I needed to have my tires switched and wasn't sure if it could be done on the same day.Within the hour they took my car in and everything was changed quickly.Everybody was also very friendly. I was very happy having my work done at Ken's..

Took my car in for. Tire rotation, it took 15 minutes! They are efficient, professional and do an excellent job! My family has been going to Ken s forever and totally trust them as they do a great job every time! They are skilled technicians and the front office is friendly and wait time is never an issue!! We wouldn t go elsewhere!! They are the best!!

Upon arrival I was immediately checked in. Before I left for work, my car was already taken into the garage. An oil change and inspection were completed and I received a very polite phone call that my car was ready for pickup.Ken s makes it very convenient to have your car serviced while you are working. Thank you!

Never ran into any issues here. They been doing work on my vehicles for years. From oil changes to brakes and now an exhaust replacement. Prompt, friendly and always communicated with me if something more was needed.

I absolutely love them. The guy (Joe maybe?) is so helpful, kind and courteous. I actually wanted to get the place some doughnuts or some thankful gift because they (Ron?) is so helpful & kind. Working w the public is the worst, somehow they never let it show.

Great experience every time I come here. They usually can fit everything into the same day and if you find yourself having to order parts they are usually there the next day. Great shop that respects your time and money.

I've gone to Ken's tires for years for work on various cars I've had, I can tell you for a fact they have better pricing, they may take a bit of time depending on what you're doing but they know how to do it right, so it's worth any wait if you have any at allThey provided like I said years of dependable service to me and and all cars I have had throughout the years 10/10 in my respective opinion

I took a tire there after my mom hit a pot hole while driving and blew her tire out. I knew since it was a Saturday they would be busy. They told me it might be 2 hours before they could get to it. They called me within 30 minutes saying they got to it and could fix it. The tire was completed within 1 hour. Great job.

Got a flat tire and had to be towed from site of occurrence. Without an appointment, and at the end of the work day, I was greeted with a smile and my car was taken right in for service. The staff and mechanics at the Pottsville location are always kind and professional.

The only problem I had I was told the price was gonna be 350.00 and it turned out to be $366.00 other than work was completed in a timely manner and they did great I will continue to come there for work to be done on my car thank you so much

f 24. Best tire shop I have EVER been to.and I ve been to a lot because I m always getting flats and damage from all the local construction within the last two years. I came in feeling crazy like we all do when we have a car problem. The desk attendant was very calm and understanding it was instantly comforting. THEY HAVE A customer bathroom!! Which isn t typical in more off the road area discount shops of the like. Reasonable prices are better than big discount brands like (example.Mavis) who I used before. Estimated wait time for service was an hour, but I only had to wait about 20 minutes. Then the actual service only took about another 20-30 so all in all the whole process was very quick and they were very kind and again the prices are very reasonable. Would recommend to anyone in the Pottsville and surrounding areas. Go to KEN S!!!!!!!

Always an awesome place to go to. The workers are super nice and bust thdir asses to make sure that your vehicle is working great. They make sure that parts are ordered and they arrive on time. One of the greatest mechanic places I've ever been to.

Needed tires, brakes, oil change, etc. Quoted me at a fraction of the cost quoted by the dealership and another business, quick turnaround, and car drives great. Will definitely go back again in the future. 10/10 recommend.
