Absolute worst! Just needed a quick oil change so my daughter could travel with her car. Brought it in at 11:15 and they said they would take it right in which they did. An hour and 20 minutes later I went to check on it and all the tires were off and they tried to sell me stuff. I never asked them to check my tires. I only asked for an oil change. They told me it would be done in 15 minutes. 45 minutes later it still wasn t done. I left and walked home. A total of 2 1/2 hours for a 10 minute oil change. Do not waste your time! I know better than to ever bring my car to a dealership for any kind of work, but I gave in anyway. Don t do it!

Best experience I have ever had getting an oil change. Super friendly, happy, and knowledgeable staff. This is something you never see any more. Quick and got the job done. No short cuts from thr customer perspective. Very pleasant to deal with.

My other daughter bought a small Ford SUV.The sales team were very helpful in listening to what they were looking for, and choices. Thumbs up to the General Manager, he was very considerate and understanding. I give the Dealership a six out of five stars.

We had PA state inspection performed on our RV. Brakes needed replaced. Clearance light was repaired at no cost. All work was completed satisfactorily. Helpful and friendly staff . . . We were very happy with our visit.

I worked with Mark and Jose throughout the process. Mark and I negotiated a price over the phone and it was exactly the same when I got there. Unlike other dealerships who have hidden fees the number didn t change at all. When they found out the floor mats were missing they reduced the price so I could purchase new ones. To top it off, since I wasn t trading a vehicle in, they drove the SUV the hour and a half to our house free of charge. I can t say enough how impressed I was with their service and care. By far the best used car buying experience I ve had.

No handicap parking available! I also think that the parking outside Quick Lane should be for Quick Lane customers only. All parking places were filled by cars that appear to be there for service. Had been there overnight.Should be a bench outside the door so handicapped people can sit while lining up before business opens! I was there this morning at 6:15 to be first in but had to wait in car because the was no place to sit.Finally, after checking in, vehicles of people who checked in after me went into the shop before mine and they were all having the same service went into the bays before my vehicle! Not real happy about that.I like the Ford service but there has to be a better way to control customer flow before hours. Was there 2 hours and I was the second person in the door. Not so "Quick"

The manager Derrick Sistrunk begrudgingly took me in on a walk in oil change and tire rotation. Then would not verbally interact or look me in the eye when dealing with me. Said that he saw no problem that could be causing a noise under my car and now I have a part hanging from my car after driving it more. I tried emailing him to have it looked at again and he has repeatedly ignored my communication.

Just like the name..."Quick"!! I love Maguire's Ford! Every person I have dealt w/ treated me like family. I drive 13 miles out of my way to come here. Highly recommended!

Great small town dealership with a friendly and helpful staff wether you are buying a car or stopping in for service. The Quick Lane can get busy so show up early.

I like the concept, but this is the 2nd time I've waited 3+hours. That's not quick. It wasn't even busy today, according to the service attendant. I've tried weekdays and Saturdays. Maybe offer a loaner car or transportation to the outlets or something similar.

Quick service. A bit expensive for an oil change but that was expected when I took it to a dealer. Personable staff.

Keep trying to do unnecessary work. Replace break pads early and replace rotors with new pads ( said it was standard practice)

Refused to exchange part under warranty, I went to Ford in Manheim and they said it was defective part indeed and so they exchanged it.
