So I made the mistake of using a discount tire service (with emphasis on the name DISCOUNT) and just look at what they did to the brand new (reconditioned) rim. This is just one of the four, but the others were almost as bad. Look, just look at all of the balancers (which cause road rash).I went into United Tire of Paoli and as soon as they saw the pictures, they were just as shocked. Not only was this excessive, but it wasn't even the right weight.I was never once shamed for going to what, in retrospect, was the wrong tire shop. United Tire of Paolii had them rebalanced in no time. The technician even provided an update on the condition of each of the reconditioned rims. I couldn't have been more impressed.In retrospect, it cost a good bit more trying to go with a discount shop because I had to pay for balancing twice, not to mention the back and forth (I went to the discount tire shop twice trying to get this fixed before getting a second opinion).Lesson learned: do tires the right way and just go here first. There are times that you get what you pay for and that couldn't be more true. Next time, I'm starting at United Tire.Thanks guys for doing a great job!Service: Tires

Lenny and the team at United took care of everything when I blew out my tire. They were extremely nice, professional, and fast. They also worked to find me the most cost effective way to solve my problem. I went in to the store prepared to have to spend more..but they actually worked to convince me that I did not need to spend so much to properly solve my problem. I couldn't have been happier with my experience there.

Since I ve moved close to the area, two years ago, I ve been taking my car in for service here. I find them to be friendly, professional, and transparent with their pricing. I took my car in to get inspected and oil change yesterday. I waited. They told me a couple hours, and I was out in one hour and a half. They were right on time.

Service done quickly. In and out under 45 minutes for 2 new tires and oil change. I would recommend this Goodyear anytime

Large job. Tires, upgraded brakes and rotors. Change engine oil, differential oil, flush radiator and replace plugs. Lenny, Kyle and Jr did a great job at a fair price as usual.

Lenny is an extremely good guy, helpful, exceedingly patient and persevering in getting my Goodyear credit card account set up so I could benefit from the $200 savings on a set of tires.I was new to Paoli 5 years ago having moved from Oregon and having my car struck by lightning and resultantly totalled on the way across country. I went to Lenny then with a question and he gave me excellent helpful advice. His helpfulness stuck with me and now 5 years later I needed my first set of tires and now I will be going to Lenny 's shop for all routine maintenance of my RDX. He is a most helpful person and runs a professional shop. Thanks Lenny and Kyle.A couple of days ago I went in with a weak key fob battery thinking, this is definitely below their pay grade, but no, Lenny popped out the old and in with the new and I was out the door in 5 minutes, no fuss, no muss, no "go over to the parts department" but then when you get there they are closed for lunch until 1:30 pm. Lenny and Kyle run an efficient, problem solving operation and I appreciate that, it checks off one less stress. I could not recommend them more highly. I called United Tire in the morning to ask about getting an alignment the same day. They gave me an appointment time that fit my schedule. I arrived early and they took my car early and finished in less than an hour. During that time in the waiting room I overheard the conversations the technicians were having with other customers. I heard no funny BS trying to oversell on unneeded work or services. I heard good honest advice given to each of customer. When my car was done they explained the work that was done and my car drives straight and true now. I'll be taking my wife's van there next!Good job guys keep up the good work!!!

Changed oil and flushed coolant. Next I'm going to change break fluid and plugs. I really like these guys there awesome and I trust they're doing the work to take care of my vehicles. Back on Dec 20 for a few things. Still all great. I trust these guys there not in it for the quick money they want me as a long term customer , exactly how I run my business , and I respect that .Service: Oil change

So glad I found Lenny! I had a flat tire and pulled in. He turned a scary situation into a nice one! Took me right in, reassured me they would take good care of me, I wasn t there long, they fixed my tire and didn t try to sell me a new one and were reasonable. Lenny is an entertaining guy and I enjoyed chit chatting with him while I waited! He s been there for over 30 years and that says a lot! My family if 5 will all go to him now!Service: Tires

Lenny and Kyle along with the rest of the team at United Paoli are genuine, honest, hard working and totally reliable. I not only have these guys do all my tire work, but often have them take care of all my out of warranty vehicle maintenance and couldn't be happier.
