Outstanding service! I'm thoroughly impressed and will certainly return, as well as recommend to others. They accommodated me immediately, addressing the concerning noise my car was making. Not only did they diagnose and rectify the issue caused by a previous shop, but they also offered valuable insights into future maintenance needs. Their detailed email, complete with images and a video, showcased their professionalism and commitment to clear communication. They have undoubtedly earned my trust and future business.

My inspection was done in a timely manner, all of the concerns were explained at length, the price given was reasonable and the work was done quickly. The quality of work was very apparent as soon as I drove my car. Highly recommend

I have been searching for a dependable automotive technician/mechanic ever since I moved to Pennsylvania 5 years ago. Finding C&J has been the best find! They provided excellent customer service and automotive service. Their inspection identified a comprehensive list of repairs from required to recommended. They provided photos to back up their report. After a conversation with Jake, I decided on what I would like to fix. They quoted a price that I thought was very reasonable. The car was finished on time and because I didn t have a ride, they came to the house with my car and then we drove back to the garage. The difference in how my car feels on the road is incredible now! Next year I ll definitely return. I m pretty sure I have found my favorite garage - finally!

Great experience. Jake and his team were able to schedule and confirm my appointment with no issues. Car was serviced at an even higher rate than my expectations were set at. Definitely recommend to anyone in the area.

It was my first time taking my car to C&J automotive in Parkesburg. Antonio and Jake were awesome! The overall experience was phenomenal. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. They got me in on short notice and even gave me a ride back to my house when I dropped the car off. Also they sent over a full detailed diagnostic of my car. The price was also great for everything they did. I will 100% be bring back my cars here! Thank you guys for all you did! I will be recommending you to all my friends and family to bring there cars here.

I have been taking my car to these guys since 2020 for inspections as well as for other repairs. They are really effective at communicating what is going on with the vehicle, especially if you aren't mechanically inclined like myself. They always have my car done quickly. I highly recommend this shop to other people out there looking to get their car fixed or inspected.

These guys are courteous and knowledgeable, with a history of auto repair in Coatesville for years. They diagnosed a problem with our Ford F150, gave us a computer printout of options to make a decision for repair. We will be returning again. Great service! Thanks Jake, Antonio, & Nate. Val

I am very grateful for the service provided by C&J automotive. They are very reliable and they make sure they do the required repairs on your car. They strive to do your repairs on time and they always do an excellent job. They take the time to explain to you what is wrong with yout car and how it will be repaired. In addition to that, they give you suggestions or recommendations on other repairs that your car needs.

First things first, best mechanics in the entire Chester County. Been going here 10 plus years, the service, knowledge, honesty, and integrity is 100/100 and I have been to many places. Anyone with fear of the anything cliche about mechanic shops. I wont bring any of my cars anywhere else. We never have to worry it s always on point. Plus my family would agree as well bringing their brand new vehicles there every time they need anything.
