Hit a major pothole on my way into town and damaged my tire. This is my sister's regular mechanic and she sent him a message with the tire information on a Friday evening. Bill located the tire and came in on Saturday morning to change it out. He had the tire switched out in no time and the job was reasonably priced. Very grateful for his willing to help and for getting the work completed quickly.

I m from out of state but my daughter attends the university in PA. Googled , called and Bev picked up . She was so kind and helpful. I had to tow car to shop. Doing all this from out of state. Bev let me know when the car was dropped off. Every time I called she was so attentive and reassuring. Than I spoke to Bill who let me know what was wrong and what it will cost and assured me . He will make sure to get someone to pick her up so she can get her car. Pricing was great. From dealing with Bill on the phone . He was so kind, patient. Honest. . I just wish I can give more than 5 stars. If, if bill and Bev was this kind with someone from out of state and only dealing with them by phone. I can only imagine how they would be in person. They made a mother heart feel so good to know my daughter car would be taken care of.

Wonderful customer service, they really accommodate your scheduling needs & have reasonable prices ! Have been going to them for over 3 years now, and they have taken care of everything from redoing my catalytic converters to things like oil changes ! Have always been satisfied with the services they ve provided ! They really treat you like family !

Have been taking our vehicles to CRS for over 10 years. Bill and his amazing crew are top notch. Always honest and helpful with our repairs. Wonderful people with great attitudes and they know cars inside and out.I love that they are happy to take the time to explain what was broken, how they fixed it, and how to avoid issues in the future. When I "thought" I knew what the expensive issue was, they pointed out that it was a much cheaper problem. Gotta love that! LOLI can not recommend them enough.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change

Bill and his team checked all the boxes if you are in need of a car repair shop. Great customer service, very knowledgeable and experienced, fair pricing, and I could tell from my first experience that they care about each customer that walks through the door.I found CRS 2 years ago for routine work and still to this day i feel blessed that i came across this wonderful establishment. It felt like they dealt with me for years. I have been working in customer service for over 25 years, and this is how it is supposed to be done! Hands down the best customer service experience that I have ever had. If you have had bad experiences withother repair shops with quality of work, trust, orfeel like they are getting over on you. Please take my advice and give CRS a shot!I give CRS 20 stars personally because of how they have gone out of the way for me to make sure that i am on the road safe. And in my visits i notice that everyone is getting the exact quality care as me. Not many repair shops around like this anymore. I feel special each time i visit . that right there is what great customer service does for the customer.

Had a bunch of work done at another shop to get a 2009 Mazda 3 back in driving condition. After I was told charging the A/C was successful, it wasn't working when I got it back and I was then told it needed a new compressor. Took the Mazda to Car Repair Services and was impressed by my initial meeting with the staff. After examining the A/C system, all that was needed was a wiring connection repair. This attention to detail saved me big $. That was about 6 months ago and A/C is still working fine.I'm very grateful to find a local shop I can trust.Service: A/C installation & repair

Been taking our vehicles to Bill for over 10 years. He really knows a lot about tons of different vehicles. Out of 4 garages he was the only one to get my jeep fixed. Prices have always been fair and honest. Repairs are done in a timely manner also. Overall I highly recommend CRS.

Let me tell you about CRS, if you are in the area you need to start going to CRS billy and his team will help you greatly. They are not just your average mechanics, they go above and beyond with their service and don't try to scam you out on a service you don't need. They also gain a personal relationship with you so if you need any vehicle help CRS is definitely the place to go.

I have been taking my cars to Car Repair Services for years and cannot say enough about the exceptional quality of services that they provide. In addition to being great mechanics, Bill and Sean care about their clients, and the community that they work in. No matter how routine, small, or big the problem may be, they always explain what they re doing and why. If repairs are extensive and costly, Bill does everything he can to prioritize and break them down over time. If you need new tires, he ll find you the best deal around. And, if you can t afford four he's happy to replace them two at a time.Bill and Sean are mechanics you can trust. They re smart, funny, and play great tunes in their shop. So if you re looking for an all-around great experience, Car Repair Services is the place to go.

I recently needed work done on my car and Car Repair Services did it. My first time there. Bill and Sean did an excellent job with it and they made it a very pleasant experience from beginning to end. CRS is my shop now because I know I can trust them completely. Most professional and friendly service at a great value in Southern Chester County. For 15 years CRS has serviced my cars and trucks. Bill and Sean are very knowledgeable and talented mechanics with all the resources to service all domestic and foreign vehicles. I trust CRS with each member of my family safety through their service. They always explain current or future repairs in layman's terms and deliver great work at very competitive prices.

I found them in London Grove when I moved out here. Best group of mechanics ever! I don t write reviews, but a thorough, honest, reasonably priced mechanic service is critical. They moved to Oxford and after some searching I found them. They just did the exhaust on my 2005 Subaru. It was shot, now it sounds better than it ever did. I think they put a Borland exhaust on! Best thing is they give you a heads up, as to what your car will need in the future. Took my wife s car in for an oil change and tire rotation, they told me we are going to need rear brakes soon. They also changed the cabin filter on her car so it smelled better. Expert, friendly, trustworthy service. They are a true gem, if you don t use them you are missing out.

CRS is the place for all your vehicle needs whether general maintenance or major repairs they can get it done and very happy to explain everything that needs to be done in a way that you understand so there's no surprises . I've known Bill for many years and both he and Sean are very knowledgeable and great people personally and professionally. The shop is well equipped for all the latest technology and diagnostics and if your like me also equipped for the old vehicles. So don't hesitate to go to CRS for all your vehicle needs . You won't be disappointed.

I wouldn't go to any other place but Car Repair Services to have my car repaired. They are wonderful at explaining what the problems are and if they need to be fixed right then or if it's something that might be able to wait. Their prices are absolutely fantastic! Bill and Sean are amazing and they are the most trustworthy mechanics you will ever meet.

Bill and Sean have been working together for a very long time. Their knowledge and experience in technology and mechanics of vehicles, surpasses many that I have ever known. Their shop is impeccable and they always want the best for the customer. I've never been misguided into unnecessary work or costs, they've always been true to their word. I highly, H I G H L Y, recommend them, through and through.

These guys aren't afraid of a challenge and are fair and reasonably priced. I had my Audi looked at, which unfortunately had to go to the dealer due to a very complex electrical issue. CRS did everything they could to fix the issue and were only stopped by the need for the dealer specific Audi scan tool. Other shops refused to even look at it. We're lucky to have this shop in the Oxford area! Keep up the good work fellas.

I am a woman who handles getting all the maintenance done on my car. I used to dislike taking my car to a mechanic till I found CRS. Billy and Sean understand I don t know much about cars, he and Sean always takes the time to explain what is needed and provide options with their suggestions. It is such a great feeling to know you are respected and not being taken advantage of. Thank you gentlemen!

CRS is the only place to go to get great repairs on your car or truck. Fair pricing, timely work, but most importantly, honest answers to technical questions on today's high tech cars. So glad they stayed close when the had to move from New London.

I have had several cars worked on by both Sean and Bill. Through at least 9 years of service they have always been reliable, honest, and very accommodating. They explain everything to me with such passion and knowledge that I can't imagine going anywhere else! Love them!!!

You have to care about someone to want to teach them something. Bill and Sean will always teach you why your vehicle needs the repairs. They care about their customers. Craftsmanship is based on caring about who you are doing the work for and CRS is a place where two craftsman work. I trust them to do repairs and seek their advice on repairs. A place where you walk away knowing what work was done and knowing it was done right!!

I am a retired Marine who as you could imagine expects excellence in everyone I do business with. CRS has met and raised the bar. Been going to Billy (Owner). He is a man of his word and has always made sure my cars are performing at a high level. CRS has serviced my recent car from purchase to it's 200,000 miles with more to come.If nothing else, stop by, have a cup of coffee and meet Billy and Sean. I promise you will want them working on your cars.
