Brandon, the salesman here was very helpful I was in the process of purchasing a used mower and he gave me a lot of great information that I couldn't find on the Internet. Even though he wasn't profiting off of the sale he still answered my questions both time I called and was very patient. I appreciate this type of customer service because he did not benefit from it directly whatsoever but I will be sure to use their company for servicing and parts in the future. This what sets other companies apart is there contribution even though there's no direct benefit. Keep up the good work.

My husband and myself just purchased our first John Deere Ztrac from Little's in Ziieglersville this past Friday, and I really have to give a huge thumbs up to Matt MacDonald for walking us through and explaining all the details. Thank you so much for your time and allowing us to feel comfortable knowing that we made the right purchase. I purchases this ztrack 345r from Matt at Little's in Perkiomenville. Matt was on point throughout ever step off the process. My order was delivered a week ahead of schedule which was awesome. I definitely recommend Matt for your John Deere needs.

Just received my 4th zero turn JD mower from these folks in 8 years for my lawn care business. Always first class, friendly service. Even this time when I wanted a special order option installed. Salesman Matt M. couldn`t have been more helpful. He went above and beyond the call of duty to keep me informed as to status of the option and when the mower will be delivered. I will make it a point to ask for him the next time I`m equipment shopping at Little`s. The delivery driver Jeff was also very friendly and after unloading made it a point to go over all the controls with me before leaving.

I don't typically write that many reviews but my experience with Little's was so good I thought it was important for me to share. I previously owned a John Deere that I bought used. It's a good machine and I wanted to stay with the brand, especially after doing a good bit a research. I went to a big box store to look at them and it was a waste of time. I called Littles in Perkiomenville and spoke with Andrew, he met me and walked me through the options. His knowledge of the products was second to none, he gave me honest feedback for my questions and answered every single one. He was the epitome of professional, friendly and helpful. I ordered online for free delivery and it went through the Perkiomenville location, Andrew called me after I placed the order and set everything up for delivery, he was on top of it from start to finish. When the E160, 44" sweeper and 10P cart arrived I was once again blown away at the level of courtesy and professionalism from the driver, Jeff. He took the time to explain everything to me and walk me through the products I purchased. He was also extremely knowledgeable about everything.I understand that John Deere may have a heavier price tag in some cases and I didn't spend all that much in comparison to the large units they sell at the dealership. But it was well worth it! I felt as though I was treated like I bought the whole place! And the E160, 44" sweeper and 10P cart have also exceeded my expectations. Thank you Littles, thank you Andrew and thank you Jeff! You now have a customer for life!

I just purchased a riding mower from Little's and had a great experience. A few good signals that earned this good review: The previous owner of my house had meticulously cared for the property and recommended I work with Little's (that's a good sign!). After some shopping around, Little's offered a competitive quote including trade in value on an old mower that I had; it definitely wasn't the cheapest mower I looked at, but after several hours on the machine I can say with certainty that the extra cost goes towards quality. The sales associate I worked with, Matt MacDonald was super friendly, patient, and not pushy. At no point in the purchasing process did I feel like I was being ripped off, or pushed to make a decision that I didn't want to make - this stress free process made me ultimately decide that I wanted to purchase from Little's. I'd happily recommend Little's, and will be purchasing from then again in the future.

I purchased a zero turn mower from them last week and it just got delivered. From the time I walked in the store I was treated with total respect and professionalism. Matt sat me down and made the process so easy for me, had an answer for every question and laid out many different purchase options (all were great). I was being notified throughout the week on my delivery and it was delivered exactly at the time they said it would be. The delivery driver pulled the mower right up to my front porch and was also a complete professional. He walked me through everything I needed to know about the mower and was very kind. I would recommend littles to anyone, I could not be happier with my experience with them.

A store where everybody knows the products they sell. If you need lawn equipment this is the place you must go and shop. If you are a novice at what you need to keep your lawn and garden looking great go here. They also have a very good service department. This is a great store that is local. You should always shop local stores.

My experience with Littles was excellent. Matt Macdonald was super helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. He answered all our questions and gave us a great deal on an Z335E. Andrew was also helpful and stepped in to help while Matt was out of the office one day. Great team effort and highly recommend their services!

Dealing with Little's has been nothing short of FANTASTIC. The customer service that these folks, especially Lou, have given me, is among the best I have ever had in over nearly 20 years in the green industry. Their service department is also fantastic, and have met every request I have had, and go above and beyond in every aspect. They have my business for the array of product lines they carry. I recently purchased a zero-turn mower from Little's John Deere of Perkiomenville. Matt, our salesman, was both friendly and knowledgeable. We described our yard with all the obstacles that make our yard unique, and he helped to find the right mower for our needs. He took the time to answer all our questions whether on the showroom or over the phone. Very Professional.... I would also like to thank Bob, who not only delivered our mower but took the time to show us its features and showed us how to operate and maintain our zero turn.

Little's is a great hazzle free company! Matt helped us through the process of ordering the S220 tractor. The tractor arrived super fast and the delivery guy was very thorough; as he went over all of the tractor's features. Great local business!

Large selection of Deere mowers. Matt MacDonald was very friendly and knowledgeable about the mowers and helped me pick the right mower for my needs! They even offer mobile service where they come to your house for repairs/maintenance! Highly recommend!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff.. Huge selection of TOP OF THE LINE equipment in their showroom.. Great deals.. New and used.. skilled, in house service dept.. The things that matter most when making an investment into power equipment,... price.. quality.. and dependability/ functionality.. My opinion, 5 stars aren't enough.. These guys are my go to dealer.. Proud owner of a JD 3032E.

Great local company. Staff was helpful and friendly. Matt M the new sales rep did a great job getting me quotes on a new zero turn and lawn tractor. Communicated effectively on ordering and delivery. Knowledgeable in with his equipment. Always available if a question needed answering. Delivery was prompt and the gentleman did a great job explaining the workings or my machine along with tricks of the trade to keep it operating at optimal level. Highly recommended them for all lawn and machine needs.

Great experience purchasing our new lawn tractor at Little's. Our salesman was Matt M. He was friendly and kept us up to date on the status throughout the whole process. Just a pleasure to deal with. The gentlemen that delivered our tractor, Jeff, was also a pleasure meeting. He unloaded the tractor and proceeded to go over everything about the tractor from starting it up, using it and general maintenance.Overall, great experience. Will definitely deal with Little's again.

After waiting for weeks on end with no update as to when our part would be in we asked to just trade in the tractor. They said, we re happy to take it for free (and sell all the other parts that still work!) but you re going to still have to pay the $100 to have had it transported to our shop. Will NEVER go back. Have been going since well before the Little family purchased and this is how we were treated.

Matt who is a new sales rep at this dealership was super easy to get along with. I am a used car sales manager for a Ford dealership and I can tell you Matt did everything a sales person should do. Answered all my questions and responded to my texts and phone calls right away. I never mowed a lawn in my life and he guided me through what riding mower I should buy and what would work best for my land. He delivered everything he said he would. Delivery was super easy as well, they dropped it off and did a demo with me. I would recommend this place and Matt any day of the week!

Matt is a great sales person. He follows up, he finds answers to questions, and he stays on top of the transaction. The man that delivered my riding mower gave me thorough instructions on how to used the machine. Altogether it was a very good experience!

This was my first time shopping for a ride on mower and a John Deere product, and I'm glad Matt MacDonald was the one to assist us. He was very helpful, informative, and patient throughout the purchasing process. My wife and I had numerous questions during our visit and Matt took the time to answer all our questions.We now know who and where to go to for our garden/lawn equipment needs. Awesome experience!

I had a great experience purchasing a Lawn Tractor from Little's. I worked with Matt MacDonald, Matt was excellent to work with and had answers for all of my questions. I purchased my x330 tractor on a Tuesday and it was delivered that Saturday. Definitely will be purchasing other landscaping equipment from Little's in the future.

I recently purchased a John Deer lawn tractor as a replacement for our Craftsman lawn tractor. The sales process was smooth and simple. The tractor was delivered, and all operations explained. We have used this several times and have found that is cuts better, is more comfortable to ride and is significantly more maneuverable. I think the extra cost is well spent.

We purchased our John Deere on May 9 and absolutely love it. Our entire experience has been super, due to the great service we received from Matt MacDonald. Also, the great experience we received from the person who delivered who showed us the white glove treatment. Since May 9 we have cut our grass three times and the lawn mower runs perfectly. I recommend that anyone who's looking for a John Deere lawn mower to most definitely purchase through Littles John Deere Dealer in Perkiomenville PA 18074. Great lawn mower. But most of all great staff.
