AOK went above and beyond. They were paid to repair some body damage (which they did well). But they also cleaned the car inside and out. Really nice gesture.

I called to have the check engine light code looked at at 2pm. They said being it right in. I got there they stopped to check my code, fixed the issue and sent me on my way so fast my head spun. Love this place!

The repairs done to my car made it look like it just came out of factory production!!! The guys at the shop worked so well communication and updates are a big thing for me and I was included in the entire process. From ordering parts to painting and assemble time. Two weeks of extensive labor and I m back on the road. I can not thank AOK enough! Please visit this body and glass shop you will not be disappointed. Took my car here after having an accident on the turnpike. I could not have had a better experience with getting repairs done. The service was excellent, my car is good as new. The team really went above and beyond with cleaning the car and ensuring everything was done perfectly. Service was personable and the owner was great to work with. Will definitely return for any future auto needs.

I am extremely thrilled by the team here. While I only had minor damages to fix on a bumper repair, they smoothly noted and handled additional damages that were not in the estimate. They communicated well and did their best to complete the project on time. They answered all of my questions and picked quality products. When I picked up my car it had been completely cleaned and vacuumed, topping off my very positive experience. Absolutely will go here for future car repairs and needs. Dropped off my car here after an accident. Came here for an estimate as per my insurance company, Liberty Mutual. Was impressed with the shop so decided to also do my repairs here. They made a stressful situation go smoothly. Appreciated the automatic updates that were sent over via email. Finished on time. Honestly cannot recommend enough!

I used to go to 11th St Auto, but when that closed, they recommended coming here. What a great decision. I can't say enough good things about this place. I came in for a flat. A week later, another tire was also flat. I took it back and they patched it up with no charge. They even help you back out of the garage and direct you through traffic onto Washington Ave. Tim and his team are friendly, easy to work with, and run a great business.

These guys are so great! There has been two separate occasions where our car needed to be fixed from an accident and they did an excellent job both times. Steve has been especially kind and very helpful through both situations. I can tell he really cares about his customers. Thank you so much to AOK Body Shop for being so awesome!

Unfortunately I was a victim of the I assume Kia boy. They tried to steal my car. But they were underachiever so they won successful. But they did manage to bust my gear shaft and break a window A.O.K. auto got my car back to me within 3 weeks which was awesome because Kia parts have been on backwater for 6 to 8 weeks. They were professional and handled my job quickly as possible.

Went here fir the first time this past Saturday because I couldn't open my driver door from the outside. The employee working on my car was INCREDIBLY kind, efficient, and communicative during the entire process. He took apart my entire door, quickly diagnosed the problem (which was a disconnected cable) then put everything back together, even turned off my tire light and made one of my windows go up and down much faster and all for no charge whatsoever. On another note, I tripped/fell on my knee while in the shop (my fault not theirs) and another employee found me an ice pack. All around great place, nice people, and very reliable service, Would totally recommend and will be back for any auto body needs I have.Service: Body & Trim

Did a quick, pretty good job at very fair price for shattered passenger window/robbery. For a more thorough job -- to fix damaged window frame and dent in door beneath window, where thief pried under yo crack window, would be very pricey and they recommended touch up only (with matching paint I provided) because my car is so old and expensive repair would not add value. Good advice and appreciate they don't upsell. Cleaned out virtually every bit of broken glass, which is not easy. I hope I don't need them again soon but highly recommend.

Beyond impressed. Besides protecting my vandalized car o'night and replacing the broken window the next morning, they're deeply committed to making customers aware of other car repair concerns, even if that work has to be done at other mechanics (i.e. AOK is not trying to jack up the bill for their own benefit). Already called my insurance agent to recommend AOK to other clients. Kudos to owner Steve and his team.

We brought in our car after a bad accident, and the A.O.K. team was amazing. We live 100 miles away, but they were patient and very understanding while we were remote through the whole process. 1st time visiting to get an estimate. Called on a whim, Tim answered and was very kind and helpful. He said to come on over. He looked at the damage to my vehicle and within 10 mins I had a printed out initial estimate.Very pleased with the initial interaction and first impression... I'm confident in using them to repair my car after I deal with my insurance.

I have used this shop for literally everything. They have performed routine maintenance and inspections, windshield replacement, collision repair, tire replacement, you name it. They were very quick and efficient with the work that was needed to be done for my car. They were communicative during the process which I appreciated very much! The staff was very nice and they provided an estimate that was significantly lower than what other auto shops had provided me and as a bonus they didn t charge me for one of the parts! I definitely recommend this place.

All of the associates are incredibly helpful and knowledgable. Affordable pricing. Quick turnaround times. They replaced my bumper and diagnosed my check engine light. Instead of trying to nickel & dime me, they educated me on the best way to fix the problem without having to spend excessive money. 100x better quality than Pep Boys (and less expensive). Worst customer service ever. Do Not go here. Wasted more than 15 minute to check in because the person asked us to wait while he is finishing up his paper work but then he ignored us and helped someone else who came after us. He asked another guy to help us but then that person also just ignored us and doing other stuff right in front of us who were standing and waiting for him. How there people who ignore customers and ask them to just wait while parking customer s car in the middle of the road can fix your car with responsibility?

The staff promptly addressed an undercarriage issue with my Honda and helped me with an engine light check that's been bugging me for several months. The staff were very kind and the price was right. It's great to find a body shop like this in Philly! I used AOK because my car unfortunately was scraped. I emailed them with a picture and they quickly gave me an estimate and time I could bring it in. I brought my car in and within a day they fixed my bumper and looked brand new and at the low end of their estimate. I would highly recommend using them as I believe they do great work and were also very friendly.Service: Painting
