I was recommended to this company from a friend. It's hard to find a shop you can trust but these guys were amazing they fixed my Honda's clutch in a day and the price was absolutely reasonable. Excellent waiting area very clean and the workers are very presentable and polite I would recommend this to everyone in the Oxford Cecil county Delaware area.

Had one of those days where I got in my car and my tire went flat all of a sudden. I had no luck fixing it myself, but DeFrank's got me in less than an hour later, put my car up on a jack real quick, and found out the rim must have potholed the night before. They took the tire and rim and placed my spare on and sent me on my way. Three days later I'm back in, and in less than 15 minutes they have my fixed rim and tire back on it, and put the spare back in my trunk. Short, simple, and sweet. Saved me a bunch of money fixing it instead of buying a new one, and the elder DeFrank is one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. First time I'd ever been there and I was treating like I was a part of the family.

Kevin, the owner, does excellent work. He is honest, and takes the time to explain what our cars need and what they don't need. The place is a family business that takes pride in their work.

I have previously shared a review for Defrank's Automotive. This review reiterates the same. They work to take care of your vehicle as if is their own. I've been a customer since 2011. I highly recommend Kevin and all his crew. They have been God's blessing to me for my vehicle needs. God blessings can come from anywhere. This is the best shop that I have ever used. Have always fitted me in and performed quality work at a fair price. Kevin is a good man. If you are looking for a mechanic who will go above and beyond this is the shop to use. I have been a customer for over 10 years and will never go anywhere else. Update 03/12/2024. If you want someone who will actually tell you what is wrong with your car and not do a money dance, then Defrank Automotive is for you. I met the owner a couple of years ago because a fellow colleague stated he was an honest mechanic and she had first hand experience of his integrity. After all my personal experiences, I concur. He is fair and honest. Win win.

Highly recommend, different mechanic gave me a fishy diagnostic of 3 leaks at once and these guys checked it out and didn t find any. The only reason I am giving this a 3 out of 5 is due to some issues along the way. My fiancee recommends this place highly. It is very close to where I live and the people are very nice!My trouble starts when scheduling an appointment online. I went ahead and scheduled an appointment and awaited confirmation. For my fiancee it took around 15 min to get confirmation, it took a week for me to get an email back. Then when I arrived to drop off my car, I was not on the schedule. I asked for an inspection, oil change and tires to be checked. They really did help me out with the tires and I appreciate all the work they did for me. But when I got home I noticed that I did not have my oil changed.I am still going to use them as the people were so nice and willing to go above and beyond to help me out. But with the spotty scheduling and missed oil change I will keep it at a 3 for right now.Honestly it is the beginning of 2023 and they seemed super busy. I will be using this place for future services and will most likely up this to a 5. Thank you so much for your service though! I apologize if I caught you guys at a busy time.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

It took me years to find a mechanic that was genuine, didn't take advantage of women, fair pricing AND works with you if you're broke like myself most of the time. This is the only place I will ever take my vehicles! Dropped my car off to get 4 tires put on. Overnight drop off was easy. Pick up was easier. Price was great! Front counter guy was friendly! My only minor complaint was with scheduling. I tried scheduling from the website but no one returned my scheduling inquiry/email til a week and a half later. I ended up scheduling by driving there and making an appointment. Don t use the website to schedule would be my advice call or stop by. Just being honest here. All in all, this is my new go-to place.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Took my 84 Fiero here to get inspected and an alignment done. Kevin was super communicative from the get go and super forgiving of my crazy schedule. My first time here but I ll tell you, I ve never felt more trusting of a mechanic after just one visit, especially when it comes to trusting someone with an older car that you really care about.

Took my 74 beetle in for an alignment, it was the first time using this auto shop and I must say that I was very pleased to meet such a nice guy who took very good care in making sure the work was done correctly and that I was pleased. I have been a customer at Defrank s for many years. Kevin and his team of mechanics are very thorough and professional with what they do. The whole team is very knowledgeable, provides outstanding customer service and explain things very well! Prices are affordable and are fair for the job.
