On the morning of Jan 3 I had my battery tested by Tom ( I am almost sure that was his name) . I went to Del Toyota for an routine work oil job etc because they told me there was recall on my airbag. They told me my less then two year old battery was almost dead. Tom confirmed it was fine as I suspected. He was courteous friendly and very efficinent. He went out of his way to help me. Thank you I will use you for any parts or supplies I need and never go to the dealer again!

I received average quality customer service. It was definitely nothing spectacular, that's for sure. I can do better by getting information searching on Google than calling or coming here for advice. I do-not recommend this place to anyone. Have a Blessed day....

Always nice, and have what I need. I do enjoy not feeling weird to ask someone for help, and they always will look up your car and let you know what you need/pricing. I m a woman attempting to buy something for my truck so a lot of men would take advantage of that, and I don t get that vibe here. Also is always clean for being an auto store which is a plus - never any lines too.

Unfortunately, after today I will be going elsewhere. I bought 4 batteries. Yes, 4 batteries in the summer of 2021 for my boats. Three of them are fine, 1 is so shot that when I brought it to advanced Auto they couldn't even get a reading, couldn't figure out why. Well, it's because the battery is a dud. No customer service at all. I understand that the warranty is up, but clearly if 3 out of 4 are good for me, it's the battery. I will travel for good customer service and it's obvious I'm not getting that here.

I do not have enough space to write about my experience with Eric at this store. I was traveling from MA to PA for a play when my car broke down. It turns out I needed a new alternator. Eric helped my husband and I on 2 different occasions on 2 different days. The first day getting us everything we needed with a positive attitude. On the second day our car broke down again bad alternator no fault of Advance it just our luck lol. He checked our battery and helped test the alternator but what made this a pleasant experience is that he kept checking up on us during all this transition in the parking lot and he even went above and beyond to call us a day later to see if we made it home safe. I pray that God blesses Eric for his kindness along with the other team members at this store. Thank you all again

Very helpful with a warranty claim this evening! The part was technically bought at a different Advanced Auto location (I didn t know that mattered) and the manager went the extra mile and made a call to the other store to help on the paperwork end of things and get the warranty swap done. I was impressed! Service is getting hard to come by in the recent years .this location delivered on service! I ll be back! Thanks Advanced Auto!

Had to replace my windshield wipers. The staff looked up my car to find out what size I needed and after I purchased them, another staff member installed them for me for free. Awesome service!

Had a vehicle battery in the trunk of car that I needed a replacement for. I told the employee I need a replacement battery she asked if anyone could carry the battery into the store I said I guess I can try to carry it in here but it is heavy she stated well that s what other customers do Very rude!!!! Told them to keep their battery I will go somewhere else! Will NEVER be a customer there again Went to NAPA and they took battery out of car and put the new one in there for me!

Bought wiper blades for my Volvo. 60.00The best ones but what I liked the most was the clerk came out and installed the wipersRight away. Great service I would return again an the best wipers were worth every minute of quiet! Thank you Joann

Came in to look for something that i was told.that i would find in here. No one said hello when I came in. A staff lady passed by me and didn't even gave a sign or spoke to me. Kept walking like I was not there. As i was walking out, the guy behind the counter asked if i needed help, i told.him.what i was looking for and he told me they didn't carried it. That was about it. Minimal work for minimal wage

The associate that helped me was very helpful however the older woman in front of me he seemed to dismiss, told her a bulb number and where to find it. For my need he left the counter went and found it in the aisle and brought it back. The other woman he did not help besides giving her the bulb number she needed and pointed her to the wall.

Very helpful advance. The website have me 25% off for my purchase, but you had to do site to store. The associate gave me the discount without ordering online. They didn't charge the core return for my battery because they installed it for free. Of the guy there installs your battery, give him a tip eh? Pass the savings on to dude.

Was instantly greeted by a great and friendly staff who helped me.My issue was they were out of stock in an item i needed which is understandable,staff memeber went above and beyond and showed Me the nearest locations that had what i needed,wasted time and gas driving to thorndale only to be told they didnt have it

Not at all impressed with the service. Basically no customer service skills. I was given the wrong part and when I went to return it less then an hour after purchase I was informed instead of cash back for my debit purchase they had to credit my account. Being a customer service manager and in retail for 25 years I know this means a 7 day wait to get the funds credited back to my account. When I said this I was told because of it being a large purchase it had to go back as a credit. I find it funny that an auto parts store thinks $130 is a large purchase. So you gave me the wrong part that was in my possession for less than an hour and now I have to wait a week to get my money back. I'll never use this company again and I will never speak well of it to anyone that asks now.

I had met a girl named trish that worked here and was informed she was fired due to some reasons. I went there every day for parts bc I help at a garage and retrieve parts from the front counter. I had over heard a guy named Ethan and a another girl named Cassandra talking about throwing a party now that she was terminated. I do not find this appropriate at all what s so ever. If this was true I feel it was false. I am pretty sure this was all a set up. Hr needs to look into this corruption. Honestly this shouldn't be given ANY stars but consider this a zero star review.

I have been going there for almost 10 years now. But now won't go there again. Their employees are rude and unprofessional. The last times I was there, the same black woman always got an attitude like I she didn't have to respect anyone but everyone has to automatically respect her. And I got the general census from the rest of the employees who work that that's what advance auto is how their running the company now. I got so irritated, I returned the parts because there is Auto parts plus only 1 mile from them and Nappa not to much further up. And Autozone isn't to much further either from there.

Customer service at this location was great. The associate led me to just what I needed, was helpful when asked about car parts, and they have a decent selection of parts available. The prices are slightly steeper then Wal-Mart or eBay, but in a lunch, it is the place to go. As a final note, this store has a tool rental, which I certainly could use if I required a specialty tool.

Was closes to my home. Went for new battery ordered on line in store pick up. Real small store. About five employee where all gathered to together. One with mask! All others seemed not to care about them selves or others in these omicron times. Glad I'm a masker no matter where I go. Safer Then sorry. Then almost gave me the wrong battery. Had to inform them it was wrong one. Then upon getting the right battery they found it funny that the battery picker had pick the wrong battery"saying well they all look the same". Then it was the cheaper style they tried to give me. Then no one seemed to care about my old bad battery core so just set it at the door on the floor. But in the end did get right battery.

Very disappointed because they did not told me anything about there was not money refound about it electric parts.and also the same guy who attend me opened the cardboard box to show me the light bulb.and then later when the mechanic realized it was not fitting to my car l went back to returned.and l did not get my money back.they should be more attentive and professional .

I was in store Friday July 1st, AM. The 2 women behind the counter went above and beyond, in helping me find a part that would work for the electric repair, that I needed to make. I will go out of my way to use this store more often.

I usually avoid the Parkesburg store because it used to take a while for someone to wait on me just to check out! Today I had to go there and I was amazed! The girl at the counter (I think her name was Trish) was helpful and stopped me before I bought the wrong part! Turns out she has a Jeep too! She was able to guide me to the right one and get me checked out quickly! Saving me from having to come back to get the right part! Now that I am up and running again I just wanted to say thank you!

Horrible supervisor(Rob). He should find a different job that does NOT involve a field where you are working with people and in customer service. Currently on hold with the corporate office to file an official complaint about this store. Someone needs to do something about their horrible customer service. After today, Never again will I give them my business.

Well known customer idk if that's a good or bad thing. Rarely run into any problems there. Employees are a big help when needed. Clean organized. Not usually extremely busy.

Usually has the parts I need for my one vehicle that many locations and companies don t carry many parts for. Friendly staff and prices are not to bad. Considering everything around you can take at least a chunk out of the errands in one trip out.

Great guys working in there. Only complaint would be the waiting times. You call in to check availability on a part, sit on hold for 15 minutes. Get frustrated and just drive down to talk to them in person, stand in line for 15 minutes. I need a $1.99 gasket which I have the part number for...come on.

Huge thanks to Anthony! After calling AAA and requesting a tow, the driver said, I just needed a new batter. He jumped me and sent me on my way.I stopped at Advance Auto Parts and Anthony came right out, tested my batter, and installed a new one. Unfortunately, it turned out that I need a starter. Anthony was extremely helpful!
