I booked my appointment online which was super easy. When I went in the receptionist was super pleasant and got my keys back to the shop immediately. The waiting room was comfortable and had a stocked mini fridge as well as a little coffee bar. It smelled nice, not like a typical auto mechanics shop. They suggested tires but they were not pushy like other shops can be. They pulled my car right up to the door for me and there was a little note and treat in the cup holder. I will absolutely be back and recommend Oxford Automotive to friends and family!

Thank you Oxford Automotive for the wonderful experience!I ve taken my cars to many different auto shops but none have been as enjoyable & as fast as this place! I was greeted with a Hello & Good Morning by their wonderful receptionist Paula when I first got there. Then I sat and waited for my car which only took an hour and a half. After finishing, the wonderful mechanic (I am so sorry I can t remember his name) who did my oil change informed me but did not pressure me into the other some minor, some not so minor issues he found with my car while he did the safety check! I knew of the risks but not once was I pressured into having to buy all these car parts to fix my car. He shook my hand and came around with my car after he finished. Very nice guy!I would also like to say that this place is able to shuttle (local) clients home or back to work if they don t have anyone to pick them up! I have never been to a shop that has been able to do that for people! Very very sweet of them to do that for people!I could go on and on about my first experience here but for now I ll leave it at this book the appointment!Thank you again!

I previously gave the folks at Oxford Automotive a 5 star review for getting my a/c squared away, it was challenging. Since Google only allows one review, I am giving an updated one. Paula, Jordan, and their crew are wonderful! They never do work unless you authorize it! This matters as I have had unexpected billing at other establishments!Wonderful job getting my car ready for inspection ahead of time. I have no worries it will roll in and roll out just fine

This place is amazing! I recently moved to the area, and I am beyond thankful that I found this place! The people who work there are so genuinely kind and caring and will go to great lengths to help any of their of customers. They are also really knowledgeable about automobiles and thoughtfully explain all of the technical things in an easy to understand fashion. The pricing is really fair too. I highly recommend Oxford Automotive. You will not be disappointed.

I'm always treated well at Oxford Automotive. Their staff is friendly with a clean, comfortable waiting area including beverages and coffee/tea. The technicians always are thorough and inform me of any issues that they might observe. The oil change pricing is very acceptable and less than most auto repair centers. I would recommend Oxford Automotive...

I couldn't recommend these guys more! Paula and the team are amazing. I hit a pot hole and blew 2 tires and bent 2 rims. I was absolutely distraught and they were wonderful at calming my nerves and taking care of my car! I'm so thankful that I changed my mind last minute to be towed to Oxford Automotive! THANK YOU THANK YOU! Highly recommend!!!

I m so glad to have this place in Oxford. They are so welcoming!I was quickly scheduled and the group of repairs was completed a day early. They offer rides when you drop off your car - another gesture most appreciated. I m confident in this business!

Very happy , they are always helpful and professional. They always are fair with cost of service and offer great tires to choose from. They service all my vehicles and one of our older kids cars also . I recommend Oxford automotive to everyone .

Oxford Automotive was affordable for both of our vehicles for an oil change. They also gave both of our vehicles a detailed report of recommended maintenance. They also followed up to ensure our vehicles were fine. Their text reminders are great.

I always get great service at Oxford Automotive. They do their research before working on your car and provide helpful documentation when the work is completed. My concerns are always addressed and I always receive fair and honest service.

Oxford Automotive is the best mechanic near me in Oxford, PA. I trust them with all my vehicles for all types of repairs. Whether you need a state inspection, alignment, brake work, transmission service, or even just an oil change, they will do it better than anyone. The staff is incredibly respectful and honest. Oxford Automotive truly cares about their customers, and I couldn't recommend them more to anyone. Thank you!

The staff at Oxford Automotive were very courteous. They were able to service my car promptly and efficiently. The did an oil change and tire rotation. I will definitely return for future service!

When I called Oxford Automotive. Paula and Jordan are great to help customers with whatever issue your vehicle maybe having. I immediately mentioned I was looking for a second opinion from another garage I take my vehicle too. I mentioned that I would a loaner vehicle since would be the garage for a few days. When I dropped off my vehicle for service was immediately provided with a loaner vehicle. Oxford Automotive backs all parts in labor by 3 year or 36,000 mile warranty. I printed a coupon when I dropped off my vehicle the coupon was also honored. I will going here for all my service needs.

To use the term "awesome" is an understatement!!! Got my truck in on the day I scheduled the appointment, got it done a day early and did it all at a fair price!!! What more can you ask for? Hats off to a job well done.

Excellent work and service. They look out for the customer with a very comprehensive multi point inspection sent before any service started. They were thorough in their explanation. I have found my new care service shop. The cookies with the thank you card in the car was a nice touch. ,

Had a good experience with Oxford Automotive. Staff was kind and accommodating and we got one thing repaired. Unfortunately we could not get repaired the main issue and the reason we brought in the vehicle. Parts were missing and warranties intervened so we had to take it to the dealer. However, the dealer could not find the issue so now we are waiting for it to show itself again and we have not received a new emissions sticker since the dealer can t diagnosis the issue and repair it

I was lucky enough to get in fast because of a last minute cancelation. If you ever wonder why sometimes it can take a week to get an appointment, it's because they stay busy. The community loves and trusts Oxford Automotive because they are reliable, fair, offer more than other local businesses and are trustworthy, which is the biggest factor. A+

We have used Oxford Automotive multiple times and each time we come in they give the same great service. It doesn't matter if you are bringing the vehicle in for an oil change or suspension repairs you can rest assured they will complete the repairs quickly and correct without trying to upcharge.

Oxford Automotive is the place to go for all your car needs, from annual inspections to oil changes and maintenance. The staff are always helpful and courteous. Troy and his staff were able to get me back on the road quickly. My rim and tire were victims of a Pennsylvania pothole. They had my bent rim corrected and found a matching tire in less than 1 day. Also, office staff and garage mechanic were courteous and explained the repair.

From calling for an appointment to walking in the door, every person I interacted with was so nice and helpful.You get a thorough evaluation as part of your inspection and an itemized list. They explain what is critical to get done to what can wait.I ve been there twice and have very good experiences both times

After hitting alarge pothole and the radiator damaged,Oxford Automotive was more than accommodating in taking in my car for repairs. From towing to inspection of damage they were very thorough in their assessment of damages and gave me a worst case scenario. Although there was more damage than expected I was glad to know that all things were addressed. I would highly recommend this business. Thanks Oxford Automotive.
