Great atmosphere, As a first time lot buyer didn t feel suffocated and pressured. The team were all friendly and considerate. Getting to know the staff by name and building a relationship made my car buying experience more enjoyable. Will definitely be going back for future needs and if any friends or family get interested in a new vehicle, I ll have a great recommendation for them!JUST ASK FOR DAVE !

I traveled over an hour just to have an in-person conversation about my (what I thought would end up being outrageously turned down) expectations on trading in my Wrangler/buying a Durango. Tony was awesome, as was the rest of the team at Dotta! They heard my thoughts, easily worked with me, and I ended up with the deal I had been searching for for months! And I drove home that afternoon in my new car. I would recommend anyone looking for a Jeep/Dodge/really any car they have on their lot to go check out the dealership! I will absolutely travel back there for my next car. I couldn t be happier with my experience!

I had a great experience recently at Dotta Jeep to purchase my new Jeep Wrangler Sahara 4Xe. The Managing Staff was excellent and courteous, plus the salesman (Chris Walters) was top notch! He was resourceful, knowledgeable, and personable, even after the sale was complete, which is rare these days!

BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD! They have just gained a life long customer. When I tell you I will never buy another car elsewhere I will not! They made me and my husband feel like family. They not only got me my dream Jeep I ve worked my butt off for but they were awesome all around. They were friend ly helpful and extremely accommodating! I loved everyone I worked with and seriously cannot say enough about them. Hometown dealer all the way! Thank you my new Dotta family <3

This is my third jeep from Dotta. My experience seems to be getting better and better each time and it was amazing to start with. No nonsense and no haggling. A couple of phone calls and I was in my new Wrangler. I m 58 and have had my share of Vehicles. Dotta BY FAR is the best!

Fabulous Service and reliable and efficient. I have all my service done at Dotta. I m retired military so I m on a limited budget and the work with you.My original Battery was 6 years 2 month old and went bad. They took care of it same day.

Dave P was my salesman and extremely friendly and helpful. Never felt pressured to do anything, and the whole process was smooth and comfortable. It was a pleasure dealing with Dave and the rest of the staff. Do not hesitate to go here, and check out the cars. They do good detailing and service and do their best to make you happy. I am a happy customer.

You want a good deal go see Chris mathiesen he will take good care of you. They have alot of nice wranglers cars and trucks. Go on their website and then visit the dealership. Corvettes hellcat the new v8 wrangler in a beautiful blue. Check them out and tell the I sent you.

I had no plans of trading my vehicle. But I saw a post for an offer on Facebook I couldn't pass up. I went to the dealership planning to keep what I had if it wasn't perfect. I walked out that day with my new vehicle...and a level up from the one I went in for! They were efficient, honest and upfront, and did whatever I needed to make it work for me. I HIGHLY recommend Dotta Chrysler Jeep!

100% recommended. This is my 3rd jeep service center I ve gone to get my wrangler serviced/ fixed and it s 100000 times better than the other 2 I ve been to. Employees are super nice, very knowledgeable and helpful. This last time Brian in the service department helped me getting my car fixed and it was an awesome experience him and the technician (sorry I didn t catch his name) figure out what was wrong with my wrangler and it s back running like new. No doubt I ll be coming back to you guys!

I had dotta install gears in my jeep gladiator and they failed in 1500 miles after months of lying to me trying to get them to correct this issue all they kept telling me was they dont hear nothing grinding at one point the sales manager even sent me a text telling me my truck was currently on the lift being worked on when in fact i was sitting behind my truck in there parking lot getting his text message. So after 3 weeks of nothing being done and them giving me my truck back i get an carfax email from another garage saying they fixed my truck, so there incompetent mechanics couldnt fix my truck they sent it to another garage. I called up the other garage and took my truck there and it turns out when DOTTA installed my gears the area was not properly cleaned and ruined every bearing in my front and rear differential. This so far has cost me almost $4000.00 to repair there poor workmanship ! I AM REALLY CONSIDERING HIRING A LAWYER TO GET MY MONEY BACK !

This is my second Jeep from Dotta and I will continue to work with them in the future. Their entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They work hard to establish relationships with their clients and ease the purchasing process. They have always been extremely honest and accountable which is refreshing compared to other dealerships. I cannot recommend them enough!

I've purchased more than a dozen cars and this was by far the best experience ever. They were pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, forthright, no high pressure about extras or warrantees, gave us a reasonable price for our trade in and we left in no time with our new car. I give Dotta 5 stars without hesitation.

We bought a Jeep Wrangler at Dotta and the experience was great. No one was pushy, we walked around and a salesman asked if he could help us and we said we were just looking and he said if you need help, let me know and we ended up buying our Jeep. The service department is great as well.

Owner Jerry Horst used to own Chevy 21 they sold it and he bought Dotta, However they stole my gap insurance money and never paid them. I've been going back and forth but he stopped answering he changed his story 4x after pretending to also be the gap insurer and i called him out on it. Will be taking this to court, charging not only the money for the gap, but the interest, and attorney fees also taking this to Penndot as well. Make sure you have your gap insurance if you bought it. Dudes a fraud and he knows it.

It all started about 4yrs. ago when our JK wrangler was blowing oil. Dotta looked at it and found the old gasket from a previous oil filter (left by me) was left on the engine while a new oil filter with it's gasket was installed. I loved their honesty! Since then, i ve bought 1 used vehicle and 2 new. Great people to work with!

This was by far the best car buying experience ever, let me start by saying as soon as I walked in the door I felt very welcomed. Tony is the man! He was very professional and was transparent with me the entire time, we discussed numbers over the phone and he gave me a full description of the vehicle before I drove 3 hours to come look at it, when I got there it was exactly what he said it was and what I wanted, not to mention he had everything ready so I was in and out in an 1 1/2 hours. Thank you Tony and Dotta Jeep!

I have been going here for a few years and can confidently say this place is way below average for the the price they require. To begin with the servicing procedure, I have had a few different cars serviced here where they held my vehicle for almost a month for a small procedure. Additionally they use low quality material to do their work and do not go above and beyond on their execution. Lastly from a customer service perspective they can be condescending, rude, and clearly do not care about the quality of work or quality of customer service.Unfortunately as a Jeep owner this place is one of the few local options when a recall or dealership option is needed, however the BETTER option in terms of quality, time, and customer service is the Reagle Dodge across the road from them.

Good morning I would like to talk about Dotta Chrysler Jeep in Pennsylvania. I was looking for a Dodge Pro master Van and this morning I found one at this dealership. I spoke with Chris, one of the salesmen at the dealership and he explained to me that the vehicle had 18,000 miles on it and the asking price was $29,900. When I asked the individual about the warranty he told me that there is no bumper to bumper warranty left but there is several months on the power train warranty. I then asked the individual what the original sticker price was on this particular car and he told me that the original sticker price was $27,500.00. So, in closing, to be very clear...this dealership is price gouging customers on vehicles 5 years old with almost 20,000 miles on their vehicles. They are charging more than Original sticker price for their cars on the used side. COVID is no excuse to rip off customers. This practice is shameful and I would refrain from doing any business with them.

We were looking for a perfect jeep for over 5 months but couldn't find a dealer with the options we need, then we came across an advertisement on a Chrysler saying follow up to Dotta and we sure did, we were amazed on how many inventory they had in stock. Tony was our sales person who was down to earth, easy to talk to and didn't pressure us into buying anything. Also our paper work process wasn't any hassle at all, can't wait to go back for another jeep.

Best service dept hands down, even though I didn t buy my Jeep there because I moved to this area, they still treat me as if I have been a customer for life. My next Jeep will definitely be a Dotta purchase

buyer beware!!! They will sell you a vehicle with old used tires on it that are aftermarket to mark up! My tires are dry rotted and 70% worn down and I ve only put 9k miles on it! They don t have supplies on hand so you ll end up waiting cause they have to order. Say you have a warranty claim, you ll be stuck driving around on a plugged tire until one comes in. Don t fall for any of that stuff. Granted they are friendly but far from honorable. As most places in the nepa area they will legally rip you off. My vehicle was sold to me with a half year inspection on it, just enough time before inspection for my tires to make me fail inspection.

Sadly as much as k loved this place the really did me wrong on my last repair, first they had me drop my car off for repair but they did not do the work when I followed up they didn t even know why my car was there, ok mistakes happen right. Then my oil change they just added oil by that I mean the oil was very over full which wasn t ok at all it causes damage and now I just can no longer trust them with the care of my vehicle and that is very sad. I waited sense summer to write this review about the service because honestly they were very good to me on the sale of the vehicle and they had always serviced it but I guess it only takes one bad employee to destroy your vehicle

The best dealership experience we ever had. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Chris was very helpful and never pressured us. Daniel made the transaction smooth and painless. Anita was very nice and kept things rolling so we can be on our way home with our new car. Everybody was perfect. Highly recommended dealership. My next car will be with them again.
