Old fashioned customer service at it's best. All my experiences have been great. They take the time to answer all your questions and to assure you have the right part and the right tools for the job. The prices are very competitive. It is clean, organized and like I said, EVERYONE is friendly and genuinely wants to help you.

Only open until five o'clock Monday through Friday and only open until twelve on Saturday not open sundaysStaff is awesome and know there stuff store is clean and stocked well . In that I give them a five star ratingBut for a small business owner like me who basically fixes the business and personal vehicles works long hours traveling long distances they should be open until at least eight oclock

Its a good parts store. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly . shelves are nicely stocked and easy to find whatever your looking for. Reasonable prices too.i built my 84 z/28 with parts bought mostly thru this store. If it's out there they can find it or tell you where. I recommend this store highly.

Truly surprising experience from otherwise good experiences. I bought a serpentine belt for my brother's car. He and I installed (we've had a good deal of experience doing same). After more than 1000 miles of driving, the belt shredded leaving him and his wife stranded on I 95. He was towed to a shop and paid for replacement. He mailed shredded belt to me, but Carquest refused to return the $20 paid. As most can understand, this review isn't about $20, but a caution about the businesses response to a clearly defective part. I'm going to be cautious in the future, particularly when purchasing more expensive auto parts.

I walk into the store at 8:40am and looked right at the 2 guys behind the counter and say good morning with a smile, as I approach them. They look right at me and don t even acknowledge me. Wow! Really??? Customer service at its worst. I will never walk in there again.

Attentive to what's needed to get your repairs done. If they don't have the parts in stock, they guide you you to where you can pick-up right away, or they will have parts ordered for the following day.

Great local auto parts store but they also have a full auto body supply store in the back. They are a PPG platinum distributor.

Best prices compared to larger chain stores in lehighton/palmerton. Definetly call here 1st for rates on most parts!!
