Amazing! Having an accident with your car and thinking the worst upon worse in damages is not pleasant, but the staff at Collision Zone were truly the best in handling everything. They were kind and understanding, and the car was completed earlier than expected. The results were beautiful and all around the best place I've ever gone to restore my car back to normal, actually better than normal. Thanks to everyone at Collision Zone.

I got a flat tire this morning at 7:30am approaching the exit of Oxford off of route 1. As I pulled off the exit Collision Zone was the first place I saw I could pull into safely. I knocked on the door and asked if anyone could plug a tire for me. Three gentlemen jumped to action and asked me to pull up to the bay. They plugged my tire and had me back on the road in less than 10 minutes. As life experience has taught us this is never how it goes when you get a flat tire. I made it to my destination with time to spare before my appointment. My highest gratitude to these gentlemen for their speedy effort go help a stranger in need. What I never told these gentlemen is I work for a car dealership where our slogan is we go the extra mile so for someone in my industry to extend me the courtesy of going the extra mile this morning means the world to me. I highly recommend anyone looking for a stand up body shop in the Oxford area send their business to Collision Zone before anywhere else.

I hit a deer 3 weeks ago They did an amazing job on my Equinox It looks brand new Thank you to everyone Trish was so good at keeping me updated on my car I highly recommend them This is Bonnie Adkins I'm not sure why it came under my Grandsons name

Second time I've used Collision Zone, and this time for a unique vehicle. Their quote was straight forward, fully explained, reasonable price, service top notch and responsive, and they did a great job on the repairs. You never hope to need car body repairs, but when you do, it's great to know you've not been ripped off."5 Stars", hope to not have to go back, but if I do, I won't hesitate calling these hometown folks.Service: Body & Trim

I want to start off by saying I got recommended from Jeff Dambrosio in Oxford to come here after my car got hit while parked at work by a drunk driver I absolutely loved this place. Everyone was very nice and helpful especially the beautiful ladies in the front desk , not to mention that they did an amazing job so much you wouldn t even know anything ever happened to my car in a very short amount of time which I love since I had just purchased my car brand new. I definitely recommend Collision zone 100%, also after speaking to a friend she also mentioned she had been here and did not regret it. I hope this comment helps someone looking for good professional service.

I've had 2 high end cars here. 2008 Audi S5 for dent removal. Excellent work on it. No issues. 2013 Audi S8. Paint repair on rear quarter, with blending into doors and door overhang. After inspection, I noted that there was over spray on the trunk and orange peel was present. I took it back and they buffed/polished both to an acceptable shine. The owner is respectable, knowledgeable, and fair. To be honest, they treated me like family and that alone is worth the cost of doing business with them.

It's fortunate to have such a great local body shop when the unfortunate occurs. We've have both of our vehicles go into the shop for repair after hitting a deer on two different occasions, one of which was on our brand new 2019 Ridgeline. Tricia took care of all the billing to insurance and paper work, and Jim did a great job with the repair work. Paint looks great and all the body lines match up......looks like new again! Great Job guys, thanks for all your hard work and super fast turnaround times!

We have used Collision Zone twice. Found them to be honest, pleasant and do excellent work. Very satisfied with both the results and the interaction. Recommended them to my daughter and she was very happy with the results too. I did see one review on here, with a complaint about being treated wrong. I can't imagine. Must be more to that story.

Extremely bad experience. It seemed that they tried to make things right, they're just not that good at what they do. They also reuse broken/damaged parts they think you will not see/notice.I had to take my Ford Explorer back twice:The first time they forgot to put clips back in my front frame that holds the under engine air scoop that cools the PTU unit (transfer case). They just left the air scoop in the passenger seat as they obviously didn't know what to do with it.The second time there was engine noise inside the cabin that was not there before.After bringing the Explorer back twice to Collision Zone I had to take the truck to the Ford Dealer. They found the noise that Collision Zone missed, which turned out to be a rubber boot on the steering column which was dislocated and slightly torn from the accident. Additionally they found another $1531.76 in damage that Collision Zone missed (both wheel bearing on the passenger side from the other cars impact).Why am I writing them a review over a year after getting the truck back? I was changing out the serpentine belt and belt tensioner and had to remove the front passenger side wheel well cover. To my surprise, to not really at this point, I find several plastic parts that were cracked and reused. Specifically it looks like during the accident many of the trim clips were torn through panels they're meant to secure. These trim panels were reused as they assume most people don't work on their own vehicles and will never see them. This is just cost cutting and poor attention to detail. This is a production, get ehm in and out as fast as possible, shop.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim, Wheel alignment

My car was hit by a deer and unsure of the fate of my car, I looked around town for a few quotes. The one shop told me 3 weeks before my car could come in for repairs. I took my car to Jim and my car was adjusted with the insurance, repaired, and returned all in a week's time. Jim made the process worry-free the minute I contacted him. Both he and his staff are professional and follow up in regard to repairs in a timely manner. I was extremely satisfied with how my car looked and would return again should I need repairs. Collision zone is the way to go! Do not overlook

After a deer ran into my Jeep I took it to Colision Zone and they did a great job! They had it about 3 weeks but I had to take it back to get a running board & a headlight put on that were on back order.

Excellent work. Kept informed throughout the repair. They considered things a different shop didn't. They were sensitive to the fact that I didn't have a rental. Highly recommend.

Very Bad Experience! Adjuster (owner of the shop) made their mind up well before the estimate was complete. He Submitted his opinion and estimate to the insurance company whom originally agreed with him and refused to pay a portion of the damage because the Auto Body Shop adjuster claimed there was prior damage! After a conversation with my insurance companies manager and looking over the facts it was determined that the damage was caused by the accident and not prior damage as stated by the Body Shop so insurance agreeded to pay for the full damage. We had the vehicle removed to another body shop for repairs.

HAD AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE. The owner came out and yelled at me calling me the insurance company. Which I am not! Shocked by the way I was treated. I never complain or post reveiws but this was shocking. Been in the repair business most of my life and to get a car back on E (no gas) and to get yelled at by the owner over a 20$ issue is amazing to me. Would not recommend in any way shape or form!!
