I strongly advise against using the services of Bill's Automotive. My experience has been deeply disappointing and costly, both in terms of time and money.My initial visit was due to a slight shaking while driving. Without a thorough diagnosis, Bill opted to replace several sensors a decision that not only failed to solve the issue but introduced a new one: my car began to randomly stop, a problem it never had before. Despite expressing my concerns and the dangerous situations this malfunction caused, Bill charged me for these ineffective solutions and then suggested an engine cleaning that would cost an additional $2,000, without any guarantee of solving the underlying problem.Frustrated and facing a car that was undriveable for over six months, I sought a second opinion. The new mechanic identified the real issue within a short period an improperly seated intake hose, among a few minor problems. Contrary to Bill's advice, my car did not need the expensive sensor replacements or engine removal he proposed. The repair cost was significantly less than what Bill estimated, and now my car runs perfectly.Furthermore, there were discrepancies in handling payments. Paying in cash led to a shortage in change returned, highlighting not just a lack of automotive repair skills but also basic arithmetic.My experience has been not only frustrating but also financially and emotionally draining. I almost disposed of my car based on his diagnosis, which would have been a huge mistake. This review serves as a warning: Bill's Automotive failed to provide the basic level of service and honesty expected in this trade. Please consider my experience before entrusting your vehicle to them. Attached is the invoice for reference to the claimed services and charges.

Bill has worked on my vehicle a few times. He has always been professional, reliable, and reasonably priced. I have never had a bad experience like any of these negative comments. I know Bill will continue to provide excellent service! I will continue to use his business as my mechanical provider.

Bill has been my mechanic for 2 decades! He's honest, reasonable, he's none of the negative things I read from kyle. I know I can depend on great servive always and I am a honest, trustworthy, customer who likes to give reviews to honorary businesses who truly deserve them to help people like you find good businesses so you do not get ripped off.
