Walked in for a tire quote last week and their Lead tech /Service writer told me about a big sale that starts the next day. The quote was almost $300 cheaper for Goodyears with an 80k rating while Mavis & Jack Williams were offering store brand tires. Only waited a little over an hour. Also found out they do oil changes so I'll be returning for that as well. Best thing is the shop is clean and you can actually see which brand oil is being poured into your engine. So far, nothing bad to say at all. By the way, I've worked at several tire shops myself years ago. I did purchase the warranty/rotation package just hope that goes well also.

My husband took my SUV there today for an oil change. The guy that did our oil change was great. He was knowledgeable, he worked in a timely manner, very professional, and friendly, he even laughed at my husband's jokes. Very happy with his work. Definitely worth 5 stars

I ve come to Walmart auto center a few times for tire changes. I usually have a good experience and understand the shortage of techs back there, so wait time doesn t bother me. But this last change I got, the TPMS light went on and will not go off. From my research and knowledge, I m pretty sure the sensor was busted during a tire change and after calling they didn t seem to want to fix it. Otherwise I always have a good experience at Walmart auto center.

Auto center associate don t really greet you until you do it yourself Walmart needs coach their associates on how to talk to their customers also I was asked if I had an appointment for my vehicle service. I ve been to this Walmart multiple times and I asked if I can make an appointment in the past and they have informed me they don t do appointments only walk ins, also associate refused to install 2 tires to my vehicle due to they were to busy and it was going to take to long and the only reason why I was able to get the service it was because I approached the person for the service and they didn t care about approaching me very disappointing. Also after my service was done my tire pressure alert was still on, I went back and they said it will disappear on its own and it still hasn t, in the past Walmart takes care of resetting those alerts in the vehicles can tell the person didn t want to work in the car at all poor customer service.

I don t expect much, however, they still disappoint me. I purchased tires from them and purchased a lifetime rotation package. This morning on my day off I got up early to get my tires rotated. Normally i get them rotated at 5000 miles. The person who looks like Elvis with the sideburns said synthetic oil changes are at least 7000 miles. I said I m not getting my oil changed just the tires rotated. He said well, I ll have to charge you for the rotation because it s not 7000 miles. I left disgusted and drove 25 minutes away to the Lebanon Walmart and got my tires rotated with no issues using the package I bought previously. I don t understand why it was such a hassle for this guy. Does he not understand the difference between tire rotations and oil changes? Seriously, I wonder. Thanks for wasting my time. I ll be back to make a formal complaint.

We came here two days in a row just to be told to leave the first time they close at 4 and it was only 2pm when we got here, we came today which is the day after we got here at 11am the door had a sign that said they would be opened at 1pm they removed the sign around 12:45 we were first in line and they never opened the garage door my husband went in to ask about waiting times twice and the first was told they would get our car right away and then made us wait over 40 minutes my husband had to go again and was told the wait time was over an hour we got here at 11 am we just left at 2 pm. I have come here plenty of times before and this is the first time this happens this is unacceptable will be following up with management.

Staff was very friendly knowledgeable and corrected three problems did not know about with the tire gauge lug nut and the correct tire size Family Tire put the wrong size tires on my truck

Had multiple issues here. I called to get two tires put on. They told me that's fine. I come in and they tell me they wouldn't put the tires on. Then another issue we're they told me my lug nuts where stripped and that they could not take my tire off. I literally walked back to the shop and took them off myself and said there you go there not stripped. These guys no absolutely nothing about vehicles. Your better off taking your vehicle to your sisters to get fixed.......

Inexperienced and unknowledgeable technicians who dont know their products and have zero customer service skills. They do not honor their own warranties and I have had to have their work corrected elsewhere. On top of this, they are IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with, their hours online are wrong, and they never answer their phone. There are so many other mechanics in the area that have better service, skills, and professional ethics.Services: Tires, Auto tire replacement

I was there at approximately 10:30 and they were busy at that time, so I made an appointment for 1 PM to have 4 tires mounted on some new wheels. We went out to eat and came back at 1 PM, Only to find out that they had just gone to lunch and we would have to wait an hour for them to get back. You would think that after delaying me for one hour when I had an appointment, they might have at least said something about it and possibly jumped right on the job. Neither one of these things happened. They stood around and talked for approximately 20 minutes in in the garage area before talking to me at all. There were 3 gentlemen in the garage and as 1 person did all the work, the other 2 stood there and talked to him. It took approximately 1 1/2 hours once he started until he was finished.The work performed was satisfactory, I was just pretty upset the way everything happened and losing most of my day.

Got a fantastic deal on my tires.Guys did a great job mounting the tires. Correct torque, balancing etc. Tires were ready and appointment time was right on. Out the door in less than an hour. Manager was heads up checking all details making sure everything was correct. .Service: TiresService: Tires

Very unprofessional. I called before going. It was near closing time which is 4pm but I was told they could get me in for a tire repair. I got there at around 3:40pm, the door was already locked. I work retail, so I know that it sucks when someone walks in last minute, which is why I called first. They also shouldn't have the doors locked at 3:40 when they also have signs saying closed at 4pm. There were still employees inside, one yelled saying "we're closed, go home!". Apparently that was funny to the other guys because they all laughed. Very rude and unprofessional.

I was there to get a new tire to replace one that had a slow leak, and had made the appt the week before. When I got there myself as well as another customer were not in the garage's system for the appointments. So the tech was kind of short tempered and grumpy at first. I felt bad for him as well as the customers. It wasn't his fault! I waited longer to get one tire done and someone that got four was done ahead of me. Didn't really make sense. The tire was a great price and I was glad to get it done.

Completely unprofessional. I m not sure why a guy is sitting in the office cause he apparently can t help you but can sit and look at a picture of what looked to be female coworkers. I got there before 3:30 to try to get an oil change and the first words out the guys mouth is we close at 4. I m a nurse in Hershey and I work a lot. So 3:30 is the best I can do those days that I work until 3. There was 4 cars and two of them had been being worked on already. I just needed an oil change.Service: Oil change

The initial service wasn't bad on Monday, but here on Friday one of my tires won't hold air. I got the road hazard on them, but to check and fix it they told me it would be 5-6 hours. It only took 1 hour to install the four new ones. I think this is a way to try to get out of fixing tires.

If you need to get a oil change this is the place to go in Palmyra, Pa. The lead tech ( Jake ) is absolutely the man for the job. He stays late when needed and treats you like a valuable person ... He's the only one I'll let touch my vehicles ... Walmart is very lucky to have him !

Went there March 2nd it was 2:30 closing sign said 4pm. Guy pulled van ahead of me in closed garage. I thought it was weird. I got out with my friend and our two toddlers walked in. I stood there waiting to be talked to. Well my daughter turned the light off and I apologized and took the time then to ask who to talk to about an oil change. He let me know this is the last vehicle I m doing. So I call what I thought was another store but it was this store and he said oh that s awful and my friend said that s the palmyra one. I asked the guy is this the palmyra one. He s says yes it is . I laughed and said this is the store this literally just happened at.he told me to come back he d personally do it. Since the other guy refused too. Well 2 weeks later and I m having my breaks changed they didn t check my fluids at all and they didn t fill my oil up all the way NEVER AGAIN.Service: Oil change

Took my car in today because my maintenance required light came on indicating I need an oil change. My tire pressure light was also on so I expected they would notice and give me a quick fill up on air. No such luck. The receipt indicated that they had checked all 4 tire pressures and that all 4 were exactly 32. There is no way that was the case. I got back in my car, my tire pressure light is still lit as well as my maintenance required light. Cool. I gave them two stars because they changed the oil (theoretically...did they actually do that part?) in a relatively short amount of time. Probably because they literally checked nothing else they were supposed to check.

I went on because u had a nail in my tire. The guys were able to patch it up and even put it back on the car for me. Super friendly and it was busy when I was there. They said they often get people lining up before they open as they are first come, first serve. So keep that in mind if you go.

My order wasn't ready for pickup (or in stock) even though I got the email, which meant I drove over there for no reason (my car wasn't in good shape to begin with). Not the employee's fault though, they were nice and tried to help the best they could. I'm sure the other services are great but I'm rating based on my personal experience. Hope that helps.

Worst customer service ever. Arrived at 11:50 AM wanted a new battery and installation. Was told that lunch was 12:30 to 1:30 . So no one would help me. Waited 9p minutes until lunch was over and they were too busy to wait on me. Sad!!! Went to Pep Boys and had new battery purchased and installed in 30 minutes. Be warned!! Stay away from this place!

Literally has the most rude and obnoxious employee. He told us to wait inside, locked the door, so we couldn t go back outside to get him, and made us wait an hour. He then proceeded to come back inside and goes do you need help? Like what the hell do you think? During this entire time, we looked at him through the window multiple times and knocked on the door to let us out. Nothing. He was busy chit chatting with some of his friends outside. He then proceeded to help the other customer behind us. Didn t even wait for us to explain what we needed to get done and just left. It s understandable that people can have bad days, but this was just plain rude.

Was told only one technician was available and he would be seeing me soon. Waited and kept asking when as I saw more technicians arrive. I was told to still wait. After two hours of waiting, they couldn't help nor apologize for keeping me waiting

The mechanic lied and said that my lug nuts on my car were "swollen" because his equipment would fit around the to remove them. And he would be able to change my tires for me. i straight away went to Sam's Club Auto Center and got my tires done quickly and on the spot. I was also told that there is no such thing as swollen lug nuts. I wonder if he was just being lazy or was it because of my race. I don't know. Just Sayin'.

Worst Walmart ever! I went to get a new tire around 2 pm and they said they didn t have staff to help me at that time and that I have to come back the next day and I came all the way from Harrisburg for nothing plus I had to wait 20min for someone to help me out after that I started to walk around to see if I could find a staff member so they can tell me that I had to come back tomorrow!, like really? Nobody can t come and get a tire for me like that was the only thing I needed it just buy a new tire and go home, what a waste of time!
