The team at Premier did an amazing job on my Jeep, after not 1 but 2 deer damages in one month, they were able to get it fixed in the estimated time and it looks brand new and even cleaned inside and smelled like brand new.Before and After photosService: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

This shop was by far the best body shop ive ever dealt with. They communicated with me as they did repairs. I had hit a deer in the front left and these guys made my car look like it just rolled off the lot in 2013 back when it was new. Fantastic work. Got rear ended, it's like new again! They even cleaned the inside of my car and waxes the car! I walked up and was blown away, weeks later the car still looks good!

They were awesome from beginning. They worked directly with my insurance claim, they did estimate, scheduled repairs. Kept word on date. Completed in time frame They gave with updates everyday. The topper of the cake. They replaced damage to rear of my vehicle, but returned my vehicle completely detailed, inside out. Brought a tear of joy to my eye. This company definitely is worth more than 5 stars. The employees were awesome as well! If I ever need body work again... this is where I will come. Thank you premier select collisions !! It was not much damage but I wanted it fixed right. The shop is very clean and they have a high quality spray booth. Scott was very perfessional, and so were the results. Thank you

I had to have my vehicle repaired due to a run in with a deer on the front of it causing pretty severe damages. Due to supply chain and manpower issues it took them a while to be able to take care of the vehicle but the result was worth waiting.The staff was very receptive to my concerns and my situation and went above and beyond in trying to limit the hardships placed on me while servicing my car, they communicated clearly with me during the process and went above and beyond to try to get it repaired in a timely manner once they did take the car. Even with additional unexpected problems that arose they still managed to repair the vehicle to a condition which in my opinion looks better than when I purchased it from the dealer.When I picked my vehicle up everything was flush and fitted properly and the paint blended perfectly, there is no visible reminders that it was even damaged. They even cleaned the car to make it showroom quality for pick up. Several people have commented on the quality of detailing that was put into it more than when I originally purchased it from the dealer.I am extremely satisfied with their professionalism, quality of work, and the feeling that as a customer my concerns mattered. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has collision damage and needs to have it repaired, you won't be disappointed in the result.I do feel the Saint Bernard that works there deserves a raise though, she was working far too hard to make the customers feel welcomed. Really impressed not just with the work, but the level of service provided was top notch. I was driving my elderly parents car while my father was in the hospital for 8 days, so that my mother could visit him (she had just had back surgery and couldn't drive). While doing this, I had a stupid accident in a parking garage - car + barrier = front fender disaster. To complicate matters even more, I live in MD and wouldn't be in PA to help get the vehicle to the shop for the repairs. Not to worry, the shop offered to pick up the vehicle for no extra charge! Then, the vehicle was ready 2 days earlier than estimated, and they returned the vehicle to my parent's home. They were super easy to work with, very accommodating with the challenging situation with my parents not being able to drive during this time and me being in a different state. We're so very grateful they made this difficult situation easier for us all.Service: Body & Trim

Very friendly people. I haven't taken my mother in laws car yet but from my own experience many years ago they do excellent work. I have no complaints whatsoever.

I have used them twice for insurance claim repairs and they have provided exceptional service. Staff is very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Premiere Select Collision took care of my Jeep damage from having a run in with a guardrail due to me swerving trying to avoid a fox running across the road. Joan contacted me in a timely manner and Tim took care of the repair work and kept me up to speed from start to finish. Overall, I am very pleased with the service and happy I used Premiere Select. I have been in a few car accidents and every single time i know where to take my vehicle. It has varied from minimal to major car repairs. Premier Select Collision has always repaired my car in a timely fashion. Their staff is very helpful and professional. Their work is amazing. They make the entire process stress free. Rear damage repair resulting from an accident. Pleasure to deal with. Repair was imperceptible upon completion. The truck was cleaner than when I brought it in, even the windows. I was referred to Premier after an incident involving a deer. Although they were unable to get my vehicle in right away (extremely busy and supply chain issues getting parts) they were the only shop willing to help me with my driver side door (wouldn t open properly due to the damage) until they could get it in for repairs. All staff was friendly, even their helper, an adorable Saint Bernard. They updated me phone calls and text along the way. My car was done promptly and was clean and shiny like new when the work was completed. I would highly recommend this shop for all your body work needs.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had a fender bender and needed to find a place to send my Lexus to get fixed. I picked premier select collision and that day was able to go and get a quote and a scheduled appointment to drop my car off. When I dropped my car off they had it for the four days they said they would and the work they Did was flawless and seamless. The paint match and body work they did you can t even tell I got hit on my rear right quarter panel. On top of that they detailed my car front and back and even detailed the inside including all my upholstery and leather. Not to mention they filled my window washing fluid and didn t have to. 10/10 Would recommend to anyone to go here if they want the work done right and on time Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Excellent quality work. My car looks great. They warned me about back orders due to supply chain issues and kept me up to date with my vehicles progress. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

A deer slammed into my car on my way home from work. I was able to get the car into the garage that morning, and they moved quick to get my estimate and once they received the ok from insurance they started working on the car. I received calls for updates on the process, and they even got it done one day sooner than expected. They did excellent work!!! The paint job is a perfect match! Glass and fur was all throughout the car when I took it in. They got it all out and detailed the inside and outside of my car!! I took my car to Premier Select after I was rear-ended. I was devastated when my car was damaged and was concerned that it wouldn't drive the same even after it was repaired. Being my first time dealing with a matter like this I was nervous and unsure of what to expect. Everyone at Premier Select put my mind at ease. Scott who was my primary point of contact throughout the duration of my cars repair was absolutely wonderful. He was personable, friendly, and kind. He addressed every concern I had with ample knowledge and made sure to walk me through the whole process of how they intended to repair my car. They took care of all the insurance matters beyond me making an appointment. Every time there was a new update on the car Scott would personally call me and make sure I was aware. After a month in the shop (due to being labor intensive, time consuming repair, and special ordering parts) I finally got my car back yesterday and I could not be happier. It was absolutely beautiful and looks better than new. They even detailed the inside of my car! It drives beautifully and runs the same as the day I bought it. I would highly recommend Premier Select for any collision repairs, their work is second to none. In any case that I would need to have a collision repair done, I will be sure to use Premier Select again. A huge thank you to everyone at Premier Select!

My truck was hit by a deer and it messed up the drivers door and the passengers door on the same side. Stopped at shop and made arrangements to be repaired. We dropped off truck Sunday evening and picked it up Friday afternoon. They replaced both doors, matched paint for rest of vehicle, painted my tires, replaced new doors with parts of original doors so the inside looked original. They even used my windows from the original doors so I still had my memorial decals on my window. Polished and cleaned outside and inside of truck. When I picked up my truck I was amazed how good it turned out and it looked and smelled like a brand new vehicle! They did an absolute awesome job, I would gladly take any of my vehicles there for repair!The service was great, the employees were very informative as to what they were going to do and helped us when we needed it most.

Premier Select Collision was referred to me when I needed damage repaired from a minor car accident. They replaced my bumper in a timely manner, vacuumed my car (which is great when you have sticky finger crumbs constantly in the backseat), and even installed my new visor. The office is clean, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. 10/10 would recommend Premier Select Collision!

I just got my car repaired here today and I could no be more satisfied with the service I received. Their prices are fair, the staff is extremely polite, friendly and helpful, and not only that but the quality of work is top notch. I got my car back quickly, and they also went out of their way to wash and detail my vehicle inside and outside before giving it back to me.I am extremely pleased. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would and I would recommend them to anyone.

Very happy with the work performed. Very dissatisfied with the time it took to perform it-10 weeks) as we had a lease that was due to expire and the repair shop kept delaying completion supposedly due to the delay in obtaining parts.I believe if they had gone to Hyundai to obtain them in the first place the parts would have arrived sooner. This created stress on us as Hyundai contacted us telling us to return the car immediately to avoid penalties.

The staff of this Body shop was very accommodating and professional. Everyone from the shop manager to the receptionist made us feel like we were taken care of and there were no worries at all . My vehicle was spotless and the repair was very professionally done. One of the best auto experiences i have had in years.

Unfortunately for my car this is my second visit to Premier. I would highly recommend this auto body shop. Not only did they do an Excellent job fixing my issues but on top of that they cleaned and detailed my vehicle!!! How wonderful is it to jump back into your vehicle that looks and smells brand new!!!! Very highly recommended!!!!! Thank you to their awesome staff for taking very good care of me and my vehicle!!!

Perfection from start to finish. Scott was attentive, knowledgeable, professional and kind. They did an amazing job on the body work for our damaged vehicle and we got it back cleaned and smelling fresh on the inside, also. Above and beyond satisfied with the whole experience. Thank you, Scott! And apologies for not recalling her name but the woman at the reception desk was amazing also. If you have the option to choose Premier for your body work you absolutely should.

Just picked my my vehicle from Premier a few days ago. As usual I am very pleased with the quality of work done. This was actually the 4th time I have had a vehicle here. Not a number to "brag" about but if you want quality body work and friendly service this is where you need to be!
