Bought my 2004 Chevy SSR here. Came with lifetime free inspection. So use them for that. They will put your oil and filter without any problem. Not having to use their part supplier. But that's where it ends. Won't put your brakes or rotors on your vechile that you bought somewhere else. Must use their part supplier. A real downer when it comes to my SSR. And other repairs to my SSR have been unable to help me with mostly. Earlier in first years of my ownership of SSR they used to try to help with SSR but usually got Stuck looking for Chevy service for needs help. So was stuck using Chevy service elsewhere. So just use them now for inspection only and what repairs might be needed then. They really dont like using my oil and filter for their oil changes but will. So have taken that back on myself along with brakes and any other service needs. Also no masks. No divider at service counter. Small waiting area. Kind of hard for social distancing. Also most of the people from when I first got SSR has been years since I've seen them. So deal with new service crew who don't even know my SSR history there. So gave three stars because like 50/50 spot. Maybe they can help. Maybe they won't be able to. But do their best to try before deciding need Chevy help. They can fix simple everyday problem. Using their supplier for parts. Can align. Can replace parts to steering. Can change and balance tires. And all those normal wears and tears can be done. Costs are fair and like market prices. Just that my SSR is one of the special Chevy and varies on its common needs and special Chevy needs.

I moved to this area about a year ago and needed work done on my vehicle and went to Hershey Motors. Tim Margelot, the service manager went over what repairs were needed and the mechanics fixed everything needed the first time. At times, I thought I needed more work but they were very honest to only do what they knew was needed. That alone is something you don't find today! The entire staff is knowledgeable, honest, and excellent at what they do! I highly recommend this business and I feel fortunate to have found them. P. Outstanding service every time I visit Hershey Motors, from the sales department to the mechanic actually fixing the vehicles. They treat my wife as if she was family which is what I admire the most. I have purchased all three of my vehicles from them and will continue Lord willing. Great place to go!! Great job team.

This is an old one left reviews everywhere but here, I can't forget google reviews after all. A few years ago I bought a 4,000 Grand Marquis thinking ok it will need some stuff. They sold the car with rusted out brake lines. I took it back after the brakes gave out on me for them to look at and fix and instead of fixing all 4 lines. They only fixed 1. Had to take it to someone else I could trust. So just be warned if you buy a car here double check everything so you don't have nothing go wrong while on the ride. Better yet buy somewhere better.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brake service & repair

Very family-oriented dealership, friendly, professional and non pushy staff you see at other places. I was very pleased with my purchase. I traded my 1500 chevy in for a dually. They made me an offer that was by no means insulting like many other dealers. They worked with me on the price and even came to my farm to deliver the vehicle. Can't say enough of good about the experience and flexibility of the staff to accommodate my busy schedule.

Good experience with recent service. Helpful suggestions for replacement tires. Surprisingly complete inspection report. And reasonable prices for oil change and tires.

Large inventory, great prices, AMAZING STAFF. With pre approval, which was incredibly quick and easy, were able to sign and drive in less than an hour. If you're looking for a car, look no further than here!!!
