EDIT 2: I am now deleting the original review as it does not reflect how I feel about this dealership or any of their employees AT ALL. once they make their sale and you give them a good survey through GM, you no longer matter. I will have my registration this week or next and I will be glad to (hopefully) never have to contact or see them again. The car has had nothing but issues, I shouldn't be in and out of the shop with a brand new 2024 car. When I tried to contact them about some of the issues, I was ghosted by everyone. Do not purchase from them! There are plenty of dealerships around. The "sales rep" KJ didn't even know how to do any of the paperwork and was laughing about having other employees do the work for him, not a good look.EDIT: Original review is below but I need to add this edit. I'm changing my review from 5 to 2 stars. Less than a month after my purchase the car started having issues with the active noise cancelation and the infotainment system (specifically when connecting Android auto) although these issues are very common in the new trax models, the dealer has no idea about any of it. Getting the active noise cancelation disabled wasn't too bad, however the service department did not know what it was or how to disable it so they had to do research (all fine, it happens I guess) but when I showed up for the appointment I had over the phone I was told I was not in the system. I live over an hour away and communicated this to them upon making the appointment over the phone, so this was not some minor issue. Fact forward a few weeks later, the issues with the infotainment system are now happening consistently multiple times a day. I try contacting the sales manager, my sales rep, and the internet department and I get no reply whatsoever. Not a call back, not a text, not an email, nothing. I wound up just calling the service department to see what they could do about it and the employee I spoke to refused to hear the issues I was having. He stated I would need to come up there for them to look at it before anything, that they wouldn't even know if it was covered under my warranty until they look at it. I tried asking if he would like to hear what the issue is first since I'm an hour away from them and he reiterated (rudely) that no matter what I need to come in to have it looked at. I then asked if I can just go do warranty service at a different dealership. Very very unpleasant experience and put a sour taste in my mouth that I couldn't get any communication from the sales team or management after JUST having purchased a brand new car a month ago. It's like they got their sale and now I do not matter. Also very unpleasant to be given attitude over the phone by the service department when I was simply asking a question. I will not be returning to this dealership for service, and I will not be returning at all unless it is out of my control. I do not feel how I did in the below review after freshly purchasing the vehicle, so please take the below review with a grain of salt.

Overall the experience was good. I was disappointed that I walked out of the dealership at 5:00 pm on a Friday and at 6 pm I received an email for $500 off any vehicle purchase, and sadly my salesman didn t know about it so it wasn t offered to me. I mentioned it to the salesman and his reply was oh I wished they let me know about promotions and that s where it ended.I bought a used car that needed to come back for a used car inspection and that worked out well, after that was done, the break light on the dash, came on and working with the service department on the repair was painless and handled promptly.

I have purchased 4 vehicles from them, Eddy is a great sales person. The service dept. is second to none, fast knowledgeable, and very nice. Over all everyone I have had contact with was very responsive, kind and helpful. I recommend them highly.

Drove up from Baltimore, Md to pick up some acessories ( Full coverage Rubber Mats) for my 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe. Samuel (Sammy) pulled my order and even came out and help me install them. What a Fantastic Young man, didn't ask him, but part of the great service at this Dealership. They fit great and look good. OnStar gave me a 15% discount on these, could have had them ship by FedEx, but chose to drive up and pick them up.

I purchased a tonneau cover when I bought my certified used truck. I paid more than I could have bought it for online and was willing to pay to have it installed even though I did the one on my last truck myself and it was perfect. The dealership was extremely low on inventory at the time and I wanted to help them out that extra little bit. The weather stripping on the tonneau cover does not fit correctly. Eventually the sun will cause it to split. I have complained about this 3 times. The last time I was in for a routine service I mentioned it for the 3rd time and I was treated as though I am a problem customer. No calll back from the service manager as promised ( 2nd time for that also). I wasn t even provided with manufacturers information to take care of it myself. The pic is what the seal looks like after driving from the dealership to my house which is 15 minutes. Between me and my immediate family we bout 5 cars there in 2 years. . Unfortunately the service department is the worst! I am sure another Chevy dealership would be glad to have the direct business as well as the referral business I have sent there. I won t be returning one mistake is just that, a mistake. 3 times I get the message and I ll move on!

My only complaint is I was two yrs waiting for the part for my heated seats, had I not called GM to ask why I wouldn t have known the parts had been available for quite some time.I asked why wasn t I notified, answer was I should have called are you kidding me, I supposed to call weekly, but when it was time for my car to be serviced I m notified, just good business practice!

I wish google would allow 0 stars because that's the rating that the service department deserves. I took my van in for inspection, emissions and to have new tires installed. I was told after I dropped off my van that they couldn't do the emissions test because they didn't have the right equipment. Ok, fine. I told them to go ahead and do the inspection and tires. 8 hours later, the van is finally ready for pickup.I was told that once I have the emissions test done, they can just slap the inspection sticker on- should only take a minute. So today, I go back to get the inspection sticker put on only to find out that the inspection was never done. 8 hours to mount, balance and install 4 tires?This place is a joke! Shame on me for going here, but shame on them for having incompetent people (one person in particular) working for them. I wouldn't send my worst enemy there. Not to worry, the store manager is going hear all about this on Monday.

I had an appointment scheduled at 10 am to get my oil/filter change and tire rotation. I checked in at 9:55 am, I waited 2 hours and walked to the service desk asking if there was something wrong and why a service that should not take more than 30 minutes was taken 2 hours. They apologized, I was told that they were bringing my car around and they offered me a free emission. I went back to the waiting room and waited 20 more minutes. I was very disappointed. Even though they offered me a free emission, I feel that a customer should never have to wait over 2 hours just for an oil change appointment, that's very disrespectful and careless.

After visiting other dealerships in the area, we finally found a deal we liked on a brand new Chevy Trailblazer. Once we agreed on the pricing, the salesperson held the vehicle for us until we could arrive and begin the financing process. The vehicle is beautiful and was $1000s less than comparable vehicles at the other local dealers.

Every time I come for an oil change minimum 2 hours and sometimes 3 hours- I'm finding a new place because this place is ridiculous - Someone should do an evaluation of the service department here as clearly there are many unsatisfied customers

i will not be coming back. i m sure i mnot the only one that feels this way. 6 hours for an oil change, they left screws in my seat that go to my dash, which they took part without asking. very very disappointed in the service department.

Likely the best car buying experience of my life. I have been leasing/buying cars for the better part of 20 yrs. I m from DE and I was just sick of walking into a dealership and thinking I was a target. I never once felt that way at Jeff D. in Oxford. Low pressure, nice salesperson (Mike), great communication. Never once did I feel I was being duped or tricked like I feel most car buyers feel after they leave. Thank you Oxford Chevy as I call it!

My experience is PA is limited due to the fact that I am new to living in the Eastern USA. I came here from Colorado where I had the same dealer/salesman for 30+ years. I actually bought several vehicles by phone, a van, a new car, and a new pickup. I realize I will never have that back, I am going to be:83 on 4/7. Your dealership is , most likely my last. However, David C. is a very good salesman And it's not over ,til it's over and it's not over yet. Just had my Equinox serviced and am very happy with the staff/service I received. Noise that I heard when I picked up the car was taken care of quickly with no additional charge. Have several bought used cars/vans over the last 25 years and have never been disappointed. Your service department always comes through! Thank you for helping me to soon retire with a dependable car. Not having a car payment now is a blessing.

Took my vehicle their PA inspection and emissions and an oil change. They charged $90 for an oil change and tried to charge me $450 for front brake pads. I refused the brakes pads and questioned the oil change price and was told your car is a Toyota so that is the way it is!!! Will never go back!!! I can get the same oil and filter from Walmart and do it myself for less than $40. Price gouging at its finest!!!!!!!!

First off they completely changed the Chevy points so they are impossible to get. Second they wanted me to pay 150 bucks to clean something they just cleaned less than a year ago and then wouldn t give me an explanation as to why. I had just put a new air filter in my car and the guy told me that if I can change my own air filter then I should be able to clean the throttle body. So I did just that and saved myself some money. I also had it in there to get the oil changed and at the point they told me about the throttle body they still didn t have the oil even started. It was a big waste of my vacation time I had to use to leave work since they couldn t look at the check engine light on a Saturday.

I had scheduled my service online for a date and time. I was called and told that they couldn't do it at that time and wanted to know if I could drop it off and leave it. This is my only vehicle and couldn't leave it due to a Dr. appointment. They told me to drop it off after my appointment and they would take me home and pick me up when it was done. I stopped to drop it off when my appointment was done. While waiting for the ride home, they took my truck back and started on it. End result, my truck was serviced and I waited on it. Great people to help you out and make your life easier. Thank you!

Good place for service. Update: Always happy with the service and the service reps.Good service at a decent price. Take both of my Chevys there a couple times a year. Oil changes, front end alignments, inspections, and received great service. My preferred dealer. Just bought some parts and a battery at fair prices. Getting a front end alignment on my truckThey always do a good job.

I had a very bad experience on 01/19/2022 with the service department here concerning the PA state inspection on my 2016 Ford F-150 pickup. I was in an adjoining waiting area when an employee entered and told me VERBALLY ONLY that my truck failed inspection due to a malfunctioning driver side windshield wiper AND that my rear brake pads had only 2/32 pad left and I needed 3/32 to pass. I was quoted a price of over $300 for the job and I declined the offer and the truck was failed. I installed rear brake pads on the vehicle the same day and also a new wiper blade. The removed pads were way over 2/32" and in no way should have failed. On 01/20/22, I returned for a re-inspection (old pads in hand) and I was told that the technician who supposedly measured them the day before was not available since he was working in the back. The person who did try to measure the pads was totally inexperienced and really did not know how to measure them. I was told by him that it was a "miscommunication" and that I was not failed for the brakes, but it was just "suggested" that I might want them. LIE, LIE, LIE. I get the distinct feeling that the technicians are leaned on to sell products and services and that they roll out the PARTS CANNON and aim it toward unsuspecting consumers. Shame on you Jeff D'Ambrosio and shame on the PA licensed technician to submit to the pressure put on him from above. PLEASE, BUYER BEWARE before you do any business with this organization.

The service team at Jeffrey D'Ambrosio Chevrolet in Oxford, PA is always so friendly and accommodating. They make having work done to my car easy! In this case, I dropped my car off, they shuttled me to work, and when my car was done, they sent the shuttle back to pick me up and take me back to the dealership so I could pick up my car. Our family has been taking our cars there for service for many years. Matt and his team always take such good care of us. We've told several friends along the way about our positive experiences there!
