My experience with the guys at County Chrysler Dodge started off a lil shaky if I'm being honest. But in the end they did what needed to be done to ensure that I left being a satisfied customer. Big shout out to you guys for getting my baby running right. I wish that I could upload a pic of her. She is beautiful.

Wonderful transaction in purchasing my Ram truck. From the initial correspondence with salesman Ricky Guzman to the final sale dealing with Gordon the sales manager. Ricky handled everything through phone conversations so I just had to drive there and pick up the Ram. Ricky went above and beyond what he was obligated to do just to make my purchase easy for me. In fact my daughter went two weeks later and purchased a Jeep from Ricky! Great salesman, great management, great team at Country! My family and I have bought our vehicles from Country for over 60 years!!!

Randy Day always goes above and beyond to streamline the car buying process (2024 equinox). Country has a great selection and excellent crew, will definitely be returning for all future car purchases.

I will never make the mistake of ever stepping foot onto this Dealership, again. The Manager, Gordon, is unapproachable. My salesman Ricky is a puppet. I in, good faith, put down a $50 deposit. But, because I got a better deal, at a different dealership, this dealership felt I did not need to get my deposit back. $50 is $50. If they need to be this shady in their dealership.I will never recommend or use this dealership for anything.

Had a wonderful experience with the team at country. Gordon, the owner, was fantastic and Paul, our sales rep, took great care of us and got us everything that we needed at the absolute best price. We like our new Jeep, but love the team at Country CDJR down in Oxford, PA. Totally worth the short drive.

I bought this used Ram 1500 for $25,000 cash and it turns out the windshield is completely chipped and the headlight assemblies are from different trucks, driver side is black and the passenger side is chrome. Gordon, who claims to be the owner of Country Chrysler, tells me 2 weeks after buying it that I bought that way so its my issue to fix. I too work in public sales and I would never leave any one of my clients in the cold. Well unfortunately this is another story where the dealership has gotten my $25,000 plus "fee's" and aren't held accountable for anything. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE unless you can get a great deal on something brand new because after you buy it you can take it to a different dealership for services and add-ons. I hope this post helps future clients to go down the street to a different dealership. Please share this information on all platforms available from the share button. Update: I never once called this dealership a scumbag and as you can see in the response from the "owner" how they are trying to defend themselves...yes the lights work but if you can sleep at night knowing you ripped off a hard working college student that's on you! Have fun trying to explain to your daughter how her daddy ripps off her classmates. I've since bought the $500 headlights myself. I understand that running a business of the past is tough (ever heard of the internet). Good luck keeping this business afloat...you'll need it.

We have been waiting since February 2nd for a part to come in. Communication is totally unacceptable. Service is a big let down. We are very unhappy customers.

Said the noise I heard was a shock issue so put new shocks which are the wrong shocks. Blamed it on the strike. They ordered the shocks 10mnths ago before the strike and put them on 2wks ago. I've got a new Rubicon with Fox high performance shocks and they put stock shocks in place. The thing is they tried to slip it by me. When I called them out on it they said call Chrysler but good luck they're on strike.

I cannot thank Mike Burda and Gordon Atkisson s enough for their tireless help to get me in to the Jeep Wrangler I had my heart set on. I had a very specific budget with very little wiggle room and with the way the market has been and the limited inventories, I sort of expected the same, very sub-par, discouraging experience that I had with other dealers. Mike and Gordon completely blew me away. They were so patient with me and just as determined to make my dreams come true as I was. I would recommended this dealership, Mike and Gordon to anyone and everyone. Skip the other places and just go to Country. You won t be sorry.

Extremely unhappy. Denial to do the warranty work on my brother mobility van because they didnt want to use the supplied mopar transmission from the warranty company. Instead tried to force me to spend and extra $2,000 on one they could order through the dealership. When asked why they wouldnt just install the parts given they said it was because they couldnt garuntee the work or the parts the parts were already backed with a warranty through my company. My brother who is handicapped missed several appointments ranging from doctors to group meetings because i was left chasing my tail as dodge would not simply install the parts saying they do not use mopar parts. After a week of back and forth hassle and hours on the phone with both companies. I towed it from the dealership to russ s who were completely hassle free and got us back on the road in less time than what I spent dealing with the manufacturer dealer. Below is a picture of the not mopar transmission they sent to us for repair

Let us customize what we wanted, never forced us on buy upgrades and explained everything to make it simple to understand. Took his time even though it was very late at night! The whole staff was amazing and the finance department!! My parents are very happy with there new purchase. :)

Country is the best. Outstanding service in both the sales and service departments. I bought my used 2016 RAM from them at a great price in 2020 and it runs great with no issues. I also go to them for service and they are the friendliest and most helpful there is. I'd give them 20 stars if I could.

We had such a wonderful experience with Country Dodge and Pat our salesperson. They were all so professional and respectful and we were so happy to purchase our new car from them. We had very negative experiences in Delaware and from moment one walking into the Country dealership we were treated so respectfully and greatly appreciated. We will be back.

I went to CTC for Auto Tech and worked at a dealership before moving to another industry. Until recently, my friend worked at a dealership and I would take my vehicles to him for service. Now he has moved up to a position at Lift, Inc and for the first time in years I've had to shop around for a mechanic. I settled on a place called Mike's Motor Zone. It has 4.9 stars with 200+ reviews and when I called, Mike answered. Seemed promising. Well, let me tell ya, he couldn't even handle mounting and balancing tires! After getting my vehicle back, I noticed the old sticky weights were still on it and a wobble was evident at higher speeds... I sent a text to Mike who told me to call him and schedule a time to come back in because he warranties his work. I called and he didn't answer. I decided I was going to take it to Country because I have personal references that vouched for them. I was tempted to shop around closer to home since Country Dodge is an hour from me, but after the first time being unsuccessful, I decided to go with the personal references and make the drive. I'm sure glad I did. Everyone there treated me like they already knew me and wanted to take care of me. They understand that it's worth taking a little extra time to do it right. It's a win-win because I feel good knowing my car is in good working order and they have a satisfied customer base who will keep bringing their vehicles back for service. Most people are looking for a quick buck nowadays, but it's nice to know some people are still taking the slow and steady approach of building trust and return customers.

Teri in the service department should never be allowed to talk to a customer ever again. I see other reviews here saying the same thing and I'm not surprised. I simply asked a few follow up questions about my air suspension service and she snapped at me. Then when I came in in person to pick it up I asked someone else the same questions. She over heard and interjected herself into the conversation screaming across the room from the complete opposite side. "I just explained this to you!" Well no you didn't, or I wouldn't have had the same question. She then doubled down and started chastising me about why I didn't call back in the past when it wasn't even relevant to the conversation. She made several snide remarks that I wouldn't expect from anyone let alone someone in customer service. The service manager was there, he let it happen. He's a nice guy but his leadership presence is non existent. The owner should probably do something about it if they want anybody to buy another truck there.

I go out of my way to get my oil changed at Country. It's a nice drive and they are always quick. You don't need an appointment for the oil change. The waiting room is very pleasant too!

There is a lady there middle age gray blond hair she works the desk in the service department..... Her energy is wicked off her tone is dismissing unconcerned and and seemed bothered. I was half tempted to ask her if she was k today? Any how I understand explaining things to people. But when you tell a newer customer off the bet this is going to cost you in a condensending tone and in a way that makes your problem seem inconvenient to the business. You should not be working front desk.... for an oil change A/C charge and radiator fluid change and a small look over of a job done by another shop. I've never been thrown the words this is going to cost you like they where going to charge me massive money.... I even said I don't understand your making me feel like this all will cost thousands of dollars. AT That point I didn't feel it good to even been in this womans presence anymore. I kindly put my hands down on the counter and said you know what I'm going to go somewhere else you have a great day.... her response was (Ugh OK)! They lost a potential customer and a bad review. She needs customer service training these type of personalities loose customers in a time you want to obtain them. Also kicker was i was going to inquire on a new car to so they lost out of thousands. Hope this review is read to her she needs to leave her heat at the door when she comes to work.

I've used them for a number of my vehicles for general maintenance items such as oil filter and oil changes and tire related items. They always provide fairly prompt service and they are fairly quick to provide updates over the phone. The only thing I don't like about this dealership is that if you do not purchase your tires or rims it is a major hassle to get them to do any work on those items. For those who want a very good balanced job then you'll be happy to know that they have a road force balancing machine here which is why I continue to return to them

I bought a new Mitsubishi at Country Chrysler. The salesman, Pat Winter, gave me excellent service. I would recommend him to anyone thinking about buying a car at Country Chrysler in Oxford, PA.

One of the best dealership! Our sales person was Enrique. Ask for him if you buy car here. He went above and beyond to work with us and gave the best price that no one could beat. I wanted vehicle delivery in different state, Enrique promised that vehicle will be delivered that day itself, and it was delivered. I was pleasantly surprised that Enrique himself drove 2 hours to deliver the vehicle because he promised the customer. Hats-off to commitment! Will be buying our next car from here and recommending as well.

Beware! Beware! The last few experiences we had here, which will be our last, were absolutely atrocious. The level of professionalism and disregard for their clients was absolutely stunning. One of their employees, Chris, not only spoke down to me and was arrogant he treated my wife with the typical stereotype of a car repair center with a woman. My wife knows more about cars than I do yet they talked down to her and tried taking advantage of what they perceive was a woman who Didn t know much about cars. They also tried charging for services they did not perform and when called out about it became argumentative. Would not recommend this location!

New to the area and was overdue for an oil change. Our Jeep has been dealer serviced since we purchased it. I called earlier and asked what time the mopar fast lane closed. They told me anytime up to 4pm and we will get you in. Perfect. I said I can be there by 3:45 and the woman said no problem. I left work giving up my overtime to get my jeep serviced. When I arrived at 3:50 I parked and went in. I said I m here for the fast lane oil change. I was then told we have two others and there is no way it can get done. I said it s not 4pm then a guy said the blue cones are up so it s closed. Not only did I forfeit my overtime to get there I also had to drive 10 miles out of my way just to be sent home. I know it s only an oil change but that type of response was horrible. Crazy thing is we were ready to look to trade into a Durango and I was going to use the time I was there to possibly do a deal. I ll go to David Jeep or Dambrosio this weekend instead. Seems the bigger dealers can handle the business better

I have had the pleasure of working with Bruce Hastings several times and each and every time my experience was awesome!! Thanks so much for helping me get into the car of my dreams!! I wouldn't buy anywhere else as I was treated with the utmost care and respect. My entire family owns a car purchased through this dealership and each one is happy! After purchase service and maintenance is a pleasure as well as the entire team is awesome.

This year my wife and I went through the often painful process of buying a new car. We did our research for months and started test driving in July. We narrowed down our "must haves" and chose a 2017 Jeep Cherokee. We started visiting half a dozen dealerships within a 30 mile radius of our home. We included a visit to a dealership that was highly recommended by a friend of the family. This dealership guaranteed their deal was the best. We were getting all the rebates and more, so they said. We decided to give a dealer closer to home a try also. This was Country Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Oxford PA. When we drove up we were greeted with a smile and a handshake by Mike Burda. We explained to Mike what we were looking for. He made us feel comfortable and he made us a great offer, better than anything we had yet seen. Mike was the nicest guy and so easy to work with. We agreed to a great deal and the rest is history. Did I mention that the Jeep we wanted was nowhere to be found locally? Not a problem for Mike. He got on his database and on the phone and found our exact match the next day. Later that week we went through the paperwork and picked up our new Jeep. It was the most comfortable new car buying experience we've ever had. I highly recommend Mike and Country Chrysler Dodge Jeep. If you don't go there first, you will go there last.

This is the third car I have bought from Paul in four years. As a family we love the Jeep brand. I travel the world and believe I am qualified to comment on what makes great customer service. Every time I work with Paul I feel that most importantly he listens to my needs - what I want in the car, what I want to put down and pay for the car monthly. We never haggle he just goes away and works hard on the best deal for me. The entire transaction from start to finish is very efficient. On buying my latest Grand Cherokee I sent Paul my wish list including payment target in an email. He called me and arranged a test drive on the Saturday at 11am and by 4:30pm we had a deal and I had not spent a minute sitting in the dealership - instead I spent the afternoon watching my son playing baseball. I could have picked the car up that evening but we waited until the following week. This is my idea of efficient - haggle and hassle free. The other thing I like about working with Paul and the team at Country is they never try to add that one more thing after the price is agreed or up sell you as I call it. You will walk out with the car you want and feel good about the purchase. To me Paul and Country are The Disney model - you spend lots of money but feel good about it..... And are highly likely to make another trip back!! Thanks to Paul and the Country team for making buying my Jeep Grand Cherokee such a great experience. Not to mention the car itself is a great product to drive.

I bought my very first car with Country Chyrsler Dodge and Jeep and the experience was beyond spectacular! The dealership treat you more than just a costumer but a member of their family! I was having difficulties with my bank but everyone there especially Paul (my dealer) worked so well with me to ensure I received the best loan I could as a new buyer. We were all in constant communication before and after my purchase. During the buying process I was very picky about the car I wanted. Paul went above and beyond to locate the car, get it for me, and make sure it was perfect. Finally, once you purchase the vehicle the fun isnt over! They have a wonderful mechanic shop with friendly staff and great deals. I would suggest to anyone looking for a new vehicle to check them out! It is worth the time (especially first time buyers). I dealt with 3 dealerships in MD and not one of them were as friendly or welcoming as Country! I hope you stop on by!

Sold me a car with the wrong plates, got pulled over and the cops thought I stole the car, dealership refused to pay the court fees I had to pay due to a mistake on their end. Also just recently found out that my car was in a accident prior to buying it, this is something that was never mentioned to me upon purchasing the car. Even though they were knowledgeable of the accident. Service department makes up their own prices so get ready to pay for the most expensive oil change of your life! Also they put the wrong transmission fluid in the car so about a month after I bought the car the transmission blew. Go somewhere else.
