The guy who works Sundays never heard of rubber spray paint for tires. He was worthless & impolite!Went to Auto Zone down the street & they not only knew what I was talking about, the younglady showed me the isle product was located.

Young blavk guy that works at register sorry didnt get his name, always polite helpful and professional makes you want to shop there, the other guys behind desk bad attitudes makes you not want to shop there auto zone everyone is polite helpful

They always have some type of clearance on to keep your car clean and on tools. Great place

Wonderful Store! On the evening of November 2, 2022 I left my lights on at "Dollar Tree"in Mt. Penn. The car battery was dead. I tried to pop the clutch while coasting down driveway. I could not get it started. I landed in the "Advanced Auto" parking lot in Mt. Penn. The two gentlemen working were very accomidating. They let me use the phone to call my husband. Tried to get the car started by both a jump box and even the personal vehicle of the one employee. I appreciate their help and kindness. I would gave given them a tip had I not just spent all my money at the Dollar Tree. They both deserve a raise!! I will go out of my way to do business at that store. My husband buys from your Business all the time. VERY grateful for everything. Sorry I forgot their names.

They almost wouldn't sell me an item because I wouldn't give them my phone number. A manager has to step in and tell them to use the store number. That and other reasons that I will refrain from discussing make me hope that I never have to come back.

This place is very unprofessional on the phone I was left on hold and never helped called back and received same treatment call back numerous times with no response will not be trying any branch again AutoZone here I come just so the regional manager can see this...this happened today between 11:35am and 12:00pm eastern time won't go back even if they're the only ones that have the part I need

Your wonderful staff locks the door early and when I walk up to the door hide under the counter and walk away. Was there 3 minutes before closing to pick up an online order I made hours ago and never got a email or anything saying it went through or was ready. It s 2020 get your staff and system working properly it s an easy concept

Online order placed for approx. 30 minute pickup of in stock items. After waiting 3 hours, went to store to find out order was never pulled and associate then tells me that items are not in stock. Had to then search all over again after losing 1/2 a day.

My pick over Autozone any day. Except for when there's new hires and busy hot days where there's a line of 10 people who don't know what they're looking for, and only one, maybe two registers open. Love the store itself though, good prices, good deals especially with bonus card.

Went there to pickup multiple types of spray paint for a project. Well out of 5 items... I got 1. They had absolutely nothing in the paint isle. Not even 1 single spray can of clear coat. As of 4-29-22 they only carry Castrol transmaxx fluid in quarts not available in slightly cheaper gallons.

I call at 8:45. They say they're open until 9. I pre-ordered a part from them, I just needed to pick it up. I rush over, get there at 8:54, they're closed. Lights off, doors locked. I call. A dude walks out, sees me, and walks back. Phone rings off the hook. Absolute unprofessional service.

Advance offers great prices. Staff is always willing to assist customers. They are conveniently located and the store is well organized. I recommend this place

Prejudice and racist.... I asked for help on a clip to the sun visor they basically cursed me out and said I don't know who helped yippy before but they were wrong and we areN'T supposed to help anyone once they go to their car.. I left realized I forgot my phone and went back.... within minutes the same one with an attitude was helping another lady take off her back break lights to replace the bulbs.... GO FIGURE

They always seem to have the part that I'm looking for, for the most part. And the store is never crowded. So that's definitely a plus.

Even if they don't always initially appear super-friendly, all of the employees I've encountered at this store go out of their way to make sure you get what you need and make sure it's right. Recently did an online order with in store pick up, and one of the items wasn't available. The parts guy got me an alternate part for almost the same price. Plus, my order was picked, bagged, and ready when I walked in the door.

Just a normal parts store. Service is slow, the cashiers always seem occupied or in the back somewhere. I think they all assume someone else is helping you.

I spent 16 min on hold and told please hold I'll be right with you... told the lady I already spent over 10 min on hold her response was well we are really busy... then lost connection gave it aLittle called back same deal all but 11 min on hold to just hang up

The gentleman that waited on me was very helpful. Very polite and professional. As long as I'm in this area, I'll use Advanced Auto for all my auto needs.

Quality car care items when needed in a hurry. Selection could be a tad better. Lack of higher end brushes & mitts, etc for detailing.

The store was a little busy but I was able to get in and find what I needed on my own. I only had to wait in line for a little while.
