Jason and the team at Paoli Quick Lane have been our go-to for years now. Wonderful service, and HONEST and helpful with what the cars really need: They have never tried to sell us on things the cars don t really need, and have even suggested cheaper ways to fix small stuff. They even sent me a video today of my car being worked on for inspection and getting new tires, which was a very cool new service. Thanks again for all your help and great service!

Jason and team are the best. They never overcharge you. Even if you have car make other than ford this is the place to go and save money and still get the best service.

Service was efficient and quick. Transportation to and from Quick Lane made life a lot easier for me. Service management kept me informed throughout the repair process and a video review featuring my car was provided at work completion with comments from the actual technician who performed the work. The service was good. The shuttle drivers were good. I got a inspection and I got a call saying all was good except I needed a new battery. i daid ok change the battery. then I get a video that says the same thing except at the end it says you need a new battery do you want one we can take vate of that when you come in. Huh?

Fast & friendly service. While waiting or dropping off your vehicle having a video sent to your phone with the technician reviewing your vehicle is great and builds trust. Paoli Ford Quick Lane service is reasonably priced and less expensive than a couple of the national service chains in our area on basic services such as an oil change.I recommend that you give them a try and see for yourself!

Bought a used 2021 Expedition and the Ford Connect would allow me access. After repeated attempts by various Sales Associates, one of them suggested going over to the Service Center. The Reps there were so attentive and wouldn t give up. Diagnostic s showed it was a malfunction that they immediately ordered the part, setup a loaner vehicle and within days had the part installed and everything is working beautifully. I thank all the Associates on Sales and Service.

Amazing dealership because of offering their clients both quickLanes for quick small repairs as well as a gigantic well staffed repair garage .They deliver best in class dealer service and that s taking into consideration Mercedes , Audi , bmw , lexus A+ for quicklane. Dept ..was greeted by mechanic at 7:30 am. ,a real gentlemen and most refreshing .Ps . I wished they offered the Lincoln line of cars .

Purchased a used vehicle from Paoli Ford with a comprehensive auto warranty in Sept 2022. Took it to QuickLane for service. They repaired and replaced the defective ABS sensor at no charge. Danny was great to work with! They are open until 7pm which made it easier for us to pick up the vehicle after work.

I have been a customer of QuickLane for many years. They are always so easy to work with, always easy to get an appointment and, most importantly, very honest. And they have worked on so many different brands of cars for me. They were knowledgeable about all of them. Highly recommend!

Used the quick lane twice for standard service (oil change, nail in tire).Their service hours on Saturdays is untill 5pm vs 4pm for the regular service, which helped me to get my car serviced on the same day.Service was good and to the point. I was charged as quotedI only give 4 stars because there were some minor findings on the service report they did not point out to me and I had to come back later to get them verified (it had a "fail" on rear lights which sounded concerning but turned out to be the platw light only).

Took my Ford Escape to Quick Lane at Paoli Ford Service for an oil change. Was greeted by a super friendly service mgr. No appt., 8 am, took my car into the garage immediately. They fully checked my car. Did the oil change and rotated the tires. Within 30 minutes, he came out, showed me the invoice and explained what other issues should be taken in future; tires, brakes, etc. I paid the invoice, which I thought was very reasonable. I drove out at 8:40 with confidence in the work. Would definitely go back. Highly recommend. 10/10/23Service: Tires

Quick Lane has always curiously delivered service and quality tech work. Modeled after pit stop-like in-out processing of routine car maintenance, inspection, LOFR and even more complex engine issues their comfy lounge with WYFI and wide screen cable will make your pit stop as painless as a Sunday nap. Restaurants are just around the corner.

I came in with no appointment with a tire repair. Needed to get on the turnpike and was very concerned because I had gotten a flat earlier and just had the donut on. The nicest young man stopped what he was doing and patched me up. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely pleasant as well. A++ for customer service. It s been great to do my inspections and oil changes so far last time they make a video from underneath my car showing that everything was good, that s pretty cool though I wish all shop owners adopt that way to make you customers knowing everything that s happening!

I wish there was a 0 star option. I had a bad experience here and they don't want to hear it. Somehow they are able to delete my honest review. Very disappointed. Isn't that taking away my free speech? Disgusting!!
