Both times I went to Lancaster County motor sports I have had great experiences. Neither salesperson has pushed me into a car or made me feel pressured. I worked with Matt at Lancaster Hyundai, I came in on a spur of the moment, he grabbed the vehicle I inquired about, asked if I had any questions about the car. Although I couldn't sign papers the day I went, LCM still allowed me to take my car home which made me so incredibly happy! During the process, Matt Kept me in the loop the entire time letting me know when they'd have the paperwork. He also ensured me that they would fix the one issue which was a small issue when I returned to sign papers. At no cost. I bought a 2021 Palisade Limited, and I absolutely love it! It has a ton of safety features which I am still getting use too. It drives smooth, the space it has is just right! I highly recommend LCM! :)

This is my second vehicle I ve purchased from Lancaster Hyundai. The team there is so helpful, thoughtful, and they truly care about putting you in the right vehicle. I had an issue with the first car I purchased (minor manufacturing defect), and they were very accommodating and able to upgrade me into a fully loaded Santa Fe. I will always recommend a Hyundai but I will push for Lancaster Hyundai. The attitudes and the friendliness is something so important when making a big purchase, and it s a great environment for that.Thank you John, and the Lancaster Hyundai team for always making me feel important and heard. I absolutely love my Santa Fe.

Absolutely awesome new car purchase at this dealership! We went in for some information and a test drive, and 90 minutes later we were driving off the lot in a new vehicle! A totally enjoyable experience! We would highly recommend the team at Lancaster Hyundai to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

Update: after speaking with the service manager, who seemed genuine and was very nice, I was told that my bluelink showed no codes. I went to a much farther location and the problem was taken seriously (I had no working airbags and it took days to fix my vehicle, free under warranty). I called the previous service manager to discuss moving forward if I came back, and I never received a call back. *Never returning even if it meant I got a free vehicle. The trust is broken and gone. According to my new dealership, this is a routine and regular occurrence with LCM.*I have been with Hyundai for over 10 years. 3 different vehicles, and my most recent vehicle was purchased here. The buying experience was great in 2021. The servicing experience since has been terrible. The service department, in particular, was rude and lacked all customer service skills. I will be traveling farther to a different location to service my vehicle. I was expected to drive my car with a faulty airbag for a week because they claimed to not have any loaner vehicles to keep my children and myself safe while waited for an appointment a week away. Safety is not their top priority. Customer service is not either. No reconciliation after contacting corporate (who was really helpful) and no apology. I would rate my experience in the last 3 months a 0-star.

I sent an email to a large number of dealers across central PA. Rick Delk was the only one to answer all of my questions. He then worked with me to discern what was the best option for my wife and I as we concluded our leases. He is very knowledgeable, a great listener and he worked through our endless questions. The dealership was fair, honest and provided the best value of all of the Hyundai dealers in this region. Rick and Lancaster now have a customer for life.

Never buy a car from Lancaster Hyundai they are the most ignorant, entitled & disrespectful people I have ever met in the service center especially Mike and their 2022 accent SUCKS. They take no fault for absolutely anything they do & they do not listen to you at all and alls they do is lie !! That man talked over me constantly I couldn t get a single Word out and he was beyond rude every single time I have gone in there and it s been a handful of times. Do better Hyundai service center. Just awful !

We had a great experience with Rick and the team at Lancaster Hyundai. We were greeted right away, and Rick was very knowledgeable and courteous while we were taking the next step to purchase a new vehicle. He respected our budget, and answered any questions we had, and we loved the Tucson we chose, so we were happy to give them our business. Rick followed up two days later to make sure we were comfortable with everything. And everyone in the dealership congratulated us as well. All very friendly. Thank you!

Great experience at Lancaster Hyundai!Any staff I came in contact with were friendly, polite and professional. The waiting area was clean and supplied with an assortment of teas, coffee, bottled water and cereal bars. There was comfortable seating, a television and a charging station. Car was ready when promised and we went on our way!

Perfect in every way. Mike explained the towing delivery , provided factual realist time frames first for the diagnostic , and then an honest realistic time frame for the repair.He took time to research potential warranty coverage. He was very polite, respectful , and honest. I would recommend This service department to everyone. From A- Z. , the repair process of my 2015 Sonata was simply perfect and immensely appreciated. The whole dealership is professional and easy to deal with. Jeff pulled in the sales manager, Kyle, when needed and this made the purchase easier and at a price we liked.This is our 2nd purchase in 3 years. We came back because negotiations are easier than at other dealerships. We will come back again when we are ready for a 3rd vehicle, Kyle.

I would like give a 5 star rating on my purchase that I made here at the Lancaster Hyundai dealership for a 2024 Hyundai Sonata N-Line. I live about 2 hours from this dealership in Maryland but I was able to communicate thoroughly and efficiently with Rick Delk via telephone and email in order to make this purchase possible. They even increased my trade-in value to what I thought it should have been for my 2019 Hyundai Sonata SE before they were able to see in person. Rick was very attentive and transparent in all details and my questions related to my purchase and made it very stress free on my end with his communication and commitment to making this purchase possible. Everyone here was friendly and professional, especially Bonnie the finance specialist that walked me through finalizing the purchase. Thank you again Rick!

I have a 23 Hyundai Tucson. I had a weird issue where the car lost acceleration and popped up a hybrid error. Mike contacted me and at first stated that they were unable to locate the issue as any codes that popped up were ambiguous. I was advised that they would keep looking. Mike noticed that the front end had been worked on and parts replaced. Based on that simple evidence, Mike located the issue. Within 2 hours, the problem was resolved and I was provided with all the documentation I needed to go back to the collision shop. I definitely recommend Mike and Lancaster Hyundai service!

Overall the service was good. I am disappointed because my car was in for the 3rd or 4th time because of continuous rattling underneath. The noise is always acknowledged that it is there, but no one can find the source or fix it. My husband was told today to bring my car back sometime when the service manager is there for that person to look at it. That is very annoying - why should we have to keep bringing the car in only to be told they can't find the source.

I recently discovered a mechanical issue in the engine compartment of my 2017 Sonata. Chris, the parts manager accompanied me outside to ascertain what was needed, ordered the part & got me on the schedule & it is now installed. A seamless, painless & a very professional transaction. I just recently bought a Hyundai Tucson from Lancaster Hyundai. From the moment I started the process with them, my sales rep Zac was amazing. He kept me updated on delivery time of the vehicle each week and made sure I had everything I needed to make sure when I came in, the signing and purchase went smoothly. A couple weeks ago, my beloved 2013 Hyundai Tucson was totaled by an irresponsible driver. The idea of having to have a car payment again and deal with a dealership to get a new car was overwhelming. I started researching and saw that Lancaster Hyundai had many used Hyundais that I was interested in, so I drove 45 minutes there to check them out. Immediately, I was greeted at the door by Trixsy, who opened the door for me and asked how she could help. I told her my story and she set me up with two Hyundai Tucsons to test drive. I fell in love with the second one and we began the process of completing the paperwork. The entire time, I felt like Trixsy truly wanted to help me and make the process as easy as possible. I was also on a time constraint that day, and she did her best to get me out the door within 2 hours of me showing up (including all the test driving). There was a small tear in the seat of the car that she agreed should be fixed by them and set me up with their interior repair person to have it completed. I noticed the ISG system was also acting up and she set me up with their service team as well for the same day so that I don't have to drive 45 minutes down and back more than once. Overall, I highly recommend Lancaster Hyundai (and especially Trixsy!).

I recently traded in my 2008 Hyundai Elantra and started leasing a 2024 Hyundai Kona. I worked with Matt the entire process, and I could not be happier with the service and my experience. He was very attentive and helpful, making sure to explain things to me as many times as I needed to feel comfortable.
