I had a blown-out tire and I was thrilled by the efficiency of these guys! I called, and Kelly came out to grab my tire. I didn't even have a chance to get over to my car and he was already there, identified my car, and took off the tire incredibly fast. He went back to the shop (20 minutes), got me a new tire, and put it on within 8 minutes of arriving back. He took the time to explain some things to me about my car, offered up some good mechanics near-by, and even called a near-by tire shop asking if they had my tire size in stock for the rest of my dinged up tires. He was warm, kind, and very knowledgeable. For the labor, convenience, & new tire, the price was more than fair, even with tip included. Thanks for making this stressful situation a little less daunting!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND I REPEAT STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE I bust my tire and went pass here cuz my tire shop wasn't open however I had already called tire town west and they gave me a price which was reasonable however I was closer to this one so I stop pass the guy said $75 I said to my husband g talk him down he went to the guy and tried his best the guy said I WOULDNT BE MAKING ANYTHING AND NOR WILL MY BOSS I jumped in my car so fast and went the slowest 10 mph I could away from that man looking for a come up $75 for a used tire sir really who ever the owner is really need to get a hold of his workers putting they own price on tires however tire town west was extremely reasonable and respectful and also they customer service was great

Ppl came right out to help me. I sent the deposit and they came, jacked my car up, took the tire off, left for 10 minutes and came back. Beautiful and reliable

I had a great experience they was so fast on all four of my tires I was in and out the person who helped me was Shawn he was so nice and handsome I would go back any time I need tires and I m only asking for Shawn he s the best and don t forget they re 24 hours

They are not open 24 hrs. False advertising. I am here as we speak at 6am and they are not open. Just a failure when it comes to black business.

Completely Unprofessional . I Called To Inquire About A Tire And Was Questioned And Put On A Extended Hold. I Decided To Just Hang Up And Head There Since It Was 7 Mins Away . However when I arrived it was very unpleasant. The man stationed out front on his little laptop barely looked up to greet us and basically told us to knock on a door in an alley .. To which no one answer laptop man was like oh I guess they not there . also The Place is said to be open 24 hours and I was told they was closed at 10pm .. So I guess they really 12 hrs cause the other man who arrived moments later after my husband knocked on the door .. said they open again at 9 am.

Was on my way from New York to Virginia, 2.5 hours in noticed the pressure gauge go off around South Jersey. Found out I had a slow leak and was concerned. Gave YP Tire & Tow a call and was able to get to them around 12am. He truly is available 24 hours. Even though he didn t answer immediately, he returned my call relatively quickly and was able to meet me at the shop. He was honest and helped me find a solution for my tire, which is what I value the most. He wasn t trying to rip me off and genuinely wanted to help. I was incredibly appreciative of him being available and for helping us for the emergency. He ll get you out of a bind and back on the road to reach your destination. Worth giving a call if you re ever in an emergency situation and need a tire for your car. Just be wary that inventory may be limited, so call ahead of time and make sure he has what you need in stock before arriving.

I stuck at 40th & Girard Ave and i literally called around philly all night last night. 15 different tire shops that claimed to be 24hrs was all closed. All besides 24hr YP Tire & Roadside. They are about their business. Hasan answered the phone and had someone come out to me immediately. They came and took my tire off my car, they went back the tire shop and was back towards me within 15 minutes I was on my way home. Thank you YP. And Thank You Hasan

We shredded a tire on 95 outside Philly Sunday night. Shawn picked right up when we called and was there within a half hour with James. They took our wheel back to their shop, changed the tire (nice looking tire by the way) and were back within an hour. Kept us in the loop the whole time by text, courteous, prompt. Can t say enough good things.

This place is incredibly unprofessional and untrustworthy. I had a flat tire on my way home from the US back to Canada, and AAA told me to take my car here given it was late at night and this was one of the only places open. It was midnight when I brought my car in. The employees advised that it would take at least several hours to fix my car because they needed to break the lock to change the tire; they could not give me an estimated time of completion for the car. Given that it was midnight and I am a young woman travelling alone, and given that they did not offer me an indoor space to wait, I asked if they would be able to hold onto my car overnight and let me pick it up the next day, rather than me waiting outside their location for hours in the middle of the night. They agreed to do this. They did not at any time tell me there would be an extra charge for holding onto the car overnight. I told them to text me when the repair was done.The next morning, I got a text saying the repair was done; however, they said they only accept payment with cash, Apple Pay, or Cash App. They refused to let me use a credit card, a debit card, or PayPal, or to give my car back until I paid. They had not told me that these were the only payment methods available until the work on my car was done. Being Canadian, my phone doesn t allow me to use Apple Pay or Cash App; these apps are available only in the US. I did not have access to US cash. I informed the employee of this and told him I would try to get an American friend to send the money. He agreed and said the price for the repairs would be $250. I thought this price was very steep since all they did was put a used tire on my car to replace the flat one, but given that they were refusing to give my car back until I paid this outrageous price, I got a friend to pay the $250.At that point, the employee offered to drive the car to me rather than having me pick it up. I agreed to this. He did not mention an additional price for this or that part of the $250 was for him driving the car to me; if he had mentioned that, I would have gone to pick up the car myself, rather than agreeing to let him drop it off.When he returned the car to me later that day, the car had a pungent smell of weed. Additionally, the settings of the car had been changed to sport mode, the volume had been turned up, and the passenger seat had been set to recline. There were also several items missing from the car, including my iPhone charger. When I called the employee about this, he admitted to smoking weed while working on my car. He denied stealing the iPhone charger, but admitted he had moved other items that he believed were garbage and had thrown them out. The employees were the only people who were in my car; they were the only ones who could have stolen the charger. I subsequently filed a police report for theft of the charger.To make matters worse, the employees had put the wrong size tire on the car and had filled an improper amount of air, leaving the car to be unsafe to drive. I then needed to go to a different tire shop to have the right size tire put on the car.When I called the owner, he acknowledged that his employees had been negligent, and he said he would provide a full refund by the end of the day. However, he did not provide the refund. Initially, he texted me saying he was sending the Apple Pay transfer right now, but he did not send it, and he refused to answer my calls or texts. Clearly he has no intention of acting honestly or ethically. His employees saw a vulnerable young woman travelling alone and decided to take advantage to make a profit for themselves. The owner then promised a refund but lied and went AWOL rather than providing it. The people involved in this business are unscrupulous crooks who want to take advantage of vulnerable travellers experiencing car trouble in order to extort money out of them. I have reported them to the police and will commence a civil suit in small claims court to get my money back if a refund is not provided as promised.

In my Tesla, I drove to Philadelphia from Columbia, Maryland arriving at approximately 11 o clock. Driving through downtown I heard the sound of what turned out to be a screw in my tire. These guys answered the phone and when I arrived they repaired my tire within 10 minutes, that s excellent service! I was so grateful I paid $40 on a $20 tab. I don t think they re charging enough! My AAA or Tesla service would not have moved that quickly! As I was leaving, two cars we re arriving, the word is out about these guys; they re doing an excellent job.

This shop is run by 3 young men that know their trade. As an Uber/ Lyft driver I highly recommend you keep this business as one of your go to's!!

I never had to pay $20.00 to plug a tire. However if that s what you want to charge people fine! A good business man display their prices, so there s no question on what you charge for your service. Remember brothers, there s no shame in profit, but there s shame in bad service. Have a blessed day.

Surprised by the negative reviews especially the ones complaining about $20 charge really?? Excellent service and extremely quick. Excellent price too. If I go to Pep Boys or Firestones, I have to wait 2 hours or more.

As someone who drives for a living I get alot of Philly flats. I called at 3:30am when i arrived to get my tie changed and guy said they were closed...a 24 hour place closed.. Then he hung up on me when i tried to explain the fact that ice come a long way while driving on the flat. Why have "24 hours" as your business slogan if you don't abide by it?????

It took the guy 20mins to put the tire on the rim. 2 days later, I had to put air in the tire everyday since. And he charged me $50. Never again will I go back there and that was my first and last time. Taveras on 52nd and poplar is where I go now!

Got a flat in Philadelphia. Found this place on Google. SMDH..When you drive for a living you know your car and something felt off offer me so so 2 days later I had a courtesy check done come to find out the tire that they put on my car was 9 years old and dry rotted to hell. On top of that it was an inside outside tire put on incorrectly and it wasn't even the right size. And had The audacity to charge me $60.Beware when purchasing from them. Apparently they have no problem putting your life in the life of your love ones at risk For a quick buck

Not open . Number doesn t work . Went there at 10pm Saturday . Perhaps they mean 24 hours a year not a day. The least you can do is fix your phone number or take down the sign that says call us if this garage door is closed so people don t get there hopes up . Your location is PERFECT. Philly roads are setup for getting flats .

The workers are very rude the chubby one is jus rude. They lights turned off (electrical issues) I had to wait an additional half hour. My car was dropped off here at 1:30AM it s not 3:30AM. 3 workers 5 people waiting. Trashy service

David at VP really came through for me during a small crisis. Being from out of town, I arrived in the neighborhood with a screw in my tire. A friend suggested I stop by VIP for a check. It was 7:00PM on a Saturday, and sure enough, they were open. Within 15 minutes, I was on my way back home with a fresh tire on the car. Many, many thanks!

Just called to ask a simple question, near this location, bad customer service skills, guy that answer had an attitude, as if I was annoying him, from the looks at these reviews I'm better of going somewhere else, its $10 for me not $20 to get my tire plugged and the people are way friendly so I will take the extra drive to North philly, Wish you guys better in business skills

They sold me a tire with a nail in it. I came back to get another one and they told me I put the nail in my tire a hour later. Don t trust them. Cheap price, but don t trust.

I don t recommend this place to anyone they were very unprofessional at the job and didn t provide good service. They fixed my tire but the morning after my tire was flat again and I had to go somewhere else to get it properly fixed.

I always get A+ service, when I go to this establishment. The service is fast and the owner, is knowledgeable and very helpful. If he doesn't have it, he'll get it. Everyone should get their tires or tire needs from here.
