Worked directly with my insurance company and assisted in obtaining a rental car. I was kept up-to-date either by text or phone every few days as to the works progress. My car was delivered on time, clean and shiny like new. I was able to drop the rental car at the office, and they took care of returning it, making my trip much simpler and not needing a second driver Red Carpet service all the way, thank you!

Excellent job on my Mustang GT!! Staff was very professional and polite. Updates were frequently sent via text and much appreciated. I would definitely use them again if ever necessary. I highly recommend this establishment for any and all body work.

The Oxford 3D Body & Collision Center did an outstanding job repairing my 2006 Toyota Solara. Their communication was timely and empathetic, and their work was completed with such exceptional skill that you can t even tell the car once had major door and fender damage. The technicians were great, as was Phil and Samantha in the main office. This location has completed work on several of my cars and I ve always been pleased with the value they provide to their customers. 3D Collision done a great repair to our sons vehicle. If any parents know when you have children away in college and things huh go wrong can be nerve-wracking but 3D Collision done a great service to us with a timely repair awesome communication. I took my 2018 Ford Expedition in for repair after a car accident in July. When I first reached out to the owner Harrison via email the day of the accident he asked me to swing by just so he can check and make sure it s safe to continue to drive. They screwed my bumper back up and made her road worthy until I could get her back to them once insurance took over. I dropped her off 8/1 and received her back 9/6. They set up my rental car which was a lovely 2023 Expedition. Unfortunately my insurance did take a while to come assess the damage and let the shop begin the repairs. The shop staff kept me in the loop assured me that I was ok to keep the rental until Betty (my ford) was fixed. Unfortunately I had to drop the rental off before my truck was done. But they got my truck all cleaned up and finished the next day. It s great to have her back in action. She looks like she rolled off the showroom floor. They even vacuumed and detailed the inside. Which is no small feet due to my furry kiddos hair all over the car. Thanks again for taking care of Betty and getting her back to me as quick as possible. They did an amazing job. I hit a deer and they helped me deal with the insurance company even got me a rental car while my suv was being repaired. Every one was friendly and helpful and they did quality work in a fast amount of time. I always recommend them.

Great shop! Was 2/3 the price of other places and they have excellent staff. I didn t Have to lift a finger- they set it up with insurance, got my rental car and brought it to the shop when I dropped off my car, and had things done quickly. They kept me very updated with the progress, as well. Def recommend!Knocked off a star bc the rental situation did take a while in person when they had said they would get it done prior to me coming in but that was mostly an inconvenience bc of what I was told. Normally I d expect this to take a bit of time.

I recently had purchased a 2023 Kia in February and in March I had a hit and run accident on my vehicle! Jennings Auto recommended me this place and safe to say they did an amazing job on my vehicle and when I picked it up, it looked brand new like the first day I purchased it! The whole staff at 3D collisions were super kind and are there to help you with any questions or concerns, as well, they offer timely updates about your vehicle, which personally for me, made my experience with them thousand times better and I felt comfortable knowing my car was in great hands. 100% recommended this place, thank you!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Used 3d after a serious crash. Lots of electronic components were damaged (sensors, led lights). They did a great job and the damage is no more. The car was detailed nicely (exterior) when I picked it up. It was done quicker than anticipated and they updated me frequently.Service: PaintingService: Painting

I got into an accident that caved in the front of my car. The repairs needed were significant. The hood, grill, headlights, & front bumper all needed to be replaced. A slew of minor parts under the hood needed to be repaired or outright replaced. The exterior replacements needed to be repainted. 3D had the repairs done quickly, and kept me in the know throughout the entire process. I've used 3D for 3 or 4 body jobs after accidents. I've never had a complaint about the about the quality or the process. They are great communicators and interfaced with my insurance company from the beginning of the process.I'll be back to see them the next time I drive my car into the hose reel on the side of my house.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This was on the list of recommended service centers for car repairs and it was my first time at this center. The service manager Colin was very professional and accommodating to my schedule. After the initial inspection, I was able to schedule repair for the following Monday which was very convenient. Once I dropped it off I had regular updates and the repairs were explained in detail on the forms when I picked up my car. I was super impressed with the outcome on my car. It looks new again!! Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality repairs and customer service!

I needed a fairly significant repair for my truck after a tree fell on it - lots of bent panels, and a bent A pillar etc. I'd had lousy experience at the dealers body shop before, with bad communication, shoddy work etc, so I needed a better option. 3D could get me in before anyone else, and I'm glad, because the truck came back perfect. They went the extra mile to make it look new again, and the process was smooth and easy. It took a long time, but I think that is mainly supply chain issues with parts etc. If you want someone to do it right, without any hassle, give 3D a try!

3D Collison in Oxford PA worked on my Ram Truck after it was hit by another vehicle. I experienced the best customer service and professionalism from everyone there, the kind you don't find too much anymore.
