This is the best body shop you're going to find, I would leave a 10 star review if I could. I took my 22 X4M here for damage to the rear bumper. The whole process was handled with a top level of professionalism. My car now looks exactly how it did before it was hit. You will be shocked if you see how clean and organized the working areas are, you could literally eat off of the floors. Support a small family owned business and take your car to Paoli Auto Body. I took my van here for a window repair that was covered by my warranty. Out of the list of repair facilities I could ve chose to take my van to I decided to go with this place because of the nice lady who answered the phone who also works at the front desk. And she was just as nice to me in person as well. In fact even the guy I worked with named Dave was a pleasure to work with also. Despite being told that my van may take a couple days to complete the repair, it was completed the same day within a couple hours of dropping it off. The process was so painless with no money out of pocket. This company definitely gets my recommendation of approval and has earned my trust as a repair shop I ll happily come back to for any future repairs. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

My car was in an accident on 01/15/2022. The initial thought was that the car was totaled. After 3 weeks of thinking the car was totaled a second opinion was giving by David Port of Mathew s Paoli Auto Body. He gave an estimate of $9,299.75 and a time of 3 days to repair on 03/11/2022. He said it may take up to three weeks because of a back order on parts. (Understandable) but he assured me that once the parts come in that it was an easy job. On 03/15/2022 I was informed that they are just waiting on one part and I should be able to pick up the car the first week of April. On 03/30/2022 I was told they have the parts everything is ok the car would be done on 04/13/2022. Today 04/12/2022 I call to ask what time I can pick the car up tomorrow. I was informed that they were having trouble with the frame and they are not sure when I would be able to pick my car up. Totally unacceptable!!! Then David who said he is the manager has bad costumer service. It had been four months and he David is still saying he doesn t know when the car is going to be done. I am not even sure or confident they able to fix the car. By far the worst experience I have with any body shop in my 40 yrs of living.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim, Welding, Oil change

I brought my car to Paoli Auto Body after a recent accident. The front of the car had damage from a collision. The service provided by Chris and his team was top-rate, professional and timely. They worked with my insurance company to obtain quick approval of the damage assessment and start work on the repairs. They were able to get the work completed in less than two weeks despite third-party challenges in securing replacement parts and waiting on insurance company authorizations.Chris team provided frequent updates so I was not left wondering about the status of repairs. The completed repairs were excellent and my car was fully cleaned (interior and exterior).I would recommend this business to others.
