Just picked up my car yesterday from being fixed and was extremely pleased! They were pretty quick with fixing it too and Customer service was excellent and they went above and beyond thank you so much! Highly recommended!

Do not go to this bodyshop I have been waiting for over a month to take my car in for repairs. The day before its scheduled for the repairs they called to reschedule because their technician and they only have one for the entire shop is sick with covid that happens. BUT JUST ONE TECHNICIAN FOR THE ENTIRE SHOP !!! THEIR WORDS THEY CAN'T GET ANYONE TO TAKE A JOB THERE . SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THAT

I just dropped my vehicle off for repair so I have no input other than the place had plenty of repairs going on. The intake of my vehicle was quick and easy once it was all set up on line beforehand. Staff was very pleasant polite and cheerful. I expect the complete experience to mirror this initial contact.

My fianc� hit a deer and her insurance insisted on us using this location as the repair facility. After they had her vehicle for over a month they tried getting her to pay her deductible over the phone (red flag #1.) after getting several automated messages stating her vehicle was finished or already picked up, red flag #2, she called to see what the status was. She was told last week that it would be done "at the worse case scenario" Tuesday. So she called them today to find out when She could pick up her car. They told her that all the parts they ordered were wrong and now it won't be ready until Friday. As someone who's worked in various positions in the automotive field, communication is the most important thing a service facility can provide to a customer. They have not told her anything without her calling. This facility is a joke.

Extremely underwhelmed with my experience at Gerber collision. Following a troublingly brief estimate, I could only be offered an appointment 7 days out. Was told they would handle my rental arrangements at my request, which I agreed to on the spot nothing ever became of it and I had to scramble while at work to figure it out. The day I picked my vehicle up with the repair having been completed, I arrived to a car covered in a sheet of dust, the freshly painted rear bumper included. Aggravating, yes, but was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. Papers were signed, and I took a quick glance around the vehicle to get an overall impression. The parking lot is outrageously small, so no time/room to safely scrutinize the repair. Once home, popped the trunk to take a better look at the work done on the rear bumper. I was Instantly greeted by the entire interior of the trunk filled with shop dust. It became quickly obvious that no effort was made to clean the vehicle outside of some haphazardly slapped on tire shine. The repair itself is subpar at best, the damage in question is still easily visible in the light of day, and the new paint job on the bumper is inconsistent throughout - complete with dust trapped under the new paint. I also noticed that one of the reflectors embedded in the bumper itself had its uppermost corner cracked off. Likely the result of an improper attempt to remove it with a pry tool from the outside. I was an Auto Glass Glazier for a number of years working closely with many local collision shops, this is by leaps and bounds the most amateur work I ve seen. Ultimately, I was steered by my insurance company to use Gerber, and I will continue to regret it. No time/patience to bicker with the shop to make things right , the reality is it should have been right the first time. I d much rather walk away with a lesson learned and never give this place business again. I ll be sure to spread the word everywhere I can.

You get what you pay for? They rocked my quote, but didnt set the windshield in, it's just laying on top of car. And the hood, they put a bend in it at the top that doesnt belong there at all. They took one out and put a complete strip in at the top, dented I don't get why. Also, since taking my car in and getting it back, I've lost about 4-5 mpg per mile of gas which makes absolutely no sense. I'll never take my car there again. Sad part is after this review, I still didnt even get a call

Had my parked car hit (minor fender damage) and brought it here because it was right down the road from where I live they told me six days and that I would be updated as things went along, on the sixth day I received zero updates and when I called they told me they had to order more parts cause there was more damage than expected, so why wasn t I informed? I didn t get a rental car because I knew I could get my way around for six days but you think they d have some consideration to let me know. Then they tell me it s gonna be 8 more days. To fix a bumper. Very disappointing to say the least.

Poor work on fender took it back to get fixed they told me they would pay for the rental the 2nd time I went to pick up the rental nothing was taken care of the manager at gerber Brad told me he emailed enterprise, I contacted enterprise they said they heard nothing from gerber even after I got the car back the 2nd time the fender is still not flush poor communication you would call the shop no one would answer it would go to a national line and you would get put on hold on their headquarter line even on a 3 way call with State Farm no one answered they couldn t believe it don t go there!Service: Body & Trim

They didn't finish my truck correctly and now I have to take it to another shop because they disconnected my fog lights and cost me more money for rentals I'll never go back there .
