The best in the area, hands down. I've lived nearby for a little over a year, and lived in Chester County for 15+ years. I have taken both our cars there for routine maintenance, tire installs, inspections, and major repairs. The staff here really wants to help and does not try to oversell you on anything. The most transparent and honest shop I've ever used. They do not do work on motorcycles, but all of their car work is as good as it gets.Services: Auto water leak repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Auto tire replacement, Auto emissions testing, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto maintenance

The first time I ve been happy with a mechanic in a while. I broke down. They diagnosed and fixed the issue in no time. Called me with updates and were super friendly. Personable service is severely lacking in this industry, but premiere did the job with no issues. Super happy.

I cannot recommend this shop enough! 10 stars! The owners are family men and good honest people. This small business treats you unbelievably kind-they explain car problems in laymans terms-treat you like a human and add a personal touch-they CARE about you! The service is fast and efficient, their prices are so fair, they deserve to charge more in my opinion for the service they provide. This kind of shop are hard to come by and you couldn't pay me to go somewhere else. I have used them for simple oil changes to big fixes for years. Everyone that I recommend them to-loves them too! Great service in and out within 40 minutes and very reasonably priced. I believe I think I have finally found my go-to mechanics.The above review was left over a year ago but I want to go ahead and leave another one for this. Fantastic shop!My father-in-law has an old Ford escape that broke down and wanted up on the side of the road in Pomeroy recently. He's been going to a particular shop fairly close by for a while now but we keep telling him you got to try Premiere. Finally, since premier was the closest to where his vehicle was, he was able to get the car there. Dominic and Chris quoted him a price and approximately time when they can look at it and have it finished. They kept to their word and actually got the vehicle done early! Which is really appreciated. My father-in-law's 80 plus years old and doesn't need to get the runaround like so many other mechanics like to do. My mother-in-law who called to make the appointment with you guys even love speaking to the woman over the phone I forgot her name. I'm sorry but she was super sweet and very polite and again that was appreciated as well .Thank you again for such a fantastic service. I keep getting the word out. You guys are the best!!!Keep up the awesome work!You guys rock! \m/ -_- \m/

My appointment was last Tuesday for a headlight, but when l got there it was on. After discussing with the mechanic, l really didn't know what to do, however had him to put in a new bulb anyway. Got off work Wednesday night, and the headlight was out again!!! Went back Thursday morning to show him picture, that it really was out, lol, l thought maybe he would take a look again after seeing the pic, his resolve, bring it back when it goes out again, l am saying that could be in the middle of the night. He also responded, that's just what older vehicles do. At that point l knew l was out of a couple hundred dollars. After meditation so not to be too stressed, l said to myself l will just keep the paperwork/receipt in my glove compartment just in case l get pulled over by the police l can show them l tried to have this fixed.

I need to switch my car from NC to PA. Chris and Dom performed my inspection quickly. They were even nice enough to accommodate me when my car was supposed to be a drop off but I ended up having to wait in the lobby. They were very efficient and respectful of my time. My car actually needed a wheel bearing to pass inspection. They had the wheel bearing delivered, installed, and the inspection complete within 1.5 hours. The cost of the repair was less than I expected and I couldn t be happier with their work, consideration, and professionalism.Service: Steering & suspension repair

great service! I had 2 nails in my tires within 3 weeks and they got me hooked up and back on the road in no time. Also had my brakes changed and were much more reasonably priced compared to the dealers in the area. Fortunate to have a reliable mechanic that I can trust with my car.

I can t speak highly enough if Dom and Chris. I had a leaking radiator and a wobble in my steering on my truck and they replaced my radiator, wheel bearing and hub in 1 day to make sure I made my weekend plans. This place rocks. Chris is very honest, they will even let you do repairs in stages. The quotes are fast and reasonable. They have an incredible turn around time. Nothing sits for more than a day no matter how large the job. They just seem to be really organized. I Highly recommend.

Chris and Dom helped me out when I had a tire light issue. Quickly got me in the shop and helped me reset my flashing tire light. Gave the vehicle a quick once over and informed me of any upcoming repairs I may need. Wouldn't hesitate to take my vehicle there. Dom and Chris are great! Can't say enough positive things about them and the work they did. Brought my 2007 Acura in for new clutch and drive shaft and a general "tell me what else is wrong" look. Dom did an awesome job with repairing all the major issues and other smaller issues he noticed on the teardown. The work was topnotch and the price was more than fair. I needed my brakes replaced asap. Chris was able to get me in the next day. I wasn't able to drop off my vehicle and they accommodated me, by getting me in and out quickly so the wait wasn't long. Premier Automotive is as professional as they come and I would recommend them to anyone in the area for their vehicle service needs. Thanks guys!

We dropped off our SUV in the morning for inspection. It was done by 3:00 the same day! There was a bit of work needed to be done to pass inspection and it was done at a very reasonable price. The staff there couldn t be nicer. We are very happy with the service we have received at this auto repair shop.

Premier is the best thing you can do for your car! Chris and Dom are very courteous and have tons of experience. They don't just throw parts at cars hoping for a fix. There the best at what they do and i wont take any of my vehicles anywhere else. Do yourself a favor and make this your first stop instead of your 3rd or 4th chasing a problem. They tell you what you need and what can wait. Great guys can't say enough about them! Thanks for the excellent service!

Chris and his partner do a fantastic job, they are so nice, don't try and get you to have work done that doesn't need too be done,. They give you options on the work and keep you informed on what they are doing. Honest, fair, real experts with integrity. I would give them 6 stars

Just moved from a decade of living in the mountains of Colorado and grinding my car into the ground in the snow and driving up and down mountains and these guys just tuned it up giving me an honest and trustworthy opinion of what was imperative to take care of now, not just out to charge you an arm and a leg, treating you with respect and keeping your finances in mind, but most importantly your safety! We get in our cars every day and all of us "non-mechanics" need to make sure our cars are running safely without a second thought; leave it to these guys! My car runs and feels like its brand spanking new even though it's a 2008 and has taken a beating. They took the time to provide me realistic recommendations on how to keep it running for a long time coming in the future. Best of all, my car was in and out of there in a few days with about a weeks worth of work!

Anymore, it can prove challenging to find honest and reliable work. I cannot say enough about these guys. Not only are they highly skilled at what they do, I trust them completely with any of my vehicles. They know their stuff, they re great to deal with, and I ve never felt pushed into doing something with my car that doesn t really need to be done. I can t recommend them enough. I won t go anywhere else! You won t be sorry!!

These guys do an incredible job! They re upfront and honest the whole time and always go the extra mile to make sure you and your vehicle are safe. I live about an hour from the shop and it s still the only place I ll ever take my car again.

Great shop. In and out no BS. Chris and Dom both have plenty of experience to tackle literally anything you could throw at them. Always honest and upfront about repairs and cost. Its rare to find a shop that actually can diagnose and get to the bottom of the issue without replacing a bunch of parts. Give them a try and see for yourself.

Solid work. Two honest techs that give it to you straight. They don't up sell or B.S. It's nice to see a down to earth, straight forward business that believes in true customer service. They're Solid Gold! I'd place my reputation in theirs.

I found my forever mechanics! They scheduled an appointment immediately, quickly diagnosed the issue and had me on the road again in no time. It s hard to find an honest and customer forward mechanic, which is exactly what I found at premier automotive! I ll be back for all my future car maintenance and repairs!
