Fantastic!!!! Our car broke down in an area where we don t live. We had the car towed to P and R for repair. I was called promptly the next day given an assessment of what they felt was wrong with the car, and then they fixed it absolutely fabulous experience. They are professional And courteous. I would recommend them to anyone.

I was very pleased with my visit to P&R Disel automotive. Let me tell you I'm a grandmother who does not normally trust most garages. But , I asked alot of questions and the guys took their time to explain to me what was going on with my truck. I was able to understand what they were explaining to me . Everyone was so very polite and honest. I believe I have found my forever garage. The waiting room was very comfortable I sat 2 hours because my ride got caught in traffic. I watched TV while waiting for my ride and the gentlemen asked me several times if I needed anything while waiting, they were very gracious and kind.I have been driving to the dealerships garage located in Paoli since I bought the truck .Finding this gem is another big plus for me that P&R is located right in our community and is located much closer to my house.Denise Souders

The guys at P & R are excellent at their trade. They are homestead fair and always make sure when I drive my car out of their lot, everything was done to keep me safe.Too many times we take for granted the people who keep our life necessities up and running ie our cars, homes, children. Etc. They take care of us and we should take care of them too! These guys get an 11/10 from me all day, everyday.

Dropped my GMC work truck off which had to be towed in due to no start Received a call back from one of there technicians Wes he explained he had to order a part he stayed in contact through out the process very professional and very knowledgeable his turnaround was very fast considering it was between the holidays he is a stand up guy and a very good technician very pleased

We were in a small fender bend in which our grill and bumper needed to be replaced, it was a work truck so I wasn t that picky about it, they got me a good one in good condition for half price, would definitely recommend them for work on your diesel truck and light body work!! Wes was also very knowledgeable on what I needed

I have a 83 caprice diesel and it s not easy to find parts for my car, but they did find parts for my car. The mechanic did great work. The customer service was great they kept me informed the whole time. I would definitely recommend this shop to everyone!!

Their work here is awesome the guys here are really cool they knew how to work on European cars highly recommend to take your car or truck here took my 2013 BMW for the oil pan gasket and they did a great job very big complicating job done perfectly and pricing is good!!!!

Great experience every time I have taken my vehicle there. I have always gotten an appointment whether an emergency fix or regular inspection. Have even gotten in the same day or the next day if necessary, they made room for me depending on what needs to be done. Friendly staff, who are knowledgeable from front office support to the mechanics. Willing to explain thoroughly what needs to be done or what was done in terms that aren't over your head. Even gives you a heads up about anything they see that needs fixing in the future.Clean waiting area with complimentary snacks, water and coffee. Comfortable seating area and magazines. Clean bathroom too.I was going to wait today but was offered a ride home and a pickup when my vehicle was finished since I live locally. I was pleasantly surprised by this and took them up on it. I have never been offered a ride home and pickup anywhere else that I have gone to in the past. Would highly recommend!!!

Safety inspection for our truck.All the guys up there are absolutely amazing mechanics I deal with Wesi a lot when it comes to our diesel truck. I just had my inspection done I dropped it last night and he was already ready this morning. You're looking for really good mechanics and decent prices these are your guys look no further.

This shop is consistently thorough and professional with everyone in my family. Quality service on every visit. Clean waiting area, well appointed write-up desk, and excellent pricing. Trust is not easily found these days, look no further than P&R Diesel!

I have been extremely happy with the Quality of service that I have received. The ladies answer the phone with a pleasant and helpful voice. I have been happy with all work done to my car. Mechanics are very professional. I appreciate the explanations that are put on my receipt of what was done and what might need to be done to my car in the future. The work is done any timely manner they communicate well. Thank you for being a caring and honest company. I appreciate it.

We took it in for state inspection with a complaint about a vibration somewhere and they looked over vehicle top to bottom and instead of charging us for something that wasn't needed they said it passes inspection and needs nothing I would recommend this place they are honest and trustworthy

I can t speak for the previous owner, but the new guys who run the shop (Wesley and Randy) do great work. Wesley has worked on my cars for the last 5 or 6 years and I can say his prices are competitive and his work is outstanding. I will recommend him to anyone needing automotive work!

I ve always had an incredible experience going to P&R Diesel, randy and his team always have taken care of me when needed be. They ve put all of my numerous amount of aftermarket parts on my few vehicles owned throughout time. Never had a problem with them. Really good prices as well, there very friendly and wanting to get the job done correctly at all times no matter what! I highly recommend them always!

This place is family run and you feel like a part of their family. They go above and beyond. Their customer service is amazing, decent pricing, and extremely knowledgeable. I've been to lots of shops, but this one has my business for good. Keep doing great y'all, good things happen to good people, and y'all deserve it.

Randy and his crew got to the bottom of a problem I was having with my Honda Pilot. I explained the noise I was hearing and they kept working on the car until they also heard the noise and fixed the problem that was a clogged AC vent hose. Their office manager, Shannon, was extremely professional on the phone explaining where they were in the process and giving us time lines on when they thought the car would be ready for pick up. I have been to 4 other garages since I moved here from Pittsburgh 5 years ago and I believe I have finally found an honest, fair and extremely qualified mechanic!!!!!Services: Tires, Air conditioning, Oil change
