I have purchased many many cars over the years, and I have to say that this is the first time in a very long time that the experience was actually pleasant and enjoyable!(Car buying used to be that way many years ago)What a pleasure to deal with these honest and friendly people who still understand that your word is your bond no games - no hassles and best of all - NO Surprises at delivery time!I purchased a Mercedes that I found online and called we made a deal in minutes.The paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently via FedEx and when it was time to get the car, I flew in to Philadelphia and although they told me I would need to rent a car to drive to Parkesburg, They decided instead that they would send someone to pick me up at the airport. How nice of them! (It turned out to be a really pleasant ride with a wonderful man conversation just flowed,..almost like a couple of old friends).When I arrived, I got to meet Mike McCloy and Henry Hershey for the first time. A True gentleman!The car was sparkling, clean and gassed up and ready to go then they advised me that on final inspection the afternoon before they decided to do a full brake job of rotors and pads (they could easily have gotten away with not doing this as I was leaving for my 5 1/2 hour drive, and they are likely never going to see me or this car ever again).That said, if I do decide to purchase another used car, I will definitely check out Hershey Motors inventory.If they have what I m looking for, they will go right to the front of the line for me to buy from them and I ll fly in again and drive it home .Why risk dealing with anyone else. When you know you ve got a company and people like this that you can do business with?!I highly recommend them whether you are local buyer in Pennsylvania or if you need to purchase from anywhere in the country.

Purchased a 2015 f150 April 16th and had no issues. Our guy Mike and the whole team there were very nice and made sure we had the best experience. If you want a speedy smooth purchase for a vehicle check them out and ask for Mike. He's the man.

We bought our 2012 Chevy Volt from John at Hershey Motors! We had a great experience, no pressure tactics, easy to understand financing, and honestly just a nice family run business. I d highly recommend Hershey!

We searched for good second-hand vehicle within a 250 mile radius of where we live in Vermont for 4+ months. Once I saw the 2018 Honda Pilot at Hershey Motors and realized we would be in the same area for a trip, I reached out to the dealer and coordinated details on when we could see the vehicle. Sales representative, John, was extremely helpful and informative throughout the entire process. This was probably the smoothest car-buying experience we have had so far. I would highly recommend Hershey Motors as a place to find good quality, reasonably-priced used vehicles.

I had an exceptional experience at Hershey Motors. After weeks of looking for My dream car online, Hershey Motors had listed the only Gem within a 500 mile radius from home. Considering that all negotiations were done online, Mike made the process extremely painless, and I was offered a generous amount for my trade, which made the decision that much easier. After about a week I drove from Massachusetts to Hershey Motors, and sealed the deal on my New 2021 WRX STI Limited. Thank you to everyone at Hershey Motors for making this happen!

The sale manager is a cocky young guy who will cut you off and mansplain before you even get your thought out. Then when you request a price reduction he will yell and state they can't do better in price. I left crying. They must make it a habit of yelling at customers here.

We had an excellent experience buying from Hershey Motors. Shawn was super laid back and not pushy about anything. He answered all of our questions via email before we even drove to the dealership. They were willing to negotiate on the price of the vehicle we were purchasing and our trade in value. Really excellent customer service when it came to doing the financial part of the transaction. They didn't try to tack on anything extra, and explained our warranty options fully. I would highly recommend going here if you are looking for a used car.

I had so much great experience at Hershey motors. Great customer care from Mike. He made buying my car so much easy and less stressful. He walked me through everything and made sure I was satisfied. They sold me a nice Lexus RX350 and I they made sure I will not experience problems with it. Very professional and I strongly recommend this place.

Had a great experience last weekend buying a car here! The whole process was quick and stress free. The car we were interested in was set aside for us and ready for us to test drive when we got there. Mike was very friendly and personable while he was helping us. I didn't feel pushed like I have at other car dealerships. The financing process was easy and straightforward. They explained the different warranty options well so you would really know what you were getting. The car we bought was very clean and filled with gas before we left. I had mentioned that I was interested in having remote start put on the car and Mike immediately said that he knew someone who could do it. He called them and got me a quote right then and there and set me up with contact info so we could get it done. I highly recommend this dealership and Mike specifically! Thanks again for all of your help!

Had a wonderful experience at Hershey Motors. I ve been through this process before and it has been very stressful. Here at Hershey Motors it was the easiest and smoothest process ever. From my initial call with Mike who was very friendly I could tell this was going to be a pleasant experience. He had the car ready and washed when we got there. I got to test drive it right away. When we got inside he got right to business which is always appreciated in a process like this. Within about the first hour of being there we just about had a decision which I loved. There was no sitting around for hours waiting, just straight forward answers. When everything was done and papers were signed they gave us gas and we were on our way. They even helped us out with a jump for my mother in law. Overall the best car buying experience I ve ever had. I love my 2017 Infinity QX60.

I bought a truck from Hershey automotive, the glass window tint is illegal in MD and PA and they refuse to remove it before selling it. They also did not have a bulb in rear light. They also said that the CV Boots were good and they are actually leaking grease They claim it was inspected and when I got it inspected it failed for these problems.

I Just bought a vehicle from Hershey Motors and it was probably the smoothest transaction I have ever experienced at a car dealer. Was greeted and met with a salesman almost instantly. I ended up trading my vehicle to purchase another and the value they gave for my trade in was more than fair, which is not common. They were flexible with letting me keep and swap my wheels from vehicle to vehicle and even installed them before I left that day. For anyone looking to buy a quality vehicle and more so for anyone that wants to actually get decent value for their trade in, I would 100% recommend Hershey Motors.

I have bought over 50 cars & trucks in my life. Buying my wife s Durango was by far the easiest and quickest buying experience I ever had. Mike our salesman was great!Financing was fair. Trade in allowance was fair.It was a good deal all around.For anyone looking to buy a preowned car or truck, give them a chance.If your looking for a perfect car then don t buy preowned. Even new cars aren t perfect.I think total time in the dealership not counting test driving was around 1.5 hours. That s unheard of when buying a car!I would definitely recommend!

We've purchased 4 cars from Hershey Motors over many years, and have had wonderful experiences each time. The sales people are honest and don't waste your time, and the vehicle choices are excellent. We've always had great experiences with the service department as well, for both routine maintenance and more extensive repairs due to aging, as our Hershey Motors cars last us a LONG time. I highly recommend Hershey Motors to any friends who are in the market for a used car - why buy new and take the depreciation hit as soon as you drive off the lot? We just purchased a car yesterday. I think it is a little stressful for everyone when making an important decision like this. Our sales person Mike and the finance department really put us at ease. Mike encouraged us to test drive some different vehicles in our price range. Their used vehicles are very well maintained and we purchased a beautiful vehicle and got a great deal on a Power train Warranty for piece of mind. We highly recommend.

I was looking for a vehicle on car fax around 10:30 on a Friday night. I sent a message saying I was interested in a vehicle. Shawn responded to my message within 10 minutes! We text back and forth a couple times and I was in the office on Saturday morning early and they had the vehicle in front of the front door waiting for me to look at. Everyone was kind and courteous in the office and they all made me feel comfortable. I had a peace about the employees and business while I was there. I would highly recommend this business to you! And they gave me a fair amount on my trade in . Thumbs up for Shawn, Evan, and Harry at Hershey Motors!

Purchased a Dodge Durango SRT from this establishment. Super easy to doBusiness with. Both salesman and finance manager were extremely nice, flexible and are willing to make a deal with you, that is within reason. Would definitely go back to this establishment when i am in the market for something else again.

Very Happy with my experience buying my new to me Volvo s60. I hate car shopping and Shawn Gorman, my salesman, could not have been nicer and more patient answering my questions. Everyone we talked to was very friendly. I would definitely recommend Hershey Motors to anyone looking for a quality used car at a reasonable price. I am glad we took the time to make the hour drive. Hershey Motors definitely lived up to their reputation!

Simply AMAZING! If you are looking for quality service AND a nice used car to go with it - Go To Hershey Motors and ask for Ron Shertzer! I could not recommend a better person to get the job done. I had been stressing about getting a new vehicle and did not look forward to a pushy salesperson. Working with Ron was like working with an old friend, he was fantastic!! This is the third vehicle have purchased here and I highly recommend the entire team. They are family owned, easy to work with and always have a great selection of cars to choose from to fit your budget. THANKS AGAIN RON!!

Shawn was excellent! My wife and I looked at a Volvo XC60 and it was beautiful. Shawn was upfront with us and told us about the issues the car had before we arrived. He even called us on our way over to explain that the rain had exposed a leak and they were going to have it fixed, but wanted us to know before we got there. It was a fantastic experience and I'd recommend Shawn to anyone buying a car!

My husband and I just purchased two vehicles from Hershey Motors with the help of Shawn Gorman. Shawn was amazing and made the vehicle buying process painless! The Hershey Motors buying experience was like no other we ve experienced before. No pressure, no haggling and they got us where we needed to be. We will definitely come back when we are in need of vehicles again!

I didn't purchase a car from Hershey Motors but I was very impressed with their customer service and courteous. I spoke with John who was very polite and not pushy what so ever. He let me take the car I was interested in to a local garage to get it looked over. I've purchased vehicles from dealerships before and these guys are great!

From the moment Ingot an email reply from Mike until the moment I drove away with my new car everything went so smooth and professional. Mike was very courteous and with his cool calm voice explained everything. The car is even nicer and better than it was in the pictures and in the description!! I have the car 3 months now and it s amazing!

I bought a truck and after having it about a week, realized the heat wasn't working. Got in touch with Mike, he said to get it there and they would take care of it and they did just that. I also kept them late after closing time the day I went to see it and they were super understanding and helpful with financing options. Too bad they are over an hour away!John Hersey
