The reservation process was smooth! Everyone I spoke to so far at Load & Lock is knowledgeable about the units, the pricing, the move-in process & especially about the availability of the current rentals. I thank Morgan for all of her helpful information & a special shout out to Ron for his efforts to help me get into a LARGE storage unit I am sure to love!

I have a pretty long history working with the wonderful people at load and Lock self storage. At times I have tested their patience to say the least, and still they remain professional. The manager at the walnutport location (Ron) has a very high standard for customer service, which he passes to his associates. This is the first storage facility that I have worked with that understands how much a person's belongings can mean to them and they make every effort to make sure they don't lose them. I will always come back here for my storage needs, and I can't thank them enough!

Ron was very accommodating. The reservation process was very easy. We chose Palmerton for the location. The unit is clean and we love the security!

The employees were very nice and helpful!!! I feel very secure w my things being in a gated storage area and the facility i chose is just down the road from my home.

The staff at the Walnutport/Palmerton location were very helpful and responsive to questions and concerns that came up during my move. The interaction with the staff was very positive and professional and a genuine willingness to help.

Good prices, open 24/7, key code entry. The woman I originally spoke with literally kept me up to date the second a unit was available, more than once. Definitely dedicated to helping the customer.

This storage facility is great. I have used the Walnutport location previously and I am currently using one in Palmerton. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for storage space.

Walnutport is under construction. There are some storage units there but vehicle and RV storage is in Palmerton. Make sure to be specific where to go, especially if you are planning a Sunday checkin when the office is closed.Otherwise, the staff are very helpful and the storage space is adequate.

Avoid this place there storage units don't close and mice and spiders get in. Also water that make ur stuff mold. Also charge u late fees when they can send u a text to inform u rent due before late fee. AVOID the storage units

Stay away. They only want to raise the rent. We had the smallest room for 50 usd per month then lock and load bought the place and raised the rent to 102 per month. Moved my stuff out asap.
