So I show up to the shop one weeks ago, for oil leaks, and loud exhaust noise. The shop claimed that they are able to fix it. It turned out they tried to charge me, while some work wasn t even done such as the engine oil change and my exhaust is louder than before. They should explain it to me that they can t fix it from the start so I can bring it to a different shop. They claim is 100% but I just found out today that there are barely any engine oil, and the tank and the bottom of the splash shield is about to fall off after charging us close to 1300 and didn t hit anything done. Wheel I tried to contact the shop, the manager is not answering his phone and they claimed that they did their best. For you and your family s safety, please don t go here for your car. You will regret it.

I only stick with my mechanic, who isn t available on weekends, so I took a chance on this jiffy lube. The service was top notch and my car was ready in a jiffy. I trusted the workers and loved that they applied a coupon for me at the end of my service.

I typically don't leave a review unless it's a positive one, but my experience here calls for an exception. I brought my Civic in and asked for an oil change. The tech came into the lobby and told me the only oil they had left was the most expensive version ($80+). I asked if they had any of the three cheaper versions and they said no, and that I didn't have a choice anyway since they already drained my oil. After discussing, they said they could apply a coupon to get the price lower. After waiting 30 minutes, the tech came out and handed me my keys and told me that they didn't drain the tank after all, and passive aggressively said that I was free to get my oil changed elsewhere. Crazy lol I'm glad this guy didn't try to pull this 15 years ago when I didn't have much to loose.

Brenden (only 1 month on the job at the Paoli location) was extremely helpful, professional, kind and easy to work with. By far the best experience I ve ever had at Jiffy Lube or anywhere else dealing with car issues in 27 years I ve owned a car.

The only good thing about this place is that you don't need an appointment for inspection. It is first come first serve. And I took 3 trips total just to do THE inspection for ONE car. I called on the phone and they told me anytime before 4:30pm was fine. So I went at 4pm only to be told that 3:30pm was the last service because inspector is done for the day. Okay fine. Maybe I heard it wrong. So I went again the following week at 3:30pm. They took my car in and I was sitting in the waiting room. There was a lady sitting there telling me that she has been there for a good 30 mins. So I knew I would have to wait. After a good while, one of the staff came to me and said if I had the current insurance and registration because the paper was expired. I told him everything was updated and the policy hasn't been changed and registration was also good till next year. They can run the plate to check. So they seated me down again. I kept waiting. I saw the hood was open the whole time. So I thought they were working on it. After 1 hour passed, I walked out and they told me that they couldn't do my inspection because I didn't have the paper. According to the owner, they were not allowed to touch the car. He literally said it in front of my face with my car's hood open. The third time, my husband took the car with the updated paperwork there. The total of the inspection was $150 (including changing the wipes). It was a total rip off. This was the most expensive place to do inspection with the worst communication. The only good thing about this place is you don't need to wait because there were not enough customers to keep them busy. Good luck to keep the business running.

i had issues with my service. to be fair, the manager did ask me to return. Based on how they poorly serviced my car, i am not comfortable allowing them to touch my car and i did share that with him. you should not laugh at customers when they tell you something like this. other customers were not happy with time their vehicles took. this location left my plastic trim and rubber strip not properly aligned. my blower motor sounds weird now. tire air pressure was skipped. my oil change interval was not reset. took them close to an hour. im going to take my car somewhere else and have it looked at. i strongly do not reccomend.

Terrible experience and not sure I can trust the work after I saw this....-Went to Jiffy Lube in Paoli when they were supposed to open. Manager was late and didn't open until almost 9 (1 hour late).-When they opened, manager didn't bother to apologize for the delay.-They offered a discount for the wait which was less than the online coupon.-They offered to change my filter which was disgusting but I declined having one at home. Instead of knocking off the PILE of loose debris, they took the time to put all of the debris back in the filter compartment. When I changed the filter that evening, I found all of the debris they carefully put back into the car.-The service was poor in that they didn't vacuum at all or clean the windows per their signature service outline.I fear that if they were that spiteful to put my filter back that dirty, what else did they do to spite me? Reasonable question considering they had to TRY and keep all of the dirt on the filter.Service: Oil change

I had accidentally let me inspection expire so I had a PA State Inspection and oil change done. I arrived just before opening, so I was first in line because I was worried that the inspection would take a long time. The employees were very professional and polite and the service was done very quickly and efficiently. I was not "upsold" with recommendations for things I didn't need and everything was finished in about 30-40 minutes. I will definitely be back and use this shop again.

On the receipt they gave me, it said there was a vacuuming and window cleaning complimentary. The receipt stated they did this which they didn t do. Other than that they did a average job

TL;DR - Did unnecessary work, lied about it, failed to fix the problem, and broke the part they were installing.Went in for a check engine light. Technician said that the light was signaling a problem with the coolant temperature sensor, but that he thought it was actually a separate thermostat. He replaced the thermostat. The check engine light did not go away. I went back a few days later, and the technicians told me the problem was still with the sensor - and that the thermostat had probably not needed to be replaced. I spoke with the initial technician the next day when they replaced the sensor, he denied ever mentioning the sensor on the first visit despite my having texts with people explicitly saying such. No refund given, etc. They replace the sensor, but the check engine light did not go away. Finally took it in to a mechanic, who confirmed that the initial thermostat replacement was completely unnecessary and that Jiffy Lube actually broke the sensor while they installed it, while failing to identify the real issue, which was the wiring.Long story short, close to $400 at Jiffy Lube wasted. I wouldn't trust this store to do an oil change, and I would strongly discourage anyone from using them for anything else.

I went to Jiffy lube in Paoli to have my vehicle inspected. Informed them 3x that I don't need emission inspection, only state safety inspection. They told me that wipers need to be replaced. I hate dirty windshield and I've been driving the car recently in the rain and didn't notice any problems with them. They insisted that after they turn wipers on there are thin marks on the windshield so it failed inspection. They asked $50 to replace both, which I've refused. I was about to pay for failed inspection and they wanted to charge me for emission which I told them before I do NOT need. I guess when they saw a woman in this type of business they thought they she is not technically advanced enough to understand the issue so they can pull out as much money as they please. I saw another lady there who was having similar outcome where they were trying to find things on top of the simple inspection. After today's interaction I'm not going to come back and do not recommend this place. Their customer interaction was is very friendly and pleasant that's why I give it 1 star but it is very unprofessional otherwise to ask customers to get things done which are not necessary.

Went in for an oil change and they were rude and seemed upset I was there. Lots of other places in the area for a quick oil change. After reading the other reviews I m glad he was rude. I wouldn t want them touching my vehicle.

If you are in the area, do not go here. I tried to go there to get an alternator replaced because I am on a budget. They told me over the phone three different times that total amount would be. $450 parts and labor. I get there and there are four mechanics in the bay running around like little babies and playing on their phones and then they tell me that the whole job will be 1200!!! Absolutely ridiculous. I asked them how much the park was and they told me 500. Total shysters. This place is a scam.

I came to this Jiffy Lube for an Inspection and Oil Change since my inspection was expiring this month and my oil change light had just turned on. Before starting the inspection, the mechanic came inside and told me to pass inspection I needed a rear break pad and rotor inspection. I thought to myself okay fine that's normal. But, when I went over my service report, I noticed they had not included the oil change. I told the mechanic and he said they did not hear me ask for it and said they would add it. This confused me because I questioned how they could have done the inspection and found I had a bad breaks and rotors without noticing that my change oil light was on in the car. Additionally, they asked me if I wanted them to do the inspection which was confusing as minutes earlier they told me they had done it and I my breaks and rotors failed. They also could not tell me the price of doing just the rotor and break repairs separate from the inspection so I could determine if it was worth my time to do it myself. Sitting waiting to get my car I have seen 5 people get called to the counter about their inspection and not one has passed without major repairs to their wheels, tires, headlights, ect. Overall, I am starting to think this Jiffy lube is scamming their customers for extra money to pass inspection. Additionally, I think prices at jiffy lube have recently increased significantly, (not entirely their fault, but just and fyi as prices are not listed online), because the inspection and oil change cost me over 200 dollars alone.Edit:I went to another mechanic to get the rotors and breaks replaced and he told me that the rotors were fine but because jiffy lube did the inspection I still had to replace them. After replacing them and going back to jiffy lube to get my inspection sticker I asked the mechanic what the break mesurment meant on the paper I was given durring my first visit. He told me the breaks were measured using numbers 0 to 10 and any number below 5 should be replaced and below 3 fails. My original report before replacing my break pads had my front and rear pads listed at an 8. I am very curious how "worn out break pads damaged my rotor" in the time since my list inspection since my breaks were not worn out and I had not replaced my break pads in the last year. I am now 100% sure I was scammed. DON'T GO HERE.Service: Oil change

The manager at this Jiffy Lube went above and beyond to make things right. The first go round with the brakes must of had defective rotors. We took the car back did a test drive and they did the work again with new parts. They also fixed a few other things and everything is good.Services: Electrical, Brakes, Oil changeServices: Electrical, Brakes, Oil change

New review as of February 2022. This place sucks! I felt like a Mother watching over young children, they were on their cell s, took 40 minutes, they tried putting wiper blades on that extended off my windshield, they left my oil top off and driving away my hood was unlatched ! Never again
