I own a repair shop in central NY and Andy really helped my business and my customer in a bind! We had an 09 Dodge Ram 1500 with a shorted Drivetrain Control Module that was causing whacky issues with the customers 4WD. Replacement modules are $300 and require dealer programming. Customer really didn t want to pay for a tow to the dealer, so after some research I found a used DTCM at Used Parts Online Network for $60 with shipping! I couldn t verify based on research whether or not a used module would be plug and play, but I took a chance since the price was so reasonable. Shipping was very fast and it arrived in perfect shape with a nice handwritten note and candy in the box! Best part is, we plugged in the new module and it works flawlessly! I appreciate the customer service and personal touch, very impressed and I look forward to hopefully doing more business in the future!

Buyers beware! Received my parts but one of them in the box was not the part number I ordered. Would love to exchange for the right one, understanding mistakes happen, but absolutely so response from company. Won t answer phone or respond to emails.

I purchased an NOS bumper for my SRT-10 and Andy personally delivered it to Ohio. After getting the bumper painted and installing it I took it to a show near their shop. Andy and an employee noticed it wasn t aligned properly and they climbed under it and adjusted it at the show.

Top notch service since day two of owning my truck and needing parts. When my truck got hit hard in the rear and bed side ,They had everything needed to fix my baby. Since i am relatively local, Andy even delivered the parts to the body shop personally and pretty quickly! Andy and the guys go above and beyond for their customers and are truly a pleasant company to spend my money with!

A wealth of knowledge, never more than a message away from a swift answer. Andy personally located parts for my truck I could not find, and once I did all be damned if Parts Online Network was cheaper. I didn't assume anything as Andy had to track down these parts himself. Andy did a long block replacement on my 2015 SRT8 Grand Cherokee. Everything about the experience was fantastic. The work was done quickly with absolutely no issues before, during, or after. Highly recommended

BUYER BEWARE !!!!$449.70 Lesson.Ordered an OEM power steering pump, pulley and reservoir in January, Andy was quick to reply and confirm he had one. I was excited to get a confirmation as he claimed he did have one.I had seen other community member compliant, but I paid no attention. I had bought a few other things and while slow or non responsive at times I needed parts.I was shipped an aftermarket & cheap aftermarket or refurbished pump, with a cheap knock-off reservoir. The Pulley was Mopar.I called and even messaged him asking him about the parts he had dropped shipped.He didn t answer for a few days, and when he did he claimed that new OEM pumps don t exist .I asked for a refund or exchange for other parts. I had no interest in a $40 pump, or paying him an outrageous 30% restock fee, after all I paid 10Xs that mount for a new one that he confirmed he had.After going back and forth for a while, he told me to send it back for 30% of the order plus shipping both ways.Given I was disappointed and simply not interested in getting further screwed, I told him to just forget it and consider it a done deal. I d keep his pump and I decided to just take the high road .Not long after, I mean within ten minutes this clown messages me back and he tells me to Hold up, I forgot about a different source. I think I found a stockpile of new ones, but they aren t cheap. I wasn t interested in paying him anymore money. Today he messages me back announcing he did come to possession of the alleged stockpile,BUT HE WANTS TWICE THE PRICE.New pumps although discontinued were yet are available.He blocked me after calling me names for refusing to hand him more money, what a HERO!-Joan G.
