We had a fantastic experience with Lift and Tow when they installed our Z series lift in January. Our employee, Alex, said the staff was very helpful and informative when he was there. They even provided a loaner car during the day while the installation was being completed. The cost was great and very affordable when compared to units from similar companies. We ll definitely use them again in the future.

The customer service was horrible and and they damaged my car even more than it was originally. Then they did do any type of discount for me being a veteran. They were very rude to my father who was willing to help pick up my truck. They also busted a tail light backing of their truck just garbage.

Keep records of everything you get from them and make sure your getting the right products cause they will send out the wrong product which causes a delay and will start their warranty on the day you purchase even tho they sent out the wrong product and will not honor the warranty if something happens. Just an FYI accountability has to start somewhere.

We got the Z lift installed in 2019 and have found it to be a well constructed unit. To this day it still has all the original bushings, because as recommended we grease, grease, and grease again. As with anything that has moving parts and bounces up and down Wisconsin roads, issue's will present themselves given enough time and use. This company 100% stands behind their construction of the units they sell and 100% behind their installation, if you opt to make the journey to visit them for your installation. We highly recommend you take the time to visit them. The ladies in the office are spot on when it comes to scheduling and will have you in and out within the time frame they give you.

I have been scrapping cars for many many years. Buying the Z series repo unit was the best decision I've ever made. It makes towing cars so much faster and easier. If you're wondering which unit to get between the 3,5, and Z series, definitely go with the Z. It is so nice to move cars around the yard without having to get out of your truck. I had one small issue with my unit but I called Lift and Tow and they sent me the replacement part free of charge right away. Definitely a five-star company.

Had a lift installed in 2006 on a new F350. Have only had it back for service 3 times for worn out parts. Not bad for 16 years, still going strong. Love it and have definitely gotten my money's worth 10 times over. Would highly recommend!

Have a 5 series lift for about 5-6 years. Best thing I bought as a used car dealer. Has worked great. Called for a replacement pivot pin and bushing, and I had it in my hands the next day! My lift is great, parts were easy. I reccomend the lifts to all used car dealers. Sold my car trailer and rollback...

This unit is worth every penny. Good people's. Reliable people. I've been towing for 16 years and I recommend if your looking to start out with something small without trying $80,000 on a new truck when this unit is capable of doing the same job. If I could post pictures I would. Thanks lift and Tow

The Hidden Lift is a fantastic product. The installation crew here did an impressive job. From the time I arrived until the lift was installed I knew the crew was top notch. Great job! Highly recommended!

A joke of a company. Does not check units before they ship. Forgot to weld on parts. Shipped wrong mounts. Did not say the unit design Changed on the phone or on the website. Never got offered for compensation to weld on the missing parts. We shall see how the warranty holds up. I hope you get some quality control before you go out of business Update on review .... they called me up offered compensation for welding the stuff they forgot to. Never ended up getting the payment.

They was once a four-star maybe five because they used to answer the phone after 3 maybe four rings now when you call after you get the system installed you have to call back about 5 times before they even think about answering .My recent experience has been very bad with the warranties and them sending parts for the equipment if they ever get back in contact with you to send them I call they say we will call you back take your number and then never respond .They used to be good and very professional now is like they have turned into one of them companies that it's all about money no more about the customer service anymore once you buy the equipment and when it breaks down you have to figure out where to get the parts from. Because no lie I have called them and still haven't received not one part I had to find other places to replace it .Very disappointing from years ago they were pretty good now they're garbage I found another company that has helped me with they're lift equipment a lot better then lift and tow did. And this is not even they equipment they make similar equipment as lift and tow.why do I have to go to another company that makes similar equipment and get help and they are fast and they return my call within an hour or two if they said they're going to call me back they call me back. but the place that I bought it from lift and tow don't even offer me that kind of customer service so sad .I will be willing to change my review if they ever treat me better. But if you all see no updates they have not change what they do.Update 10/03/2018 they going to put on here contact them they would like to resolve my issue but again I called and no one answered twice.All I'm saying is if they are going to be really sincere about resolving my issue they need to reimburse me the money I paid for that pump and the cylinder which was about $750.00 that was still under warranty

I lost some parts off my lift instead of charging me 600 for new parts they gave me a option for used ones for a little over 100 bucks.. thanks guys also it was at my door in less than 24 hrs...

Mucho cuidado con esta compa��a son estafadore te ponen un broker para financial i eyo estan conpuesto con el broker para estafarlo .. Ami me lo hicieron yo supuestamente me dieron $8,000 para financial y yo pague $7,000 cash y eyo el recibo k ten�a. K poner Ami nombre lo pusieron a nombre del broker k supuesta mente me av�a dado el Loand .. para k el broker me hiciera una estafa y me hiciera firmar un contrato como si yo estuviera alquilando el equipo k me instalaron en mi truck .. yo lo tuve k llamar I decirle k porque pusieron el dinero k yo pague cash a nombre de el broker si fui yo que lo pague ahora estoy buscando u buen abogado para aver como resuelvo esta estafa
