago. Not a week later his car fails to start unless it s jumped. My dad brought the car back over with my brother and the manager apologized for the inconvenience, said he had a bad batch of batteries and that must have come from that batch. He replaced the battery and assured them this was a good battery with no issues. Still, car fails to start unless it s jumped every other day. A mechanic checked out the electric wiring and started and the alternator, all working as they should be, and therefore had to be an issue with the battery. They took the car to an Autozone this morning for them to check the battery, and they confirmed it needed to be charged. Why would a new battery need to be charged when he just got it replaced? They returned to the advanced auto parts and a worker, who might have recognized them, said she would check it out and again INSISTED the battery was good to go. A waste of money and time. We should have gone to autozone from the first place.

Just dropped off ups parcel to go back box was 24x24x24 inches it was an airfrywr. The gentleman was very good about it considering it was not small. I f I needed to I would use them in future for parts and ups. Very nice experience for first time using.

Walked in at the end of the day not able to find a rear windshield wiper and the lady was outside she came in help me right away found one for me! An employee came out and installed it for me! Absolutely accommodating employees! My first time here great experience!

Online it said to go to this location for a very co.mon motorcycle battery. After a 42 minute traffic ridden roadway. I asked for it by part number and the answer was look down this row on the left with a pointing finger. Guess what they didn't have it. So I put my 4 items I was also getting down and walked out.

Depends on who helps you. Some of them are very informed and helpful. Others are dumb as rocks and should never been hired there. All I can say is good luck

Great spot to grab that one tool or something small you don t have. Just double check they gave you the right part before they leave if it s something behind the counter they need to grab for you.

Called To see if they had parts for my car. They put me on hold and was on hold for 22 minutes without anyone picking the phone back up. Worst ever..No I will not because I called back and the lady that answered the phone said can you hold I said to her you put me on hold for 22 minutes and she said you have to deal with it. Sorry but worse service and place ever

I was really impressed with advanced Auto parts. We have two Audi A3's, and both are telling us to check the coolant so we went to Advance Auto Parts to get some but the problem is that the cars are different years and take two different types of specialized coolant that's hard to find. Not only did they determine which types we needed right away but they had both in stock and for a decent price. I would certainly recommend them whether your knowledgeable about working on cars or not. They can help you if you don't know what you need, they have everything you could need in stock and their prices are very reasonable.

online showed 1 tube of 3M windshield adhesive. dropped in and the guy was helpful but ofcourse they didn't have it an wasted my time driving there. I am not sure why businesses with computer updated inventory never updates.

I order 5 things in the past 3 month, 4 of those were wrong, either for another car or just a wrong part. Everytime I went to pick one of these things I ordered, they don t find it And make me wait, look for the recieve, check part number again. Awfull service and store

Employees were very nice although store was having some kind of computer issues which made this particular trip there longer than I wanted it to be.... Normally in and out within 5 minutes

We always use Advance Auto. We also have a company account for years with Advance auto. My Fianc� went there to make sure his battery was low and that he needed a new one. At first a team member came outside and tested his battery which was low and in need of a new one. When he went to purchase the battery they said nothing came up for our company. Fine he still buys the battery and a team member says do you need our tools to install it? To install it he said don t you guys put it in for us. They said no we do not but you can use our tools to put it in yourself. So he went outside and put the battery in for himself. I have been using Advance auto for years but after this incident Inwill find a company that doesn t lie. Many times have I had a battery or windshield wipers replace by a team associates. I then looked up to make sure Advance auto still replaces the batteries and they do! What was the issue this day?

Called order in ahead and wasn't ready when I got there. But the sales person quickly got it together for me. That is why I only gave it 4 stars.

My experience with jamie and vicky was very good they were very knowledgeable about the parts I needed the stock was correct they found my part very fast also had a problem with a return and the manager arrand was very help full had a nice experience with this advance thank you to all your associates and manager for all their help

I hate giving sub par reviews, but my First and only experience here was not good. One customer (me) and two employees and I couldn't get any assistance, one employee was in the back trying to look busy and the other was on the phone the entire time I was in the store. Maybe it was just bad timing?

I've stopped at this store a few times at night for parts. As I walked in, the employees hanging outside smoking cigarettes. I would be at the counter waiting for help but would get ignored. Numerous times this has happened. Im just going to take my business down the street to Autozone.

Girl did a diagnostic test on my car because the check engine light was on. Said something about the egr (my gas line) and my battery power was low. .. went to Comly auto did the same test said about the egr nothing about my battery turned off my check engine and told me to get another gas cap. $14.00 at Autonzone.. check engine light never came back on.. it s been 30 days.

THE LATINO GIRL ABOUT 22 YEARS OLD BEHIND COUNTER HAS SERIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE FLAWS. I WALK IN ASK FOR WINDSHIELD HOSES AND SHE POINTS TO ISLE 4. I WALK OVER FIND NOTHING I COME BACK AND ASKED If THEY HAVE ANY HOSES FOR WINDSHIELD? SHE SAID I GUESS THEY ARE OUT. NOTE SHE DOESN'T GET UP TO LOOK OR SEE IN THE COMPUTER WORTHLESS STORE .PEPBOYS AND ZONE BEATS THEM. WORTHLESS WAST OF TIME. NEVER WILL I WALK INTO THIS PLACE.

Rewards the members and rates are also less for parts. Store associates are also best ones. They really help youchoose the best products.

Rude , obnoxious personel ,lazy and slow ,talking on personal cell phones ,using foul language ,doesn't matter who is in the store ,manager not doing much better ,oh and yes they don't know anything about parts they selling
