Experience was great everyone was very friendly and served was great they did an amazing job on the exaust. piping and weld quality is perfect I definitely recommend will be coming back for future work

Have gone to them a few times, very reliable! I had a hard time finding a car repair place I could trust, that does a great job and I feel like I can trust to not gouge me, or take advantage of me not knowing what's going on with my car, and this is where I will go all the time if I have any car problems! They stay in contact through out every step of the process and even check up on you after you leave to make sure everything is in tip top shape.

They were super nice, but way to expensive repairs and were not worth the work. They didn't even repair the things that needed to be done. Still having issues with the car. One of the charges for example was close to $300 to clean headlights but they did not repair a light on in the car or other issues. I will never return there I am so disappointed because we are new to the area and needed a reliable mechanic. we will have to keep looking. I am now having issues and my car won't even turn over. what did they do!!! horrible work just horrible!!!!

Jennings was great handling my car inspection! I really appreciate the responsiveness and communication from this business, as my appointment had to be rescheduled due to a winter storm. They contacted me, and worked around my schedule to get me in another day. Will definitely use again!

I had an exhaust put on my car at the time of purchase and it was just a mess. Too say it had leaks would be seriously understating it. The folks at Jennings were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They put my car up on the lift showed me what they intended to do to fix my exhaust. When I went back to pick it up they had my car on the lift and let me see everything they did. The welds and workmanship was outstanding to see and really put me at ease esp with my first time at the shop. Jennings was actually referred to me by another shop who told me that s where I needed to take my exhaust issues and they would solve it. Also they discovered my car was running on 7 cylinders and fixed that as well. My car is running better than when I purchased it.So, I highly recommend the shop and the employees and owners are terrific. Also Millie the Yorkie is adorable and can keep you entertained while you wait for your service to be completed.Thank You so much, I was really in a jam and Jennings saved the day.Kind regards,Butch Dougherty

I came to them after being referred from meineke for having a problem they couldn't fix. They were very patient with me and my schedule issues, and got it done cheap, and did it right the first time. Would absolutely come again.

I was very happy how quickly everything was done. Also how they asked me before they made any other decisions about my car. After all this time it's nice to know they are right there conveniently in Oxford.

Jennings had inspected my truck, along with a small suspension lift and wheel balancing.They are wonderful people, very kind, respectful, and professional. They were up front with the cost and time it would take to complete the work. They have all of my auto work and I will highly recommend to family and friends . After a drive to Long Island, NY and Boston, MA. My truck handles very nice, and rides wonderfully!!

I always have my car inspected at Jennings. Even though there are many other auto mechanics near where I live, I prefer to travel the extra distance to go to Jennings. The mechanics are good, reliable, , and trustworthy guys. I highly recommend them!

Won't be back. $400 for 4 tires mount balance, alignment, tpms sensors. I brought all parts. Low income. Tires and sensors should have been around $120 max you charged $202. Alignment was $134. 1 shop over does best alignment I've ever had always for $60-$70. Tires $15 mount balance and $5 to toss old. That's $80 plus $20-$40 for sensors $100-$120. Not no $200+ for throwing 4 tires and 4 sensors on where tires already off. My god. Response to your response. No why would I give u my name. To call and say what? Hi I think you ripped me off.. o ok sorry bye. Like how's that going to go lol. I'm good just never going back if your going to charge twice the cost as other near by shops. Call old snoco on the corner and price what I have listed. ( 4 tires mount and balance, 4 tpms sensors while tires already off , an alignment. ). Have a nice day. Bye.

Jennings did a great job with helping us pick the right exhaust for the car and the sound that we wanted at a price that was reasonable. Had my corvette there for exhaust .Technician did fantastic work.Nice bends,fits tight and welds are great.Wasn't quite as loud as I was hoping for.But they had no problem bringing it back in to swap out mufflers with louder ones .Sounds Great now !Would definitely recommend service here !Very Friendly staff and knowledgeable!I will be back.

Jennings did a wonderful job with the new headers, exhaust, and carburetor for our 1970 Mustang! The level of care and quality of workmanship is unmatched. Duane was a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. He even sourced some new tips for us to match the back end perfectly. 8 months ago, i had work done there and left 5 star review. This time was the complete opposite. I dont want to spend 10 minutes bashing there company ect. But the ONLY reason they are even getting 1 star is because the office personnel were nice in person and on the phone. Wont be back.

It was very pleasant dealing with Jennings Auto. Everyone there was very nice. They told us when to drop the car off, exactly how many days it would take to get the job done, and we were able to pick the car back up in only two days. There was extensive work that needed to be done. They gave us a call right away with the quote. I was very happy with them in every way. They fixed everything that was wrong and were courteous about calling. Multiple shops near me and in oxford, how ever in my opinion every single time my truck comes in for service its perfect. Just hit 100k miles had coolant flush & oil change along with brakes & rotors. Love that they sent pictures of what s happening to your vehicle before hand.
