Had 2 vehicles repaired after accidents here, that went well and they did a nice job. Forward 2 years. Issue with vehicle, I call the people that have earned my trust. I'm told yes they will help me to bring in in next day so they can see exactly what's needed. I show up on time , give my registration to get logged in because getting paid is important to them. I wait 30 min and I'm told they would be right with me. 35 minutes later I remind them I'm waiting and ask if I should come later or reschedule. We can't find the part they said, I stated they could find it on Amazon, ebay and all of the manufacturer sites. We can't find it in our system, but she is looking. Does somebody want to see the area that needs fixed. No we don't need to see it I'm told,,,,,then why did I come and sit here for an hour I thought ? You want me to get the part and bring it to you ? No if we can't find it at our supplier we can't order it. WHAT ? This is 2024 and customer service is pulling into a place ,telling an employee what you need and them using every avenue to fill the customer needs so the business looks good. Now it's about their convenience and nobody cares if you are there because they have work and don't need you.I threw away the business cards ,Keychain and anything with Glauners name, scorched earth.

Definitely recommend! They work directly with insurance companies, so there's no hassle with insurance claims. My car looks good as new and everyone there was very helpful. It's easy to tell that they care about their work. I will definitely recommend them to anyone in the area.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I think the measure of a business is how things are handled when it doesn't go perfectly. Mr. Glauner did fix my car and you would never know it had been in an accident on the exterior after I hit both a deer and a stop sign ! My car looks perfect now. There were part delays he couldn't control & when I complained he handled that really well. Also there was a bit of computer damage from my accident and when it fell outside of the scope of work his shop handled he advised me of where to go to have that addressed. He not only did an excellent job on my body repair work he was professional and helpful in directing me as to how to get my other accident damage addressed properly. So, if you are seeking an honest family owned & operated shop I think he is your guy. I felt they handled things exceedingly well when not all of the circumstances were easily resolved. That's the shop you want to use when it hits the fan.Services: Body & Trim, Oil change

I would give them 10 stars if I could. We were referred by our insurance and family friend after a car accident. We had our car towed directly to the shop and they set up a rental for us. From the beginning they treated us very well, they told us exactly how everything would work and kept us in the loop the entire time. Once I came to get the car it looked amazing. Between their amazing customer service and exceptional work, I will be a customer for life. We live over an hour away but this will be my go to shop!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Very, Very Impressed with the work done. Looks as good as when I bought it. I was super anxious and nervous at first because my insurance was making the process confusing and difficult for me, but Glauner s couldn t have made the process any easier! I had to get my doors replaced and Greg assured me they would take care of it quickly. After receiving my car back they let me know to call them with any problems or concerns I may have. I had a question about the paint and they immediately wanted me to bring it in right away to fix the concern!! Thank you for everyone at Glauner s very professional and kind Highly Highly recommend!!

What a great place to have work done for your car. They did body work for me after a small accident. They did all the interface with my insurance company. They called the Enterprise to arrange the drop off and pick up of my rental. They even allowed me to have my commercial wrap put on the car while it was in their shop. Great People. Great Service.

Extremely professional and courteous staff. Very prompt service and great body work. They kept me updated throughout the process and were very detailed and thorough. I definitely recommend this Auto body shop. I am very happy with everything.

I recommend this place highly. They do the body work on premises and the prices are very reasonable. They don't try to upscale for body work you don't need.
