We recently moved from NY to PA, and needed to get the car inspected. When Ryan the Service Advisor called me to tell of the status of the car, his technician noticed all the repairs that were previously (2 months prior) done on the car - I was very impressed. As per my conversation with Ryan, I hung up feeling a sense of professionalism, and honesty as well as confidence in future servicing; I will definitely be returning for repairs. Thank you again to Ryan and to your technician!!

I have to say my first experience dealing with Meineke was better than my expectations. I made a phone call and got into a conversation with David and he knew exactly how to help me with my issue. The knowledge he had was informative to me as well. 100 percent satisfied with this shop and will be calling again when services are needed, asking for Davis specifically

Dave and the rest of the crew have been absolutely fantastic. When my son's car broke down, they were so accommodating and helpful. They kept me up to date on everything happening with the vehicle. They are friendly, helpful, and provided answers to all of my questions. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who has auto repair/oil change needs. Take your car here!!!

Work is very well done. Since transferring ownership there has been a steep increase in work recommended which we have questions about. My husband checks my car s fluids routinely so was surprised to see a recommendation that mentioned critically low wiper fluid, he is certain that isn t accurate. Other, quite expensive service recommendations for shocks and struts would be charged for an additional $1,200 if I checked off approve all while the actual inspection report listed them as acceptable and passing. We selected the minimum services and nothing more was said. If you use these folks be sure to check the authorization document carefully! It will be our last time using them.

It was my first time there since new ownership took over. I was quite pleased with service. Dave put my mind at ease & assured me my car would be well taken care of & he was right. Super nice guy. Would highly recommend .

I am absolutely disgusted with this place!I was told that I needed some work done before my car would pass inspection, no big deal. I was given the name of the parts that would need replaced, they will just check to make sure that everything was done and that they would stick an inspection sticker on. My son in law, who is a licensed mechanic, bought the parts and I went up to the Poconos ( where they live) and after replacing said items (even though none of us could see why they needed replaced) everything was great. No thanks to said garage. I went back today for the sticker, and was informed that the brakes are spongy and can t pass again!I have had this car since 2014 and the brakes have always been like this, it never causes an issue. Except now! Absolutely ridiculous! I am posting this so that all my friends and family know what happened.I have never had a garage treat me like this!! Going from you re looking at least $2,200, to get it fixed sorry, the brakes are too Spongy!!!! Disgusted!!!!

I feel like I got ripped off. This was my first and last visit to any of your garages .i was told my brakes were under warranty by one person then the next day someone else said they weren t. I kept getting different information each time I talked to you. We had to bring the car back because it kept shaking like it was going to shut off. Your parts are very expensive and so is your labor. The last time we had to bring the car in to have the new inspection sticker put on the car I wrote on the service envelope please do not call before 10:00.am at about 8:15 am the phone woke us up they needed the registration. I don t know why they needed it they should have had all the information from when they did the original inspection. They told me when we started this inspection that they did not get the records from the garages previous owner I find that hard to believe that should have been part of the sale process.

Fantastic service! Love the app that informs you about your vehicle health with pictures of needed parts, i got a ton of stuff done with a very fast turn around time.

Dropped off the car the evening before my oil change appointment. Got a text @9:30 a.m. with financing options and 11 items requiring "immediate attention." One was for "dark" oil. Replace cabin filter, struts, coolant "contaminated, etc. Called immediately to say just change the oil. Seven hours later, another text advising the car is ready. Similar experience to one I had with Valvoline. A local mechanic offers an oil change for $30 less. I'll be there next time.

Very friendly staff who are very welcoming and knowledgeable. Fast service and competitive prices. Convenient location in the center of East Petersburg, definitely returning for my service needs on my old 2001 Saturn!

I think the work was done well. I am disappointed that the mat in front of the driver's seat got so dirty. In other places I have been it is common for a cover to be put in front of the seat so it does not get soiled. I have not tried to clean it yet, but it looks rather oily.Nick contacted me and offered to clean the mat. I took my car back to the shop today and he cleaned both mats! Now they look great! Wonderful service!

Bad stay away they will try upcharge you on services that you do not need was a good place before the current owners took it over now they suck don t go here take your bussiness anywhere else they are out to get you.Sorry if you feel this is Harsh I assure you it will be my last review here I will never be back Meineke Car Care Is the Worst would not wish anyone to go here it was nice before they screwed it up back when it was a East Petersburg Garage Now it is a scam center do no take your car here they will rip you off down one side and up the other Bend Over.

Not a good experience for me, took my car there first time with Meineke after they bought East Petersburg Auto. Was not offered a choice or range of prices for parts, was told the price was 1200.00, only to find out a very high priced battery was used and the alternator was pricey too. Be sure to ask what parts they are using and the prices. Be thorough and ask questions.

All the guys were very nice and accommodating! They took pictures of other issues they found which made it very easy to see what they were seeing. They didn t push any of those issues on me , but just a simple reminder for me to get those eventually fixed. Will be back!

I ended up here because it was the closest shop when I had engine trouble, and I was impressed with the friendly, helpful service. They even did some legwork for me and referred me to the dealership for coverage under an extended warranty.

I asked only for a muffler strap and was forced to pay for an unexpected, extensive inspection. They pushed a false claim of a dirty air filter and they likely broke my emergency brake. An $8 part turned into a $288.65 bill.Proverbs 13:11 - "Dishonest money dwindles away, but he who gathers money little by little makes it grow". God will judge and they will be out of business soon. I truly regret not being able to say anything nice.These greasy fingerprints were not caused by me, nor was the broken emergency brake that recently passed inspection. No judgement was passed on you as I turned the other cheek and paid your bill. Fact: your policy is illegal.

After recovery from cost of service, my re-evaluation of my experience at the local Meineke service center in East Petersburg here in PA, has gone 180� to positive and hope I'll be welcomed back. I apologize for the hasty reaction. My apologies.

Will never use them again. I dropped my car off for inspection only. Don t they contact me saying I need a new cabin filter, air filter and an oil change. My question is, why are they even looking at these items? I know, they wanted to jack up the price. I m done

This is no longer the same East Pete Auto I used for the last 10 years. They could not identify any issues with my car that is now headed to a transmission shop for repair. When I called to inquire more, someone literally answered the phone with yo multiple times.
