I have a bad experience to report unfortunately. I scheduled to take my vehicle in for a recall on a wire harness. Because of the inconvenience of the recall they offered a free oil change which I am very grateful for. They also performed a multipoint complementary inspection, which stated multiple things I would need to bring my vehicle up to standard. That s perfectly fine as well again i appreciate the inspection. But here s the problem I took my vehicle home after the recall oil change and inspection put a few extra miles on and in the evening my vehicle decided to shutdown. I got my vehicle towed to the garage of my choice and ran a diagnostic test to figure out what was wrong. They discovered mass airflow sensor was not working correctly which take in mind I never had a problem this was the first time. Needless to say a 600 dollar repair later and also to discover apparently when the air filter was checked and put back in by Nissan, the technician reversed the air filter which blew the dirt and grime from the filter into the intake and set off my mass airflow sensors. I believe if you are a professional at your job even if the filter is bad just put it back in the way you got it out. Let it know not a very good first time experience taking my Nissan to Lancaster Nissan for service. I am highly disappointed.

I bought a car here back in 2015. Had problems with it for 6 months, it was a new car. Just recently I called for a price on a sending unit plus labor, they wouldn't give me a quote, said they had to run a diagnosis test on the car for $165, I had it done a few days back for free, and the problem is the sending unit. They wouldn't take my word. All they care about is getting as much money from the customer as possible even though the service isn't needed. I won't be going back there.

Family members took nissan in and explained multiple times what was going on. They supposedly ran a diagnostic test on the vehicle. They suggested that the issue was not the transmission that was in question. had them fix something that was well over $4000. Had nothing to do with transmission, when we asked them it several times if they were sure it was that and not the transmission in which we suggested they check. they definitely said no, it was not transmission. Paid 4000 for what they claimed to be the issue to find out it was not now they claim its the transmission in which was what we kept suggesting. Took the car back same day. Explainlain to them the problem still exists. Drove it with a service person who then said its most likely the transmission, but the year of the vehicle could not be diagnosed unless they had them put a specific part on (MORE $$). So how could they originally rule out transmission when they never tested it?? Now, for another $6000, they will fix this. Professional, I think not. Tried talking to them about this as they misdiagnosed the problem in the first place. Not even corporate nissan headquarters was willing to help. They said there was nothing they could do. Go figure guess they dont stand behind their products are service department's. I will never buy or recommend them to anyone they do not stand behind their services.

Great place to get a car. Been getting cars here since 2008. Won't go anywhere else. Salespeople are excellent and the service department is excellent. They don't push you into buying extra stuff for your car
