Absolutely loved the entire experience me and my wife had buying a car here! Romain is the one who sold us the car and she was so nice and down-to-earth I would definitely recommend buying or even selling your car here! The vehicle that we bought is everything we wanted and more!

Went to 3 dealerships today, after a Dr appt in the morning & running errands; was miserable! As hubs & I were leaving AutoZone, we decided to stop by Roman motors bcuz an old friend had recommended them to me years ago. I'm so glad we did! Not only is Romayne the most professional, hard working, knowledgeable dealer - I could totally see myself having a friend in her and her darling new assistant for years to come!I had zero expectations of driving a new car off any lot today, but I fell in love with another Subaru and Ro did everything to make sure I left w my new beauty! I couldn't be happier! Highly recommend! 10 stars out of 5!

Tried to buy a jeep. He said everything was good and clear. Ran Vin report to find out its a salvage title with 6 pervious owners and 5 bad accidents. When I asked about it, he stopped returning my calls. Don't recommend

Roman Motors has been the best dealerships I ve ever been to. I received the most friendly service from them. Reasonable priced, nice people, and variety of well maintained great cars. They get the job done quick! Super convenient and straightforward. Excellent experience with them.

Just awful I was charged 140$ for something I told them was not needed to charge my air conditioner and told the part I needed my insurance did not cover. Well I called the insurance and it is covered and they never even called the insurance company!

These people are great and genuinely care about who they do business with. Meeting the Roman team through work earlier this year and seeing how punctual and dependable their service was, it was an easy decision to reach out to them for repairs to one of our personal vehicles recently. Great people, fair pricing, and quick service. Roman Motors is top notch!

Thought I received top of the line customer service...What I didn't realize until 30 days later is that this shop said they replaced parts on my car that they did not. I replaced my tires and found out the tire rods I paid to have replaced were still the same old ones, and same thing with my broken power steering pump...when I called to get the receipts to confirm that the services I paid for the owner "could not find the paperwork"I was also told I would receive a free oil change (since I spent almost $900) but the oil in my car seems to still be well past it's time for a change.. I do not recommend taking business here

They have a wide selection and are family owned. I purchased a 2010 terrain and they gave me a real good deal and treated me like I was one of the family. They will go above and beyond for you, and will be honest with you which is very rare these days.

Family owned. No pressure sales. A totally different way of buying a vehicle. Roman Motors have services other than just selling vehicles. Roman Motors have maintained and repaired my vehicle for years. When I leave Roman Motors I know my vehicle is running at top performance.

This lady used to work for a BIG coroner lot dealer.. He decided to go full pressure sales by hiring full pressure IDIOTS. This fine woman says no way and went her own way... I never bought a CAR from the other dealership, I ALWAYS bought it because RO... Now in her new business on her own... SHE is the only used car dealer I trust. Stands behind you, stands behind her cars... This is a winner...
