First time someone came to my home to take care of a car recall issue and topped off my fluids as a bonus. I wasn t home, but received a video showing me what was done. Super simple. Awesome love the service!

Although it seemed to take quite awhile to diagnose the problem, the team at Paoli were terrific! From sending a technician out to the house because I was afraid to drive the car to driving me back and forth to the dealership, I think that Ian and his teammates in the service department did an outstanding job of providing exceptional customer service! A huge Thanks to all of the great folks i met at n the service department!!

Great service! In addition to the regular service, the folks at Paoli Ford Service went the extra mile to fix the clamps for my after-market truck bed cover. I had trouble figuring out how to secure these clamps properly and needed some help. It looks great now and I couldn t be happier!

Every time I deal with Paoli Ford for service to our Navigator, they go above and beyond and are super responsive, always call back and are fair to their customers. we've had a lot of cars serviced over the years by different dealerships and we've never had customer service better than Paoli Ford!and their mobile technicians and mobile service is absolutely fantastic.

Overall, it was a great experience! The service team was very responsive, and Ian was on top of everything. Although we had a minor misunderstanding, Ian handled it perfectly, ensuring that things went as smoothly as possible. The car was well taken care of, and a service representative even came to my house to complete the installation of a plastic cover. I would recommend this service to everyone and will definitely return for my next service. The rental cars were also great, brand new Ford SUVs at a reasonable price. Thank you again, Ford, for the premium service.

Very fast and efficient work, I own a jeep wrangler and theres no place I would rather take my vehicle then Mathews Paoli Ford, everyone is very kind, the tech even out and explained all the work that was done

I am not a fan of service centers or dealerships and usually very suspicious. My experience with the Paoli Ford Service team have been great throughout the 8 years I have been coming here now. Cannot say the same about the sales team.Never had any surprises, quotes never were exceeded (or I got called for any item that was not visible and would cause extra cost, but that was very rare and never excessive), quality of work was always good.Special call-out to Doug who works the Service desk. Most trustworthy person I have ever met in any service place and have gotten great recommendations from him (and catering to my need, not to maximize cost).

The quick lane service and Bryan the manager went above and beyond to fix my Ford Fusion and get it running smoothly! They even found a slow leak in one of my tires and repaired it. Their attention to detail is second to none and their customer service is exemplary!I have used their mobile service as well and it s excellent. I wouldn t go any where else but Quick Lane!

This is by far the easiest and most efficient way to get my truck serviced. Truthfully, I own a Silverado, but I definitely will be continuing to get my vehicles serviced with them. I'm a contractor, so I'm ALWAYS on the move. They came out to me at the LAST minute, changed my oil, put air in my tires and offered so many other options to get my truck serviced. I am a customer for life. I love it.

I had scheduled an appointment on-line to bring my car in for service and said I would wait for it. I immediately received a call from service asking if it would be more convenient for them to come to my home and perform the service there. Obviously. The mechanic who came was incredibly well-mannered, very knowledgeable, as well as efficient and communicative. I am extremely pleased!

I go to repairs my air condition. The results are surprise! Air condition was not repaired, but my door glass was reported with a problem which is totally out of plan. Ridiculously, when I drive to fire center, my windows worked well! The front guy told me that his colleagues need to remove the whole door to check air condition, and after that door glass cannot work. Air condition still cannot work. So, finally no matter how I argued about that, nobody listen to me. I did not get my air condition fixed but was requested to pay additional 400dollars for the door windows!!! It feels so terrible and ugly!

Recently purchased a pre owned vehicle and traded mine in , bought it in the middle of a snow storm so i couldnt see alot of small things like chips/cracks in windshield, dents on the body, broken tailgate handle, dent on tailgate. Asked the salesman not to run my credit to every bank in Pennsylvania and ended up with 6 inquiries when i asked for 1-2 at most. Overall im satisfied just a little disappointed in the dishonesty considering they wouldnt budge on asking price or trade-in value besides $250. Clean facility only had to wait 5 hours in the chair to make the deal

I used the mobile service unit for an oil change and tire rotation and the service was great! Setting up the appointment was easy. I requested a call from the mobile unit, they reached out to me, scheduled the service, and the mobile unit actually came to my work. They were right on time, very courteous, and were done in a little under an hour. The mobile service is great and I would highly recommend it to anyone with a busy schedule. I paid for everything with my Ford rewards points and the whole experience was great!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Problem with my Ford Maverick when dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree. Lots of things flashed and I took it into service to check what happened. They obliged and found out the wiring harness had some serious cuts to it. Wires were shorting out against some metal. Fixed it temporarily and ordered the part. Next day called me and they fixed the problem. Thank goodness they got to the problem as this is my only transportation.

I purchased a used truck from Paoli Ford and discovered problems with the vehicle the very next day. I returned to dealership. Their service was excellent problems were diagnosed and repaired @ N/C. I couldn t be more satisfied.
