We were visiting from out of town for the day. We got a flat and our tire ended up getting shredded. Called In Motion while waiting for our tow truck. Our tire was ordered , received & replaced in a few hours on a Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend. Thank you Tristan for great customer service.

Love these guys. Old-style shop, but they're good at what they do. Easy to do business with. Reasonable prices. Don't expect drive-in immediate service because they are usually very busy. Highly recommended.

I had just gotten a flat tire. Normally I would put the spare on myself but the lug nuts on the flat tire were too tight to manually remove. Luckily for me I happened to pull off into In Motion Tire and Performance, but it happened to be on Saturday after hours and they were closed. After making many calls to various automotive places and tow truck companies, I was unable to get any assistance removing and replacing my tire. On his day off, one of their employees happened to drive by. He was extremely kind and helpful removing my tire. In addition to that, he actually patched my tire leak free of charge! I have never encountered such amazing service. I absolutely recommend In Motion Tire and Performance LLC for all your tire needs! Quick, reliable, and extremely kind service!

Honest accurate prices, and delivery times. Work is done in budget, and when promised. Sean the owner goes out of his way to get you what your car needs. One worker named Ray goes out of way to be polite, and respectful to your vehicle when Working on it. Nice to see caring, hard working polite people.

I rarely get incensed enough to write a review but am livid enough now to do so. I have brought several vehicles--both business and personal--to In Motion for services ranging from many new sets of tire, repairs, to inspections. I learned to live with and ignore the systemic snark one gets from their front-end staff when calling and wrote it off solely based on my proximity to their location.Today we brought our Cadillac XT5 in for a routine oil change. During the call to schedule (yesterday), we asked if they could repair the thermostat issue that hinders the vehicle climate control during warm months. The issue had been twice diagnosed: once at Flemington Cadillac (October 2021) and again at In Motion a couple months ago during the annual inspection. In both instances, we were told that the parts were backlogged with GM (a known factor). Error Code P0128 for this vehicle ties to only two possible issues: 1) ECT Sensor, or 2) the thermostat. The sensor needed to be checked first and if not that, then the default is to replace the thermostat itself. Prior to retrieving the SUV, were were told that the part is still back ordered. Upon actually picking the vehicle up, we were given a bill and paid nearly $300! After reviewing the invoice, we noticed that 1/2 of the charge was for "Diagnosis". When I went into the store to discuss this, I was told that they had to re-diagnose the issue. I asked, 'did you physically have to take the SUV apart for diagnosis (thinking they may have tested the ECT Sensor ((which is not back-ordered)) or scanned. I was told that it was not. She rudely stated they, "could not get the part and that is the cost for diagnostic".My anger isn't about expecting In Motion to do anything for free, it is that this was already a known issue to all parties involved. My request yesterday was to FIX this issue if the part was available. That they were unwavering in their acknowledgement and flatly refused to give a credit for this now triplicated cost is an unacceptable business practice.I will NEVER go this service center again for our personal or business vehicles.

In Motion is the best. No-nonsense, honest pricing and EXCELLENT service. We started out buying tires from them and now have all our vehicles serviced by them. From oil changes to inspections to engine stuff to new bumpers, they do it all in a fast, effective, high-quality manner. They should be your neighborhood mechanic!

After a brief disagreement over being charged when I felt I shouldn't have been, I paid my bill, and left, vowing not to return to In-motion A few days later, the owner reconsidered, drove to me, and returned my money. He explained the situation, and when he did, it made sense. I appreciate that he didn't just forget about me when I paid my bill and left. These COVID times are scary, confusing, and expensive...for everyone. To have a shop reconsider charging me and returning my money? That's how a business keeps customers and helps their neighbors. Thank you, In-Motion.

Excellent service, very nice people. Had new tires mounted by a "Chain Shop" and they did a bad job. In Motion Tire fixed the issues for a good price too. That will be my only tire place from now on!

Went into In Motion for tires. They told me would at least two days to get the tires. It took overnight to get them, bonus. Plus, they were able to check and fix my A/C belts as well, without breaking my bank account. Thank you Sean.

In Motion Tire and Performance in Ottsville PA is a full service tire and auto repair shop and a breath of fresh air. The entire staff is courteous, knowledgeable and interested in serving their client well at a reasonable price. I recommend this business highly.

Paid $85 for an oil change just to find out they put too way much oil in (how do you not check that, it's your job?) and put the stripped bolt back on as tight as it could go so that it's impossible to get off.

Got 2 front tires that matched the back. Good prices. They refunded the alignment price when they found something that prevented completion of the 4-wheel alignment. Very fair.

I ordered a tire and in 2 days it arrived and scheduled me to come in to get it replaced. I was in and out, complete with tire rotation in 40 minutes. I love getting my tires here.

I took my car there knowing it was emission exempt and he charged me full price and tried to screw me out of labor that didnt even need to be done. Go to cunningham's they are much more respectable. This place is a joke and should be shut down.
