Many thanks to Joe and his team for fair pricing and a job well done.Recently, my vehicle had a death wobble . We thought it may have been the alignment and balancing, but the problem persisted.They took the time to put a camera under the truck while driving, went over a pothole as I said would trigger it, and found that the steering assembling was faulty.The part is now upgraded with a thicker component. With parts and labor, $280 which feels reasonable. And the vehicle feels brand new.Often, people s concern with mechanics is that they will charge for unnecessary fixes. Here, they won t.They are committed to solving problems, and it makes all the difference.Thanks again!

Started with the front door locked when I arrived before 8 for my 8 AM appointment. Door indicated that they opened at 7:30. Was scheduled for a PA inspection and an oil change since less than 6,000 miles in the past year. I expected to be done in an hour. 9:30 and 10:00 passed and no one had told me anything so I went to the desk to find out what was taking so long and was told I needed rear brakes and rotors for $567.30. Sounded crazy high. I was told it would take another 40 minutes (labor charge for brakes $203.28 plus $52.09 shop fees took the bill over $737. I left around 11:45. More than 50 cars in the parking lot and 4 shop bays with cars on lifts and I only saw two employees including the guy who came in late and let me in. My previous inspection at the dealer showed rear brakes were SOLID GREEN. Not nearing a need for replacement. Perhaps they could have worn out in 6,000 miles. When driving home the idle seemed high and breaks seemed to drag as when I lifted my foot from the gas pedal the car didn t coast, rather it seemed to be braking. Several days later when starting the car it idled high and didn t change gears properly, remaining in low gear until the tach reached 5. I m not a mechanic but suspect something was adjusted to the idle and that the brakes are dragging. I ll need to return to have them or someone else look at what is going on. I can t recommend this place to a friend or stranger.

The folks at Paoli Meineke Car Care always do a great job with our cars. They are efficient and quick with repairs or inspections. I would not take my cars anywhere else. Great customer service!!

20240221 -Just visited Meineke again, we had an issue with a tire coming off of the rim b/c the air pressure got too low. Meineke came through again for us with same day service. From the time my wife was driving to work, had the issue and got towed to Meineke, we got the car back before 5pm. Great service. Thanks again Meineke!Previous Review:The job got done and everything is working. The price is very reasonable even for the bigger jobs. The only thing that could be a little better is the communication on progress along the way. Granted the car required several things and spent the weekend. A heads up on what was going on would have really helped. The staff is courteous and informative. Brought my 2005 Highlander in during the first days of a deep freeze we had here in Philly which coincided with the car misfiring. I had also noticed a shiny area near the oil lid which I thought might be a sign of a need for a new oil gasket. The issue was a bad coil that needed replacing. They recommended doing all 4 coils and sparkplugs I elected to just do 1 coil and all the sparkplugs. They did not insist on doing all 4 coils and they did not do an easy upsale of the gasket which they said was fine.They also had a mechanic take me to and from my nearby apartment.Just moved here from out of state so very glad to have found an honest shop. Kudos to Joe at the front desk who coordinated everything.

The guys at Paoli Meineke really helped me out two weeks ago. My new-to-me car died while I was traveling thru the area for a baby shower. I got a tow to their shop around noon. They were able to determine it was the starter, find the one available starter in the area, and stayed open late to finish the six hours of work so that I wouldn t be stranded until Monday. I was able to rideshare to the shower while they were working and only missed 1/2 of it. Sidenote, they have a nice comfortable waiting area inside, where I was able to hang with my luggage while waiting on my estimate and later my Uber. All things considered everything worked out great. I was very impressed you guys went the extra mile for me. Thank you so much for getting me back on the road that Saturday night!!

I've been very happy with the service I've received at Paoli Meineke. They always explain everything they're doing, they're very patient with questions, and they do quality work at reasonable prices. I will continue taking my car there for service.

Out shopping 2 days before Christmas and my brakes start making unhealthy noises. My usual Meineke shop in Newtown Square was closed so I find a shop close by in Paoli with Saturday hours. Joe was so friendly on the phone and invited me to bring my car in right away which I did. Not only did he fix the brakes but said he could change the oil which had just come due AND do the state inspection (due in 2 months). He applied my Meineke rewards (great app) too.For me Meineke has always meant A+ trustworthy customer service and that now includes the Paoli shop! Thanks to Joe and his crew, I m all set until the next oil change!

Please remove me from this list. If I wasn't happy or satisfied with the service I get from this Meineke location - I wouldn't continue to go there. It's 17 miles from my house and there are closer places I could have my car serviced.

It s baffling to see the previous review. I have used minke Paoli and have always had great experience. I have mainly dealt with Joe and he always is very informative and responsive. He also always helps me with making sure I have my car back on time.Since I have been going there, they have not had a receptionist, these men are fixing all the cars doing the paperwork, doing check out and doing the phones.They have always taken great care all the way around, and will continue to use them

That's my place to go for a state inspection for years now but the last visit was a bit disappointing. When I arrived to drop off my car, I couldn't turn to the parking lot because it was so full, that I couldn't even turn from the road.Later in the day, they called me to notify me that my car failed the safety check because my windshield wipers were worn out, and if I don't buy new wipers from them, I'll have to redo the inspection again. I asked about manufacturer of wipers that they're going to install and that said it'll be Bosch. I agreed to buy and install wipers from them but when I picked up my car, I found out that they installed Duralast instead. These wipers much worse in quality and way cheaper that what I paid for them (twice the retail price). It was so disappointing experience.Why lie, Meineke?

Oh, where do I even begin with my delightful experience at Meineke Car Center? It was an absolute joy to schedule a 12:00 PM oil change appointment and wait patiently for what seemed like an eternity. I mean, who doesn't love spending over 6:00 hours in a waiting room, right?The highlight of my day was when the clock struck 6:00 PM, and lo and behold, they finally decided to start the hob! I must say, their ability to completely disregard my time and commitment is truly commendable. It's almost as if they have a secret talent for turning a simple oil change into an epic saga.But let's not forget the impeccable customer service I received throughout this unforgettable ordeal. The staff's indifference and lack of communication were truly something to behold. They managed to maintain a level of apathy that should be studied and admired. Bravo!Oh, and how could I possibly forget the ambiance of the waiting room? The uncomfortable chairs, the outdated magazines, and the questionable stains on the carpet really set the tone for a truly memorable experience. It's as if they purposefully curated an atmosphere of despair and frustration.All in all, I must say that Meineke Car Care went above and beyond to make my day an absolute nightmare. Their inability to adhere to a simple schedule and their impressive talent for wasting customers' time have left me in awe. If you're searching for an oil change experience that will test your patience and sanity, look no further than Meineke Car Care Center. They truly excel in making your visit an unforgettable, sarcastically delightful experience.

This place is a scam! Be aware they won t fix the problem then they act like you are the problem. They was suppose to fix a code that popped up long story short I still have the same code till this day . Even after taking it back the next day ! They aren t trust worthy! Not only did they not fix the problem and charge me as if they did! They also used my oil for my oil change then charged me for their oil! How I know this is they left my oil container covered with oil in my trunk! It was oil everywhere! The disrespect! They also don t have time management skills take in more customers then they can handle clearly! They also stole my receipt out of my car ! This place is not the place to take your car!

I was a little skeptical using mine key I don t know why, I just always have used a shop where I know people. I had an appointment for 12:30, I ended up being an hour later because I needed to update some information to do the inspection. They were friendly, understanding & were still able to get my truck in & done by the end of the day for me. I couldn t have asked for a better service. It was cheaper then I thought it was going to be and everyone I had an interaction with there, were very polite. I will definitely use them again & let other people know about my experience. I had an exhaust issue on a 2012 Subaru Outback. I was having trouble finding aftermarket parts. Dealer quoted me a price of $5,000 to replace a few pipes on the exhaust. Went down here and they were able to work around any new parts minus two mufflers. Saved me $4,300. Only took a couple of hours. These guys are amazing. They went out of their way and offered to bring my car directly to me! This is not the first time they have gone out of their way to help me. They have even been down to my house before to charge a dead battery and another time too!! truly happy with the above and beyond that is their customer service!! Prices are competitive so the experience all around is and has always been fantastic. This was such a pleasure to come to this store. I'm sure the man gets a lot of people rambling like I do sometimes, but he made me feel heard, like he actually cared about my car and my safety. It was affordable, and would have been even more affordable if I hadn't waited so long to get the issue fixed. They didn't make me feel bad about that AT ALL. Very polite, good time frame of service, knowledgeable and easily able to explain issues to us laymen (car illiterate types). I would recommend this place of business to anyone looking. I heard about this from a friend and hence took my old 2010 Mitsubishi lancer. BIG MISTAKE!! I echo all the negative reviews. Every time I call, get same answer - working on some issue and will get a callback in evening. But they wouldn t call and the cycle repeats again next day. This is so frustrating and getting ridiculous. It s been ONE MONTH and car is still with them. I had even gone there in person multiple times and see the car is only in parking lot (when it s supposed to be worked upon !!).I believe they are short staffed and overworked but that doesn t mean you just accept the job and keep giving false status. I have given them an ultimatum to return my car today (even if not fixed) so I can take it to a different place. Technician is knowledgeable and professional. The service person patiently explain why it is necessary to use synthetic oil (manufacturer recommended) and even found a coupon for me.Do state inspection. They are helpful and work hard to accommodate many customers.They are professional and good. The staff is friendly and knowledgable.My only issue is the length of time it takes to have an inspection done. I dropped my car off the evening before my scheduled service.I had to call the morning after the scheduled service to see if it was ready.I had left my phone number and I have gone there before so my phone number is file. They are always busy and I believe I was overlooked.I will take my car back. I trust their service and nothing can replace that!!Service: Vehicle Inspection
